Jan is super nice, rates are great. However, just not the campground atmosphere we were looking for. She helped with referring to different parks! People we spoke to were really friendly. It is more residential than recreational. Was a bit tight on overhead wires & roads for our 41' 5th wheel.

Was a great place to stay! Especially as a traveling nurse. Sacred heart hospital was just a 9 min drive. Park owners were very kind and helpful, and they kept the area nice and clean.

My family spent one month there. It's a safe and friendly place. A lot of shadows and spaces. The neighborhood is very friendly. Dean the manager is always there for you.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights. Close to all the attractions we wanted to see while in Pensacola. Dean was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for him. Helped us back in with professional instructions to make it simple. Good wifi.

Janet and Dean were very accommodating to hold a place for us after hours, due to a blown tire 2miles from their location. There are no extras. No laundry. No shower house. There was water and electric for a reasonable price. Our particular site was not one they use often I suspect. Main park was made up of mobile homes and RVs. We were thankful for the spot we had and stayed 3 nights.
