My husband has had 6 months of medical hurdles, needing various levels of care. Senior Helpers, initially recommended by discharge planner at rehab center, has matched his needs at every turn. They have been extremely responsive. I have trusted every home health aide that entered this house, and there have been many. There is not one who I would not welcome back. I also commend those working the office, the calm voices who have done the arranging. They match client and aide perfectly and they get it right.

Our family is so THANKFUL for Senior Helpers. They have gone above and beyond with my mother. My mother is 92 years old and requires assistance, and she been diagnosed with Dementia. Our caregiver has helped my mother, she makes her feel good about herself and has given us a peace of mind. We tried other companies but none have gone above and beyond. I usually dont write reviews.. but i need to Thank Senior Helpers for helping our family with our dad. My dad is a stubborn man and refuses help. However his care needed attention and he needed some kind of interaction with others besides our family. My husband and I work full time , so my dad stays home alone. During these uncertain times with COVID we were very hesitant to allow anybody come into our house. Because i knew my dad needed help, we decided to call Senior Helpers. They were amazing, we did a ZOOM meeting (optional), we talked about what precaution do they have implemented for their client and employees and about their service. I was very impressed with how they handle things.. The caregiver whos helping my dad is AMAZING, she wears a mask at all times. Always interacts with my dad and my dad looks forward to seeing her. Thank you Senior Helpers , you have made my dad come out of a shell..

Everything about Senior Helpers has been amazing. From the initial consultation, which the care manager thoroughly inspected the house and provided tips and strategies to prevent falls to the immediate calls from their office to set up services and find a perfect match for my Dad to the weekly check-in calls to make sure everything is going well. They even delivered masks to my dads house during the pandemic to make sure he is safe. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure the quality of care is top notch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to provide safe, loving care for a loved one in need.

Taking on the role as my mothers care taker was a job I was definitely not prepared for and in the beginning seemed like a nightmare I wasnt sure I could handle. Since receiving services from Senior helpers everything has changed for the better! I dont know how far I would have gotten without them! My mothers caretaker Stefanie is an absolute god send! She is so awesome with her and has built such a bond of trust and friendship I couldnt have asked for anything more! I can not say enough about senior helpers . My 91 year old aunt lives in Florida we live in Massachusetts . With out senior helpers I really dont know what we would have done. They are allowing my 87 year old dad to sleep at night knowing that his sister is in good hands. I highly recommend them. My is treated as if she were their mom they are absolutely wonderful.

I have been working five years in private care. My supervisor liked me very much and my patient also. Ive been working for senior helper for almost four months now and my experience there have been spectacular. Im very satisfied about the team. I did a good job helping them and my first patient was very nice and very understanding. My supervisor have lots amount of respect for me. Senior helper will always be in my heart and that is why I dont want to work in any other agencies because they do good work here, and my patients also who are like family to me. Senior helper is a really great company, they care for their patient and the caregiver also. I would love to work for them for the rest of my life.

Senior helpers has been working with me for two years. They are prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. Several months ago I had an opportunity to participate in the Multiple Sclerosis walk. To accomplish this, my aide arrived at my house at 6:30 AM, which, is much earlier than normal. Not only did she get me ready to go out, she also prepared a hearty breakfast for my upcoming long day. To my surprise, once I arrived at the walk, several Senior Helpers staff were there to support me. Being diagnosed with MS in 1981, they have helped me maintain my independence and I feel like they are part of my family. I only wish that I had known of Senior Helpers when I first needed assistance in 1993. They are that good.

My experience with Senior Helpers was fantastic on many levels. I used their services for my parents over a period of approximately 1 year. During that time Senior Helpers worked hard to ensure as much consistency as possible in the caregivers that came daily; that made my parents feel very comfortable and at ease. All of the caregivers were very professional and caring. The management team was very responsive to any special requests and understanding of last minute schedule adjustments that came up. The leadership team from the office also went the extra mile when my parents experienced serious medical issues by visiting them in the hospital and checking in for frequent updates. They also went above and beyond by being on-site when a discharge from the hospital occurred to make sure everything went smoothly - often staying well into the evening. They are a great team and I highly recommend the Riverview location.

The staff at senior helpers are great they are personable and understanding. They make sure they fit the right caregiver with a client. If the client has a sense of humor they chose a caregiver that has a sense of humor for that client. Senior Helpers goes beyond the care that is given for instance there was a client who was leaving to go back were she was originally from and one of the office staff came out just to say goodbye to that client. For the person who said that this place is awful I dont know what happened to make you feel that way but it couldnt be the staff in the Tampa location because everyone there is great. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one they are a great bunch of people the office staff;the nurse; and the caregivers
