My sister moved in from a different facility in Sarasota and its the best move she ever made. They are so kind and the people that work and live here are all very nice. It's so great for her to be part of such a great community as my sister is still young at heart but needs the assisted living. My family has lived in Sarasota for over 40years and I can truly say this place is one of the best!

Our mom has been at Angels for almost 2 years now and we really love this place for her. The staff are wonderful and a special shout out to Susan the activities director, Nick the chef, Marie at the front desk, and all of the rest of the crew who do a fantastic job everyday. The facility is just a few years old so it’s comfortable and very roomy. My mom’s apartment has everything she needs and is expertly cleaned every week by the housekeeping crew. I have eaten a couple of meals here with my mom and have found the food to be healthy and delicious and all home cooked. They have an l la carte menu as well for those that wish for a lighter meal. So all in all I would highly recommend Angels to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable and safe environment for their loved ones.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Rude and unprofessional. Staff answer the phone but then hang up on your when you try and call back. I wouldn't trust my loved ones in these hands...

Excellent staffcaring courteous and professional. What more could you ask for. The Memory Care Director, Shelley, is top notch! I am a local podiatrist who sees residents in the entire facility. Trust this facility to provide the best quality care to you or a family member.

My 93 year old mother has been a resident of Angels Senior Living for the past year and a half. My family couldn't be happier with the care, love and attention the facility gives to her. Suzy and her staff are incredible not only with caring for their residents, but also working with the families to solve everyday and long term issues. The facility is beautiful and clean. The food is delicious ( I have eaten many times with mom) and the staff is highly professional and friendly. Mom has lived in 2 other assisted living centers and has had problems at each of them. I highly recommend this facility to any family member in need. Thanks Suzy!!!

My mom is currently a resident at Angels and it was the best decision we made in moving her here. Mom absolutely loves this place and the angels’ who help her daily. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help when and where needed. My mom needs help pretty regularly lately from minor issues like turning on the tv, to help with dressing. Help is rendered with a smile and a hug. There is a wide variety of entertainment, from hula dancers to sing alongs on a regular basis that not only keep the mind engaged but the spirit as well. I have attended a few and enjoyed myself. More important, I saw the delight in the faces of the residents. They know they are not forgotten here. Oh, the food! Yes, this is important. It is good. I’ve eaten here and always have a delicious meal. Mom loves her meals and she is maintaining her weight. Which is an important factor in senior facilities. In a previous place, mom lost 10 pounds as she hated the food. Is this a safe and healthy place for your parent or loved one? I would give it a huge YES. Suzie and her team work nonstop to make sure our elder relatives are well taken care of.

If you love your loved ones do not send them here!! [Name Removed], the ED does not care about the residents. If the residents complain to staff she tells them they lie. The care is terrible, employees sit around on their phones while residents need help, sitting in wet depends, sometime with 2 on..whattt..and it's not a big deal to her. If you speak up as an employee, your gone. I do not know why this company keeps this woman as an employee. If upper management would just listen to the residents they would learn how horrible it is. They cant keep good help because of her. The residents are afraid of her. If [Name Removed] was gone, this place would be wonderful. They need someone that has empathy for our elderly, not ignore them.

Was very pleased with management and staff at Angels. My mom was well taken care of while at Angels. Suzi, Kathryn, Melissa, and Yuri all bent over backwards to make sure my mom had the appropriate care during her stay there. Management even came in on days off and answered personal cell phones after hours to assist. My mom made lots of friends and it was like another family to us all. The facility was always clean and provided plenty of activities for my mom. We will miss the crew at Angels and wish them nothing but the best of luck in the future.

Angels Senior Living at Sarasota has wonderfully personable administrators and staff that are all "Angels" in the love and care they bestow upon their residents and families! They really do practice their stance of not taking care of your loved one till the end of their days BUT rather they celebrate your loved one everyday and strive to make each day the most enjoyable experience for your loved one. They go well out of their way to make life wonderful for you and your loved one! They are wonderfully magical in helping and supporting your loved one and you while navigating the changes and emotions that come with transitioning from individual home to the family community they have. They have a variety of activities every day and encourage residents and family members to get involved but even for those that do not wish to become involved they encourage them to observe (which helps with dementia) or will make sure their interests are respected and will spend one on one time with them to listen to their thoughts or look at photo albums with them and are truly good interactive listeners of the retelling of the events of their lives. Our Dad is a retired Marine and administrator and staff alike will sit and visit with him as he goes through his photo album and recounts the events in the pictures. They are truly interested and wish to become a confidant and loved one of your loved one as they truly love them. They have a wonderfully appointed facility, take expert and loving care of all residents and strive hard to accommodate every resident and family members' personal request to make their lives as enjoyable and comfortable with it personalized to their tastes and let the residence retain some control and in charge of their lives. i.e Our Dad was use to ice cream every night after dinner and they make that happen., our Dad does not like disposable eating/drinking utensils and they make sure no matter what the event that he has washable utensils. Does not matter how big or small the preference is they bend over backwards to accommodate them. They really get to know their residents and families and interact with them addressing their needs and concerns every time they see you. Your loved one not only becomes part of the community but you do as well and your family grows with the loving team members and fellow community and members of their families. They become part of your family and give you your sense of comfort that your loved one is being loved, respected, taken care of and celebrated as you yourself would do could you be there all the time. May God bless them all always as they have blessed all of us! Our family is very pleased with the care given our mom at Angels Senior Living. She has been a resident since Feb 2020; first in the assisted living section and now over the last 5 months in the memory care section. The staff truly does seem to care about her well being. The nursing, home health, and activities staff are all excellent. They do a good job of keeping the place clean and we are also pleased with the food quality. Director Lee and her staff are very responsive to all our questions and concerns. Our family is very thankful for having our mom at Angels Senior Living.

We knew we needed better care for mom after repeated falls at another ALF. We moved mom into Angels memory care a month ago. Moving a parent from one facility to another is not easy, particularly with dimentia. Angels has shown us a strong feeling of safety and loving care. Every member of the staff displays friendliness & sincerity in what they do. The facility is BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS. They notice little details and really seem to know their residents. I attribute this to the management of the facility and corporation over all. A few examples include the Director, Lee Paradise coming in on a weekend day off to facilitate moms move from rehab; Sue & Synara, internal RNs are always available to review details about mom to ensure proper care inhouse & with doctors, coordinating & communicating on PT, OT & more. The day to day staff so calmly handles every residents needs. Carol the activities director makes everything seem so easy! Shout out to Erick, the inhouse maintenance man who takes care of this facility & even hung mom's TV & cabinet in bathroom. (In the past, we had to pay for outside help.) If you're looking for a great place for someone to live, THIS IS IT! Thank you Angels Senior Living for setting your bar so high in running a great facility!

Searching for the right place for your loved one is a very difficult task! You search high and low and pray that you make the right choice for them! From the moment I walked into Angel's and was greeted by Maria, with her welcoming smile to Lori showing me around but not being pushy about it! The nurse AnnMarie being very attentive to the residents and not faltering to answer questions from the families to make them feel at ease! The cook, Jeff, always has a smile, and makes delicious meals! With my father having dementia, I need to make sure I felt that it was a safe, clean, caring, open environment for him! I wanted some place that he would enjoy! Liana and Paige, the activites ladies, do a wonderful job with great ideas so that the residents don't get bored! Things from having music, paint/coloring pictures, horse shoes, and bringing animals in for pet therapy! All this is important for the quality of life! The CNA make sure my dad is clean, and wash his bedding regularly! They talk with him and try to understand where he is at in his head and world! They redirect when any issues arise without being aggressive! I have never found a staff member here that did not care! I would highly recommend Angel's if you are looking for a great memory unit for your loved one, or even just a assisted living! Thumbs up to you Angel's for caring!

My husband has been a resident for 4 months and it has enhanced his physical and mental condition. The open environment, staff as well as the amenities are all first class. My family has confidence that he is well cared for and that is our number one concern. The staff is receptive to our concerns and always has it’s residences best Interest at the top of their agenda.
