Mulligan provides such a safe and welcoming environment for senior living. The management genuinely care and go above and beyond to help residents find their new normal!!! The sense of community is felt/seen every time I am there to visit. The amenities (food, transportation, trips/activities) are excellent as well, but its the PEOPLE (both staff and residents) that make all the difference. Transitioning your loved one to senior living can be really rough, but these folks will support you all the way.

Linda and I have been living at the wonderful Mulligan Park Senior Living community for almost 8 months. We have received the most wonderful service from all the staff and managers. We especially have fallen in love with new assistant managers Dana and LeeAnn. Dana has especially helped me with mundane issues and is always a willing helping hand. We hope all of our friends and future friends can come enjoy the many features Mulligan Park has offered us.

This is a very nice retirement community. They have a dining room that is absolutely beautiful. A baby grand piano sits in the dining room and is played by residents and professionals alike. It is a 4 floor facility with different activities on each floor. A library, billiard room, computer room and even a hair salon. There are some others I can't recall. My mother lives here and the facility has been very good for her. The rooms have emergency pull strings in the bathroom in case there is a problem. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There is an outdoor pool as well with a putting green outdoors too. I could go on for days about the staffing they have as well. They treat residents with respect and kindness. They have a bus that is handicap accessible to take groups of residents to grocery stores or doctor appointments. There is one monthly rent paid and that includes 3 meals a day as well.

This is a Retirement home complex and it is an awesome place for elderly citizens to live here. Their fees includes, 3 cooked meals every day, activities every day of the month, large pool area for exercising, Exercise room, Bible study room, Chapel, Movie Theater room, Library room, each floor has a Laundry room, Game room, In-closed outdoor area to relax on the 4th floor, outdoor seating areas, elevator access to all floors, once a week your apartments are cleaned for you, transportation to and from Dialysis and or doctor visits, transportation for activities outside should as going to the mall, parks etc., and many more great things. The staff featuring Jamie, Dan, Catherine, and Bryan, just to name a few here, are all wonderful, outstanding and great about making sure your stay they is the best.

You had me at Jamie, the Mulligan Park I toured six or seven similar facilities in our community and none of them had a marketing representative with the grasp of what they were selling, and the empathy and compassion for the life of potential clients as Jamie; she led me on my tour, answered all my questions and within two days we had a signed agreement and within four days we were in our apartment. Then I met Len and Robin and Brian and Katherine the live in managers, and they were wonderful, positive in their approach, helpful to a fault, in fact, the entire staff were wonderful to be around. The facility is wonderful, our unit is great, the meals are plentiful and creative. Thank you, guys, you have turned a difficult period in one’s life into an exciting adventure. Follow up Review : We have been at Mulligan Park three months now and I thought it best to follow up on my initial review. As I mentioned before, moving in was effortless and speedy thanks to the help of the managers and maintenance staff. Our Housekeeper’s name is Jackie, and while I can’t speak for all the housekeeping staff, if they are anything like her, they couldn’t be nicer. She assisted us in the move, she is prompt, thorough, always asks if there is anything we need and regularly greets us with a pleasant smile and often a bit of her southern humor during her weekly visits. Judging from what I have seen, much of the housekeeping staff have a similar sense of responsibility in the performance of their duties. Meals are regular, plentiful and varied, prepared by the culinary staff and our servers are a delight, always ready with a smile and willingness to go the extra mile to fulfill individual requests. The building is maintained carefully, but seldom seen by Bud. Finally, we have learned that the facility could not operate without the activity’s director Karen. This woman is literally everywhere, planning a wide range of activities, decorating, arranging for events, teaching, arranging transportation and lending a hand when one is needed throughout the facility. All in all, the same kind of warmth and professionalism that greeted us when we arrived is maintained still.

Randy and I moved here November 2022. We feel blessed to live here. We have made so many new friends. There is always something to do. Apartments are big and our dogs live it here. The staff here are so helpful always willing to help. It really feels like family. Its the best thing we have done moving here. We feel blessed.

I am not a resident there, but have helped a couple relocate to Mulligan. I stop for visits with my former clients and the common areas are always neat and cleaned with fresh flowers. They serve 3 meals a day for their residence in their dining room and it smells great. The residents are always bragging about it. They have an on-site movie theater, beauty salon, pool table, ice cream shop, swimming pool, have live shows, and more. They offer a laundry service and a turndown service for fresh bed linens. The only issue that I have with them is a lot of their residents are to handle household chores such as dusting cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchenette area. So if you are choosing to move here and are unable to do things like that I would suggest you speak with someone about handling that at least once a month for you. One other thing that they offer is help with your move from your home into Mulligan's. They have a program that comes in and helps you pack some of your belongings and transport them either to Mulligan's or storage for you. You will still need outside help with some of the moving if you are moving from a large home.

My mother-in-law lived in Mulligan Park from Jan 2018 until August 2023, when she needed full time care and moved in with family. She and our family were so pleased with the compassionate and competent staff, the wonderful facilities, the services and the amenities. I highly recommend this retirement community to anyone.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this Senior Living Facility to anyone considering a relocation within Tallahassee, Leon County or North Florida in general, based on my own experience, which will begin its 4th year October 1st. To take one specific example of many I might offer, our Executive Chef, as of a year + standing, Ralph __ , leads a team of cooks in training and a serving staff, mindful of dietary best practices for Seniors' wellbeing, while being responsive to individual requests and requirements. In my case, diagnosed slow swallow dysfunction and two oral surgeries over an 18-month period that have left me unable to chew, gumming soft foods, as best I an. We can drop a note of suggestion, criticism or thanks in a prominently displayed box near one of the two access doors from kitchen to dining area here. (Someday, I am confident, our chefs will follow through on my suggestion of the breakfast coffee cake I grew up loving, Finnish Coffee Bread, lightly sweetened with Cardemon only:"Pulla", video with recipe directions, available on U-Tube.)

Second best decision I made in my life... the 1st was marrying my husband. No more worrying about a house to clean, taxes, insurance, lawn maintenance, gutter cleaning and utilities payments. No more shopping, cooking and clean up for meals Food is awesome. Love it here. Residents and staff are great. My dog is also very happy and does not lack for attention. Highly recommend it.

I moved into Mulligan Park Gracious Retirement Living almost two weeks ago. I am very THANKFUL that I did. The residents are loving, kind and helpful. They are amazing. The managers and assistant managers are helpful and I would say work hard . They work hard, but everything they do seems to come so naturally. Everyone is welcoming and warm. The other staff members are so helpful and very accommodating. The facility is so beautiful. It is decorated with such lavish decor. The apartments are very lovely and are very comfortable. I am so very BLESSED to be a resident here. I am so happy to be living at this facility. I feel like I am HOME.

I moved in the 31st of last month to Mulligan Park. I love this place where everyone from staff members to other residents are amazingly welcoming. The service is excellent from the bus driver to the kitchen, the dining room, the housekeeper, and the maintenance. I would like to give my appreciation to the man who helped me to move my stuff to my room and fixed my chair, my furniture, and the cable. May God continually bless everyone and make Mulligan Park known by everywhere, to grow successfully.

Excellent place for your parents. Friendly staff, plenty of activities, bus to take them to their appointments, food great, library for avid readers, which my mom loves. She's 100 and enjoys having a place to get her books. And a chapel a movie theater. Come and check out the place.

Due to conditions at their house, we needed to move my in-laws into Mulligan Park quickly. Paige was great in helping us move them in within hours of my phone call.All the managers are very friendly and helpful. Our whole family can sleep better knowing my in-laws are at Mulligan Park.

Mulligan Park has been wonderful for my mother! The employees are amazing. Unfortunately my 90 yr old mother has only lived in this retirement community through these very hard times during the Covid pandemic, but the staff have all been doing their very best to make it as pleasant and easy as possible!!! They have always been gracious and have helped us with anything we have ever needed. Jeanie was wonderful in helping with everything to get mom moved in during a stressful time. The residents are friendly, loving and have all been very kind and helpful to my mother. Hopefully soon life can get back to some kind of normalcy and mom can enjoy more of the fun activities that are so lovingly put together by Jamie, and enjoy socializing with everyone in the dining room while eating those delicious meals! I want to thank Doug, Mary, Linn (sorry if I didn't spell that right) Rhonda, Jamie, Jeanie, the entire kitchen staff and the young adults that help serve all the meals! Everyone has worked so hard to keep things running as efficiently and as safely as possible. I know times are extremely hard right now but we can all get through this together

Moving to Mulligan Park has been by far the best decision I made for myself and by myself. I'm probably the baby here at age 52, and am still working full time as an appellate attorney. However, with cerebral palsy and severe fibromyalgia, living here affords me safety, peace of mind, healthy meals, access to a pool and gym to stay in the best physical condition possible, housekeeping, and reliable transportation so I can reserve my energy for my work. What I did not expect was to be surrounded by so many pleasant neighbors, activities that are so tempting I sometimes wish I were retired to participate, and managers who really show respect and care.

My mother-in-law recently moved in to this complex. It's a very nice! They have a cafeteria, they have a movie theater, a putting green, a really nice workout room, just anything you would want any Retirement Community. And the staff seemed really nice.
