I am currently a patient at Brookdale Palmer Ranch skilled nursing facility. It is very clean, and the food is good. I have to say that 99% of the staff is nice. Thanda, my CNA is wonderful, she gave me the best shower I've ever had.

Really wonderful place! The activities are engaging, creative and FUN for the Memory Care residents. They do community involvement with a local preschool that is great for both the young and young at heart. Awesome food and the cookies are really good! Caring and trustworthy!

My wife and I truly appreciate the fine job the Brookdale staff is taking to keep us safe and comfortable during the Covid Pandemic. We dont think of them as staff, but as angels. We call Mary, our activites director The Energizer Bunny. The nurses routinely phone our daughter to let her know how were doing. My mom has lived here for a year. If you are looking for somewhere for a family member where they will feel cared for, known, understood this is the place for them to be. The hardest thing was having my mom have to live in assisted living, but she enjoys herself, has made connections, enjoys the space, and it makes me feel happy because even during the virus not one resident has been ill. They are working very hard to keep the residents safe. Not everywhere can say theyve been as successful. If I ever need assisted living, I would choose this place even for myself. I couldnt speak more highly of them the staff, the facility itself, theyre wonderful.

MY MOM HAS BEEN IN BROOKDALE PALMER RANCH FOR 3 YEARS AND IS ENJOYING HER TIME THERE AS BEST AS SHE CAN FOR A 94 YEAR OLD. SHE RUNS THE BINGO GAMES WHICH THEY PLAY EVERY DAY AND IT HAS GIVEN HER A SENSE OF PURPOSE. THE FOOD IS GOOD AND THEY HAVE LOTS OF ACTIVITIES FOR EVERYONE TO KEEP BUSY. THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY. KUDOS TO BROOKDALE SENIOR LIVING.

I just had hip replacement surgery and spent time at Brookdale for rehab. They gave me first rate service! Very happy with the staff and the results.

I was at this rehab center for 10 days in Dec.2018, after a knee replacement. The care that I received was excellent. Someone was always ready to help me with whatever my need was even in the middle of the night. The staff at this facility is caring and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The aides that I had helping me were amazing. My visitors were treated with kindness as well. the PT & OT that I received helped me be able to regain use of my knee in good time. the nursing staff always answered the call button quickly, . I will always recommend Brookdale at Palmer Ranch for anyone needing rehab.

I have been working for Brookdale since I was 17. It has taught me so much when it comes to caring for my elders and life itself. I never had the chance to meet both my grandma and grandpa so working here has definitely gave me just that and I couldnt be any more blessed. Ive helped many Brookdales around here and Palmer Ranch is the only one that has made me feel like Im at home with the staff i work with. This is basically my home and Im happy to share this because I make my residents smile just like they make me smile. 6 years with the company has been very great overall. Thank you to all the Palmer Ranch staff for being my second family. Our biggest priority is making sure we leave a smile one these residents face and thats what we do here at Palmer ranch.

The nursing staff is friendly and gives good care. BUT the food sucks. Often it is over cooked or under cooked and not edible.They should get food that elderly people might want to eat. They pay way too much to live here and cant eat the food.

The Rehabilitation Center has the most professional and caring staff. I was given a large private room and was given better care than I ever expected. The chef even came by to see if I was happy with the food. I was back on my feet and walking normally again in little more than a week. I highly recommend Brookdale.

Brookdale does not tolerate abuse of any kind. The staff are educated on what constitutes abuse and ways to report abuse before they are allowed any contact with our clients. They are also required on-going training throughout their employment. If this issue was brought to our attention I can assure you that it was dealt with.Doing rehab for longer periods of time can be detrimental to the resident. The healing process is unique to every individual. Our rehab department also has new staff, who are compassionate and knowledgeable. However, patients rights state that a patient may refuse service. I can guarantee that they were offered the ability to work with rehab, but if they refuse there is little we can do.We also have almost all new management. The new Executive Director is amazing and he is really doing wonderful things with the place. We have recently began remodeling all of our units and the place is looking great! We also recently hired a new Executive Chef. The residents are really enjoying their dining experience.We apologize that you were not pleased with your experience. We would love to show you the new Brookdale Palmer Ranch Community. Give us a call to schedule a visit.
