I forgot to add in my previous review that not only are the meals thoughtfully prepared and healthy with choices -they are beautifully presented. The kitchen staff knows each person by name and they are concerned with the residents likes and dislikes and are incredibly caring and patient!🙏❤️

This is my second review of The Madison at Oviedo. My sister moved in over a year ago - in March. I wish I could give this wonderful, caring community 10 stars!! As my sister’s condition has changed over the past year- the staff has been so accommodating and helpful. They are always seeking ways to make sure she is happy and well cared for. I visit often and she is always bathed, dressed in fresh, clean outfits - with clean hair . I can talk to everyone at the Madison for advice and support - from the nursing staff and administration to housekeeping and front desk- they are always looking out for her!! As an example- I stopped by one afternoon and it seemed a bit warm in her apartment. When I spoke to the director about my concern , she immediately grabbed her keys and went to my sister’s room. Within 10 minutes she had called maintenance for a new AC unit and it was installed immediately! I pray for all the staff and residents at The Madison/Oviedo everyday for taking such good care of my sister! She continues to love the delicious meals and her room is spotlessly clean - all her clothes washed and neatly put away each week! I am grateful for their help and support!🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

The decision of where to place your loved one who needs more help than you can provide is difficult beyond belief. There is so much to consider - their safety, their comfort, their feelings, your convenience, and of course, costs. I diligently researched before selecting Madison as the home for my beloved great-aunt. Madison rose above them all in several areas for me - location (close enough to my home where I could visit daily if desired), high level of nursing services offered due to being one of the few facilities in the area with a LNS license, cleanliness, and adequate permanent staffing. But the clincher for me was the people - Bruce Burk the Executive Director, Cat from Sales, Orlando from Maintenance, and so many others who made this all as easy as possible, showing genuine compassion and care for both me and my loved one. They made this difficult situation as easy as possible. Definitely recommend.

Wow! Where do I even begin with The Madison at Oviedo? What an absolutely incredible team of people they have here from the administrative team managing all the contracts and initial communication to the nursing team, the aides, housekeeping staff!!! From the moment we decided to bring my father from Dallas until his passing, the entire team went above and beyond! Even when major shifts in his care plan came the day before he became a resident there was never a moments hesitation that they could handle him. When his care needs began to exceed their highest level of care in stepped Vitas Hospice, as recommended by The Madison team. We couldn’t be happier with everything the Madison at Oviedo did for my father or what they did to help us take care of him! In addition to what they did for us, every time we visited, all the residents were very happy, enjoying the daily activities, and loved having visitors.

I needed to bring my 93 year old mom down from MA and find a place that would be right for her. I visited a few places and picked the Madison at Oviedo because it had good reviews and was close to home. Best choice I ever made! Mom was cared for and was very happy...and that was what was most important to me. She was given loving attention from Althea and her crew. She got to have great meals. She was surrounded by wonderful people.I can't say enough nice things about Bruce, Pam, Janice, and everyone else that I have come in contact with at the Madison.Mom finally left us a few weeks ago at 94. She had a wonderful life. I will truly miss all the wonderful employees and residents that make the Madison an outstanding place in my opinion.Dr. Mitch Gaj (thanks again!)

I came from a senior company of 18 yrs and I have to say hands down, this company puts their Residents and Associates first, unlike my other company. I was shocked that I was able to meet both CEOs of the company and their visions are aligned with mine, the residents come first no matter what. Even as we navigate through this pandemic, the company is offering financial incentives for their staff to be vaccinated! Its truly the best Senior Living Company Ive had the pleasure to work with. I also get support from my Regional Level and actually get to see her on almost a weekly basis, opposed to my last company who did only Zoom calls for the past 2 years. Youre the best Janice! I thank you everyday for leading me to this company and I plan on a long successful career with Atlas Senior Living.

Mom and dad love the community. Its a night and day difference from our previous experience at another company. Mom is happy with her meals and is gaining weight. Loves the social environment and actives with the other ladies. Dad has bonded with the men in the community. From my experience I have never seen a higher more thriving male population in an assisted living.

Brookdale Oviedo was a nice place, but it was two stories tall. It wasn't as intimate of a setting as a one story would be. There's nothing wrong with it, it was just too big for our mom. Everybody was nice. We saw a studio and it was fine. The dining room was just a regular dining area with tables and chairs. They had a center where the residents could get snacks. The ambiance was fine. It's what you would expect in an assisted living facility. The staff was very nice.

My husband likes Brookdale Oviedo. He seems comfortable. He has been for awhile now and is very happy with the care and community. He particularly likes the food. He also likes the staff and the other residents. They take the clients to the grocery store and have bingo a couple of times a week and other activities.

I saw the memory care floor at Brookdale Oviedo, and it was very clean. It was renovated a few years ago, so it looked like a new building. I was very happy with it. It was all up-to-date, and there was a nice dining room. The residents at the memory care floor were walking around, and it was all quiet. I was impressed with it.

The staff at Brookdale Oviedo is very good. My mother is there now and she loves it. I will recommend it to others. I have not personally tasted the food, but she likes it. They are very flexible with their menus, and they listen to the people. The activities are great. They are very good with their activities there. I like the personal attention. They make sure that she has personal attention, and it feels like they have a good program there.
