Our mother was in the memory care unit for the past 5 years. They keep changing their name because of the lawsuits. This place is filthy and they do not take care of the residents. Please…..Do not put your loved one in this place.

We had my mother in-law moved to this facility from another one. Springtree is SO much better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our decision and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Hi, I have been here since I believe July 24th. One of the very first CNA's I met was KATHIA DAUPHIN. All through she may not been working on my wing she would always come by to say Hello and see how I was feeling. However when she was working on my wing there was nothing too big or too little that I could ask of her and always did it with a smile on her face! She is an absolute beautiful person and never makes you feel like a burden. She is by far the best employee that I have come in contact with and always look forward to seeing her face! She definitely has the ability to be higher up than in the position she is in. There are many CNA's and Aids that should take lessons from her as she really cares about her patients. The Nurse, Omar Pierre has been with me for quite a while and is also a very good Nurse. She also shows concern and compassion. I only had Nurse, Eddie 2 times but was also very caring. I have to say that I never have come so far if it were not for Vince in Physical Therapy as he allowed me to challenge myself and went over and above to work with me. I asked him if he could work with me regularly. He helped me build up my strength and he taught me how to use my scooter as well as do other exercises that I can do on my own. He is an excellent Therapist Ashley in Occupational Therapy was the 1st therapist I met and after working with her 2 times I asked her to please be my therapist on a regular basis if she was allowed to. She is an amazing person and an excellent therapist. I want to say a very extra thanks to all of them above as well as to Andrea up at the nurses station for helping me with all of my doctors visits and transportation. The only problem I really had was that I went to my Orthopedic Surgeon at the end of July and was to start with an orthopedic stocking and a boot but it never happened until yesterday 8/16, as they said the order was not complete and now they want to discharge me but I have not been able to work with the Therapist to find out what I need to do as far as the boot goes. Some of the staff was wonderful. I did have an issue with items missing items that I bought for my dad's comfort. When I complained to the administrator, I was told "it happens" That didn't inspire any confidence in this facility.

Clean and inviting. Staff is fantastic and therapists are phenomenal. My mom has been there for 2 weeks now and is making steady progress after a massive stroke. I recommend visiting in person to get the warmth of the facility.

My mom came here a few days ago following a hospitalization. From the moment she got here I was very impressed. The staff is very friendly, professional, and kind. When I call during the week and leave a message for someone they promptly return my call. I recently had another experience with a local, skilled nursing facility and the care and atmosphere here compared to where she came from is night and day. Springtree is clean and you just get a sense that the staff cares for its patients. I'm happy we picked Springtree for my mom"s care.
