Not only do they set a high standard for exceptional service and a senior living community, but they truly lead with their heart and desire to The best quality of life for each of their residence.being a memory care community, I am here to say it takes special individuals to effectively serve this population. Laura Heyn and her team set a high standard. They approach each resident and their families with dignity and respect, an attribute often difficult to find in healthcare and senior living today.

This facility is very clean and all the residents are always well put together. I would put my loved one here. They have great activities and the staff is very friendly.

My husband has been there since October, 2022 and I am very pleased. The staff is very friendly and caring. They are giving him the care that's necessary and I love to watch them with the other residents as they care for them. They hug them and help them get around. It's a beautiful, clean place with lots of activities for them.

My mother moved in at the Superior Residence last May and she is doing very well. From what I observed the care givers are very thoughtful, caring and extremely helpful. The entire staff at this facility seems very kind polite and thoughtful. My family and I are so fortunate to have found this place.

While I felt the staff and community was caring when we first toured, it really does not matter what I think. What truly confirmed my thoughts was my mothers reaction on the tour and then her unsolicited comments (a huge struggle for her to voice her thoughts and feelings) on a different day about how everyone there is kind and nice. She smiles and brightens every day we arrive for her day-stays when she sees the staff, sometimes with a wave too as she enters! As I have quickly learned, caring for someone with memory issues like my mom is not easy. To make it your career means you have the passion, compassion and as one staff member told me - humility - to be able to sucessfully do it and I feel the staff at Superior Residences of Brandon do! I am grateful and appreciative to each of them!

They are very educated in the world of Alzheimers and Dementia and use that knowledge to give your loved one the best care possible. Special shout out to Jill Andrews my grandfather had to be transferred from another facility that said he couldnt stay there anymore and she made the transition very smooth and easy. She has knowledge beyond belief about this disease and has been such a compassionate and comforting guide along this difficult journey. Thank you Superior Residences!

I used to work here if the families only knew what really happens here - and the staff is under paid and is given too much responsibility for the time Allotted in 8 hours . Keep your parents home if the have their faculties - if not they wont know the difference . But you do . I suggest nanny cam no matter where you place your family member .

My Nanna, who is the most precious person to me began residing at Superior 14 months ago. My family I visited several memory care facilities and we knew Superior was going to be the one we selected after our visit. The staff is so helpful and cheerful and the facility is bright and fun with lots of daily activities for the residents. Because I go almost every day to visit my Nanna, I have been able to see first hand how the residents are taken care of. My Nanna is always clean and dressed nicely, the food looks tasty, and they are given snacks throughout the day. There are many moments when the music is playing and one of the staff will start dancing with a resident (which always bring a smile to many faces). Although I, along with many others, would love to have our family members at home with us ( maybe nothing is quite like being at home; which we have tried) we soon discovered that her care is completely beyond what we are capable of consistently; so we are very thankful to have a place where we know she will be cared for and be safe. I am very happy with the quality of care my Nanna is receiving and I totally recommend Superior! #KeepUpTheGoodWorkGuys #KeepSmiling #AlzhemiersIsACruelDisease

Words cannot express how much I love Superior Residences. When my fathers dementia progressed to the point of him needing to live in a place that provided professional memory care services, I felt lost and alone. I went to look at many places and none of them felt right. Then it was suggested to me to check out Superior Residences. I am so glad that I did. I visited Superior Residences and when I left I was crying. Not tears of sadness but tears of joy. I KNEW this was the place that I wanted my father to live!!! The staff works very hard to make this a cheerful, safe, fun and loving environment for the residents. Not only that, but they are also extremely supportive of family members. It is not easy to face the challenges of having a family member with dementia. I do not feel like I have to face these challenges alone any longer. I feel like I have another family now to help me and my father along this journey...the Superior family!!

Mama transferred to Superior three months ago and while our separation as a family has been sad and difficult, Superior has been a caring agent in this transition. The caring staff has helped us to know that she will adjust and will be fine. I recommend this beautiful place and people to those seeking to find a suitable home for their loved ones.

What a beautiful location! They put thought into ever aspect. From architecture to the staff ever detail is looked at! From the min you walk in the door you can feel the positive energy! I high recommend visiting if you have a loved one that is suffering from dementia.

Wow what an amazing place! My grandfather died after a ten-year battle with Alzheimers disease. I only wish he couldve spent that time at superior residences of Brandon. I really recommend this facility over all others.
