My mother was there for almost three years. I can’t say enough for the care and love she received from the staff. It was a sad day yesterday moving her stuff out now that she’s in her final chapter of life. So if your looking for a place that will take care of your loved one this is it.

I would like to commend the staff at Crossings at Riverview for their compassion and care of my father during his residency at this community. Each member of the team took personal responsibility to ensure that he received the best care and attention possible.This was particularly important to me because of the limitations that families have had regarding visitation during Covid. The staff also did everything possible to help all of the residents continue to connect through activities, even if limited due to distancing requirements and accommodated visitation schedules for family. I am so thankful to all of the staff, particularly, Pam, Andrea, Deandra, William, Fatima and Cynthia. I would highly recommend this community to anyone considering assisted living for their loved one.

My grandpa is a current resident here and I never knew nursing homes could be this nice! The building is beautiful they have a theatre room, barber, hair salon, billiards room, beautiful outside area for him to walk and so much more. I love visiting my grandpa here and the nursing staff is always so nice and accommodating with anything he needs. He seems to be thriving here too and only ever brags about how well he is taken care of which put me at peace of mind.

My grandmother stays in crossings at riverview and I have to say the people here have been amazing during the whole pandemic the new head nurse has kept me updated and informed anytime I needed any questions answers you can tell she really cares about our family members and The building is beautiful and clean .

I am extremely impressed with this facility. Before I moved my grandmother here I was terrified of nursing homes. You know they get such a bad rap. But it got to overwhelming with a job, children, furbabies and also trying to give her the best care too. So I researched for a bit and ran across the crossings at riverview. I read the reviews and thought this is the best place I could send her. I am so impress with the facility and the staff they are outstanding. And my grandma was there during covid 19 outbreak. Im so beyond words grateful how they handled that. My grandma stayed healthy and well care for. And for that I will be FOREVER grateful. Thanks crossing at riverview for not letting me down and going above and beyond!!!

This place is literally amazing, my grandmother has been living here for a couple months now and loves it. They really go out of their way to make the residents happy and get them active!! This team of people really have taken extra precautious measures because of COVID to make sure that our loved ones are kept safe and healthy. Definitely recommend The Crossings!

I moved my parents into the assisted living side of the facility on June 15, 2019 and Im so glad I checked this out facility when I was doing research. The staff and management are so loving and compassionate and did an A+ job during the Covid-19 lockdown. My parents miss their home in Puerto Rico but realize that this is the best place to be living to care for their needs. Thanks to everyone that has a direct and an indirect contact with my parents because I now have a calm heart knowing that they are well taken care of.

I recently toured the community with my mother and absolutely loved the environment. We scheduled a tour around lunch time and ended up staying for lunch and an activity. Not only was the building bright and beautiful, but the staff was very friendly as well. We cant wait to move forward with the process.

This community is outstanding in all regards. Care levels excels, compassion shows, and staff approachable as well as knowledgeable . Mrs. Cutsuries - Executive Director has many years of experience yet more importantly brings warmth and trust to this community . Very consistent with leadership therefore supporting consistency in staff. Definitely more of a family environment and it shows and glows ! Bottom line ... real peace of mind . Dont miss a visit !

The Crossings is my home. When I first moved in, I was scared and not sure what to expect. It took a few months for me to get used to my new environment, but that is expect. The staff and management are all very caring and attentive to my needs. Anytime I have a question or need anything they are there for me. My only regret is that I didnt move here sooner
