My 98 year old father came to Silver Creek as we could no longer provide the care he needed.He LOVED Silver Creek... beautiful room, great staff, great service. They take care of everything. Very responsive. The move-in/contract process is a bit cumbersome, as I was doing it remotely from 1000 miles away. But they were very accomodating. Communications are excellent.A+

My mother was a resident for six months at Silver Creek. Initially placed in Assisted Living and after two months due to her health declined, transitioned to Enhanced Assisted Living. I found the majority of the staff to be caring. I had circumstances where flexibility was needed on my mother's behalf and in almost all cases, the Executive Director favorably approved my requests. Even the main corporate home office worked with me on mom's behalf. I found the nursing staff to be extremely helpful and truly cared about my mother. I would recommend Silver Creek to family members needing care. The facility is well maintained, clean and the maintenance staff were very helpful. The Assisted Living dining experience is top notch. The front desk personnel also went above and beyond to assist. Office personnel were professional. I believe I made a wise decision to place my mother at Silver Creek.

I recently toured Silver Creek in St Augustine. I was looking for a place for my father as he is needing more care. Jill Hecker is a wonderful ambassador for this community. She was able to answer all my questions and even advised me of benefits my father can receive as a veteran. She knows her stuff. I had a wonderful tour. The staff was happy and smiling and everyone I encountered said hello and welcomed me. They treated me to a wonderful lunch and was top notch. I met the executive director Robin as well and she was very knowledgeable as well. After leaving, I didn't tour any other assisted living places as I made my decision that day and he will soon be moving into Silver Creek.

My husband and I would like to give a shout out to the staff at Silver Creek. We had two family members there and found that they were well cared for by kind, compassionate staff. They were very welcomed and felt very comfortable there. The surroundings are beautiful and the food is very good! Thanks to all at Silver Creek.

My wife and I have been living in Silver Creek for the past 8 months. We moved from nearby Elkton and before that Brooklyn and Staten Island.We are happy to report that we love it here, everything has been wonderful and we are made to feel at home here.All staff and administration have been outstanding, helpful and polite.During the Pandemic temperatures and pulse-ox taken several times a day. All staff wear masks and have PPEs. We feel safe knowing Silver Creek puts our health and safety first.Medical alert pendants are worn by residents and staff monitors this 24, 7.Chef Richard has been very accommodating with our medical needs diet and is in touch with us almost daily to see if we are all right and enjoying our meals.he rooms are cleaned, laundry done, mail, packages and newspapers delivered.Maintenance is a call away. van is available for medical appointments.Everything has been thought out.Just like a 5 Star Hotel.We feel lucky and blessed to be here.

My mother in law has been living at Silver Creek for 18 months. She choose it after visiting 6 other assisted living facilities in Saint Augustine and Jacksonville. Kate, at the front desk has always been so pleasant and helpful. The staff show how much they care and treat everyone kindly and attentively. They keep the facility very clean and it looks beautiful. The Easter Brunch was wonderful with a very nice selection including prime rib, salmon and rack of lamb, a nice dessert selection and live music.Mom is very happy and has made friends wth other residents and the staff. Some have passed and others moved to memory care. We are always greeted with genuie warmth when we arrive. Mom, who isnt in memory care, and has a sharp mind speaks kindly about how she is treated, which confirms we made the right decision. Its easy to recommend Silver Creek to our friends.

This is a beautiful facility in a beautiful setting. For those seniors who need minor assistance this is a good choice.I give it a rating of 3 because it is not such a good choice for those who need a higher level of assistance but do not yet need a skilled nursing facility. This can be a problem especially if a resident enters with a higher level of independence and loses abilities over time.The staff turnover has been very high over the past year plus which has made it difficult in knowing who to contact with questions and issues. Often this turnover occurred with no formal communication about the changes that occurred. The staff is caring but the overall organization and communication needs to improve.I know that they are working to improve and address the issues and hopefully they will. But be advised if your loved one(s) chose to move to Silver Creek you will need to be diligent in making sure that they are getting the care and attention that you believe that they should be getting,.

I stopped by to take a tour of Silver Creek about a week ago. What a beautiful community, Silver Creek is amazing from the outside and even more beautiful inside.The inside is decorated beautifully, and it feels very welcoming and friendly. The staff was very pleasant and warm as they were interacting with the residents.The Executive Director, Jerry Lynn took a few minutes to speak with me. She has such a warm and caring demeanor I can see how much she loves her job and cares about her residents.I highly recommend checking out this community, you will not be disappointed.

My grandmother and I visited Silver Creek during a wonderful military appreciation themed program for their residents. While there we were able to visit the beautiful community and meet with staff and residents. The staff was extremely attentive to their residents and exceedingly friendly. The Executive Director, Jerry Lynn, was warm and welcoming. Meeting with her I felt the love she has for her residents and the care she has to make this community the best for residents and guests.

I am not one to post reviews but have visited this facility several times. One time was before they opened and just recently attended the antique roadshow that they had. Each time i have been very impressed not only with how nice it is. It reminds me of a nice resort or something. I had the chance to chat with people that live there and family and friends and all i hear is how much they love living there. I am thinking about moving in but need to sell my home first.oh and one more thing is the food is awesome.

St Augustine was recently rated as the number one city to live in here in Florida ant Silver Creek at St Augustine is a true gem to retire to. Its on my short list!

I want to take a moment to tell everyone that silver creek became a second family to my mom. The staff took such great care of her while she was a resident there and went above and beyond to meet her needs. Moms care and needs seemed to come first, whether it was from the kitchen staff to the nursing staff, to the cleaning staff...they did their best, even through their growing pains. Silver creek even worked round clock during Irma to make sure residents (and their families if needed a place to hunker down) were safe and secure. Sadly, mom passed on December 10th due to heart failure but her care came first up to and past the end of her life. Silver creek even offered their facility to my family to hold the viewing. They will always be considered part of my family and I would like to thank Sharon and the entire staff for taking such good care of out mom.5 stars

I deliver Flowers and go to every nursing home,assisted living and memory care facilities in the whole county. Silver Creek is hands down in my opinion the BEST the staff are always so attentive and interact with the residents on a non stop basis and always stop and speak to me. Great Job Silver Creek

I first moved my mom into the assisted living side and she moved over to memory care side about 4 months ago. My mom is actually doing so much better where she is now. The staff try to keep her involved as much as possible which is great because i dont want her sitting in front of a tv. She has made some good friends and the staff are so sweet to her. they let her set the table at dinner which she really likes. It is hard on me sometimes when she doesnt know who i am but i am happy that she is in a good place and she is getting good care. If you are looking for a facility for someone i highley reccommend Silver Creek.

We have our Kiwanis meetings there on Tuesdays and tonight enjoyed the Halloween party for kids and residents. How wonderful for the generations to mingle and enjoy each other. Perfect!!
