Went for a tour of the facility with Leticia, who was patient, kind, and it was because of who she was. Had a great lunch there, and saw the many amenities they had. The staff was very nice and the residents were happy. I was looking at the Deluxe studio which was perfect for me with a lovely patio. Anyone looking for an ALF, will find that this is the place they would want to live. I have now lived here over 6 years the place has changed ownership and renewed everything in the entire bldg, including 1 & 2 senior living apartments plus painted and r e. newed the assisted living apartments. Upgraded the activity rooms. Be sure and come by. Join us for lunch and do bring your mum with you.just call and set up an appointment with the sales gals. We have physical therapy occupational therapy nurse on call, exercise daily, crafting bingo, etc., etc., come and join us.

A wonderful place! Lovely facility, though it is the staff who made Pacifica Sunrise "home" for my uncle. Everyone - the front desk, the kitchen, the nurses, the management, and all the Assisted Living caregivers went above and beyond to make his life there comfortable, safe, and happy. Thank you all.

My sister has been a resident for a little over a year now and when she entered she was in the Assisted Living side - she was happy and enjoyed the activities. After about 7 months her memory took a turn and for her safety it was suggested the she go into Memory Care. Her sisters and I all agreed that for her safety it was the best. The facility assisted with the room move and the Memory Care staff welcomed her with the same love and warmth of the AL side. Her other sisters came for a visit and were very happy with what they saw and observed. We were waiting for an activity to start and all the staff that passed had a warm greeting or words for our sister. They truly do care for the residents in their care. During this difficult time with COVID, they try their best to keep all the residents safe. Shout outs to the Stephanie and her caring nursing staff and Christie for her energy and the effort she puts in keeping the residents engaged and entertained. Knowing my sister is safe and cared for makes it easier for me to continue my day to day activities with out worries.

Not only is the facility beautiful, but the staff is exceptional as well. In particular, Christy, who is the activities director. She is always offering new, fun and creative ways to get the residents involved. From arts and crafts, to movies and special guest entertainment. You can tell she cares deeply about each resident making personal connections with all of them. She is a wonderful asset who makes living there comforting and fun.

I toured this community for myself. Although I am not looking to move just yet, this community is going to be my first choice. When I walked around I was greeted by friendly smiles. The community looks brand new and the people living there looked like they were enjoying themselves.

my aunt has been living there for almost a year now. At first she did not want to go, but now when we are together she always tells me how much she enjoys the staffs friendliness and the way they care, I am so happy to see that she has friends now and enjoying her life, instead of being alone at home.

On Saturday,3-28.I called and spoke to Nandy and she immediately sent an email to the Humane Society in Doral to confirm Norma Acevedo and Darida Blay are living at Pacific. We had been trying to place their 2 cats with no place to put them. Because of her email, they took them as an emergency need and took them both. Im so thankful she took the time to do this for us! Best Assisted Living Community in the area. The renovations are gorgeous and the care this team provides can not be matched. This team goes above and beyond to make each resident part of the Pacifica family. The Executive Director Laura is Fantastic. She takes the time to meet and get to know each resident and family. She gives her cell phone to anyone and always follows up with any questions and concerns. Kudos to this new and improved community in the area. Pacifica is top notch

Ive serviced this property in the past when it was Brookdale and I have noticed the changes that Pacifica has made since the management change. They are renovating this property, staff is very accommodating and treats the residents like family. You can trust in the nursing team to take care of your family. Ask for Nandy to answer your questions and be of service to you as she is full of expertise in senior living!

I am sure all the staff at Pacifica are great! I feel extremely lucky with Olga, my nurses aid. I can depend on her for all my needs. She is resourceful, efficient. and I am well cared for. You can depend on her to be on time for everything. in a matter of shortness she has made bed,hung my clothes. takes the time to be sure I am ok and needs met and before I know it she is into the next resident. If all the aids are like Olga Pacifica could not be any more caring and well managed. I am very happy here and highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living in Sunrise

I was searching for a place my mother could call home. I had to move my mother from out out state and had a lot of questions. From the moment I spoke to Nandy Sahadeo, Pacifica in Sunrise, she was amazing. She was extremely responsive by email and text and made this difficult difficult process easier. After evaluating my mother, who has severe dementia, Pacifica determined she needed a home where she could be successful and the staff to better assist her. My immediate thought was, back to square one. Later that same day, I received a call from the Director at Pacifica, Laura Thollander. She quickly placed my concerns to rest. She was able to locate another Pacifica home that would be better suited for my mother. She thoroughly explained why it would be a better fit and why the new location would provide the best possible care for mom. She and Nandy made the transition to the new home seamless. I felt as though a thousand pounds had been lifted. If first impression being lasting, I feel as though my mother is in the best possible care. Thank you Laura and Nandy!!! Youre true professionals.

My 94 year old Mother has been living at Pacifica throughout this horrific COVID-19 Pandemic and she has been safe. I want to commend several staff there which have served this population to the point there has not been any outbreaks. Obviously, they are doing something right! My family needs a place for my Mother to be safe, respected, comforted and treated with high standards quality of care and a clean, disinfected home. I can sleep at night knowing she is in a wonderful place and they REALLY care, as though she is their family. I do feel secure and do due to the staff, I wanted to recognize the Administrative staff, Laura, the Executive Director, Denise, Karen, the Nursing Staff who have done an incredible job keeping her, as well as the community SAFE. They have implemented CDC guidelines and more.Thank you to the receptionists (that go well beyond answering phones) and thank you to the wonderful nurses, Stephanie is an asset to this organization. I would recommend this facility with the most upward regard. 1

Words cannot explain the love and care in this facility. It has been such a hard and tough journey trying to find the best and comfortable place for my mother in law. And coming here and meeting the staff and the residents I received so much genuine love and care !!! The facility definitely facilitates all needs for their residents to allow them to feel independent and free. Yet everything is in there reach ! Safety and always being able to reach out to someone who can help or attend to families and residents is a must and theres no doubt about it that they are always there to save the day!!! I couldnt be anymore happier with the living results of my mother in law for the past six months. I was worried! But Im confident now! Thanks so much Pacifica of sunrise!

We want to thank the Brookdale Family for all of their support with our mother. Every member of the staff has been such a pleasure to work with. Years ago, when we first brought Mom to Brookdale, we are all a little apprehensive about what might happen. The Caregivers made our Mom feel right at home and soon made her part of the family. You could see they genuinely cared for our Mom. They treated her with kindness and patience. Brookdale was home to our Mother for many years. We could not have found a better place for her.
