Navigating the challenges of finding the right care for a loved one with dementia is never easy, but Arden Courts (Promedica) made all the difference for my family. Theresa, the director of the facility, was an absolute champion throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to guide my mom and me, helping us understand the benefits, costs, and what to expect. Even though the facility was full, Theresa didn't stop there—she worked tirelessly with the hospital and other local Arden Courts to ensure my dad got the care he desperately needed. Her dedication and compassion were truly remarkable, and I can't thank her enough for her unwavering support. Arden Courts is more than just a facility; it's a place where they genuinely care about their residents and their families.

One of my favorite places to teach! I'm an outside fitness instructor, so I see a lot of facilities. Arden Courts has wonderful staff, especially their activities personnel. Brenda and her assistant are caring, passionate and so much fun! They have so many diverse activities and work to make every day full of enjoyable experiences for their residents. My mother became a resident at Arden almost six months ago after my family toured several other assisted living facilities. I immediately felt that Arden was the place for her and have not been disappointed. The entire staff understands my mother's unique needs and provides her with necessary accommodations. I am able to speak with anyone at any time about concerns which are efficiently and appropriately addressed. I know my mother is in a safe and loving setting. However, transitioning her from home to Arden has been difficult for me. I am appreciative for the administrative staff who understands and offers me reassurances of what I know to be true.

Great place. Denise, Teresa, Patricia and all the staff were, and continue to be, extremely helpful getting us set up and taken care of. The environment is warm and welcoming. We love the layout with the four quads, each with its own living room and kitchen. There are plenty of cozy alcoves, inside and out, for sitting and chatting. Lots of activities in the main hall, all friendly and welcoming. We especially like the expansive green space in the back with plenty of grass and native foliage. It is a great area to walk through when visiting, as well. Our needs are met with professionalism. efficiency and care, and we would recommend Arden Courts to anyone.

Arden Courts - ProMedica Memeory Care is the Best place. I had to put my Step-Mother into a facility and this place is the best. They have activities everyday. They also send out a calendar each month so I can see what activities they will be having. Just love the little activities sections that my mother can walk around and do things on her own if she wants to, she can go outside in the court yard anytime she wants (weather permitting). The Staff is Awesome.

My close family member has been a resident at Arden Courts of Tampa for four months. Arden Courts works very hard to make sure he is well cared for and safe. The staff is caring and works together to meet his needs. The grounds are lovely and give residents the opportunity and freedom to walk around and enjoy nature.

My Mother age 92 has lived at Arden Courts Promedica in Tampa for a year and a half. My Father resided there for almost 3 months before passing away at 98+. The care and assistance Mom has received, and Dad, has been high quality, compassionate and beneficial. It is a community with a family atmosphere and our family has been greatly blessed to have such knowledgeable and caring tender aids, helping with every aspect of daily living. The admin, activities staff and medical staff have been top notch and we are very appreciative . Its an encouraging and happy place for people in this situation. I used to work in social services for two non profits cumulatively for 18 years and the model of living and delivery of care here are one of the best Ive seen . Occasionally there is a new resident adjusting or some small hiccup, handled professionally and with much care and love for all involved.

This is such a special place to have your loved ones through the final days of their journey home. My family has experienced their kindness and love first hand. We have dealt with dementia and Arden Courts made us all feel like family. Their goal is too love us all as family. Well, they did just that. I don't know where to start. The place is bright and airy and very stimulating for the residents. They have many activates for them, a beautiful outdoor area for the residents to walk in. What can I say about the staff: Knowledgeable (in the field of memory care), caring. compassionate for the residents and their family. Their communication skills are top notch. I have received calls daily from different members of the staff regarding the status of how my husband is doing. They have calmed me down ( thinking everything is a bad thing) and made me laugh when I thought I couldn't any more. I would recommend this facility to any one that has a family member battling this horrible disease of dementia or any memory care issue.

I teach Therapeutic Art classes at ALF's all over Hillsborough County and have for the last 7 years. Arden Courts is by far the best memory care facility in North Tampa. The staff is caring, compassionate, and truly know the residents. The aesthetic is warm and comforting and the layout of the facility is conducive to the residents and their needs. Every time I go in to teach a class the staff is prepared, and the residents are excited to be there. Additionally, there are always activities going on and things for the residents to participate in. All in all, Arden Courts is an excellent choice for your family member's memory care needs.

Thank you to the management and staff of Arden Courts. My spouse has been there for several months. I can rest easily knowing she is safe and looked after by caring staff. The layout of the facility shows a lot of care went into comfort, exercise, cleanliness and security for the patients.I like the double coded entry system that allows me to come and go to check on my spouse anytime, knowing she is secure. A big effort is made to entertain patients and keep them occupied. I highly recommend Arden Courts.

I can't say enough for the entire staff including Denise, the administrator, the front office and behind the scenes personal, and all the people that provide the loving care to him. My Aunt has been a resident at Arden Courts for over 4 years and I am very happy with her care. I feel the staff are very kind and know how to work with the memory care residents. My Aunt enjoys all the activities and the food. Denise has always been extremely helpful and available in person or by phone.

My mom has been a resident at Arden Courts of Tampa for two plus years. I feel we truly found a lasting home for her there. After experiencing other inadequate memory units, I believe Arden Courts is a place where workers are really trained in dementia care. One of the things I love about Arden Courts is the home itself. The facility is structured like a small village inside with common activity areas and four different wings of rooms. Each wing has their own cozy kitchen and living room for watching TV. They also have a laundry room and showering room. My mom has a small comfortable room with a private bath that looks out on a garden courtyard. The garden out back, with paved walkways, extends across the whole back of the building. The residents can safely go out the back doors freely and walk leisurely around. This is a very nice feature for a dementia patient who likes to wander. The staff check on the residents on a scheduled basis to keep them safe outside. The other thing I love about Arden Courts is the leadership and staff. Denise, the director, has been helpful and caring. I feel she promotes a community where my mom is in a family, and they are all my family too! I have missed them all during the pandemic and lock down. Mindy, the activities director, has been kind to set up FaceTime visits with my mom several times a week. Jazz and Carol, nurses, reassure me on phone calls that my mom is doing well and is healthy. I cant say enough about the caregivers who are tireless workers. I know they show my mom and others love. There are many other staff members, too numerous to mention by name, that work so hard to serve the residents. I appreciate them all and know they strive to keep my mom and the other residents safe during the COVID crisis. I would highly recommend Arden Courts of Tampa. I believe it is an awesome home and a good choice for your loved one who suffers with dementia.

Arden Courts is an amazing facility!! Denise, the Executive Director, is very good at choosing loving, caring people to work for her. The Caregivers are wonderful. They really love the residents. Mindy, the Activity Director, is very good at keeping the residents engaged in activities. The housekeeping staff works very hard at keeping the entire facility clean. The chefs are great with accommodating the residents dietary needs. There are nurses on site FULL TIME! Do not take your loved one to a facility that has Med Techs dispensing meds. Been there, done that. Not a good situation! Arden Courts has a doctor there every Tuesday, Dr. Gaudino, and he is wonderful! They also have a nurse practitioner, Jennifer, that comes every Friday. My mom has been there for 7 months and I am extremely happy!
