My father, Tom Rogers, was a resident at Carpenter’s Creek. It was a wonderful location that provided him with excellent care. He liked the people there, the facilities, and the food. I recommend Carpenter’s Creek to one looking for an assisted living facility

Due to an unexpected home renovation project at my in-laws we needed to find them a new place to live for the durations of the months-long project - and find it quickly! They are elderly and have mobility issues, so safety is a must. But otherwise, they are used to independent living. I was concerned that the uncertain timing of the project would force us into signing a needlessly long lease or that the community Covid protocols would be too lax. Tanya at the Waterford at Carpenters Creek put all my worries to rest. Not sure when the contractors will start? No worries, well hold the unit for you. Not sure how long your folks will be with us? We understand. You can either select the respite apartment that rents week-to-week or a regular unit with a month-to-month option. What about Covid? Between new resident quarantines and total community vaccinations, and mandatory masking and temperature checks, we feel secure with our loved ones living in the community. Plus, the units are lovely and come with weekly housekeeping, transportation and meals, in addition to activities. And the staff! Everyone, has gone above and beyond to help the folks (and us kids!) feel welcome in the community. The other residents are friendly, too. They began getting invitations to activities the very first day. Who knows, the folks may even decide to move in permanently!

What a wonderful place. When I walk in, it feels like home. Very clean, well lit and smiling faces everywhere. Happy residents and happy staff fill the building everyday. The residents can enjoy 3 restaurant style meals a day. Activities like bingo, jewelry making, painting, or even bowling on the Wii. The staff makes sure the residents are taken care of no matter what. Weekly cleaning and laundry services. Nursing around the clock. Three good and hot meals a day. Maintenance issues are handled very promptly and with a smile all the time. There is even a beauty salon onsite. They also offer shuttle rides in the company bus for drs visits and other things. Plus all the precautions for COVID taken daily here are very good. All the staff is masked and screened daily. All vendors and visitors are screened too. Visiting areas sanitized after every visit. Couldnt ask for a better place. They really got it down here at The Waterford At Carpenters Creek.

This is the perfect place to enjoy your senior living home experience. The staff goes out their way to provide excellent service. From daily outings to housekeeping, my love ones is very happy here. My aunt feelings at home and enjoy her friends at Waterford at Carpenters Creek.

The Waterford at Carpenters Creek is a home like atmosphere and the staff are very caring and loving to the residents and their family. They provide lots of activities for my mom that has helped her adjust to her new home. They involve our family with many planned events. The place is well kept and looked recently remodeled. However, they seemed short staffed, because I had the opportunity to speak to one of the residents, who didn't seem satisfied with the attention she needed. However, [Removed] was very professional,and even gave me some brochures of other services that could be useful to my situation.

I am very pleased with the care that my mother has been receiving at this community. The meals are very healthy and well balanced with great proportions. The staff have also done a wonderful job at making sure she is comfortable and feels safe in her new living environment. I overall have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My uncle is doing very well here at this community. It is a very nice and clean facility, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is excellent. There are wonderful activities offered for him when he is ready to participate. He really loves the food, they serve nice meals. I know he is safe and receiving excellent care. I would highly recommend this community.
