I go back many years to the opening of the Tremont around 2002. My mother-in-law lived there for 5 years and loved her time there. My own mom has lived there twice and currently resides there. I have always felt comfortable with my love ones living there. Where there is always room for improvement I would have to give it a high rating. Everyone goes the extra mile for any requests. Victor, Diane and Diana Parejo always are friendly and available . It is also located near the Mall, hospital etc.

Diana in the marketing office is warm and friendly. She is professional, but caring and concerned about her residents. It is refreshing to see the interactions with family, residents and team members.

Diana Parejo the coordinator for the facility is very welcoming and amicable. Knowledgeable regarding the facility and services provided. She makes residents feel at home and which helps residents with their adjustment period. Would definitely recommend contacting her for any future living needs for the elderly.

A very cozy, quiet place, beautiful home for elderly people. Where they offer you everything to live peacefully and very comfortably. Each one in their different apartments. They offer him his three meals, and they have no need to cook. Including water and electricity. Very good service where the Client feels comfortable and happy.

Hi! The Tremont has friendly staff and residents of many different backgrounds and life experiences. They have a salon, a physical therapy, and home health agency on property to make sure the residents get any extra help they need. It's an independent living with a big heart and great concern for everyone who lives and works there.

Having spent several volunteer hours at the Tremont I can tell you they make you feel welcome. They staff is friendly and the main atrium is always clean and bright. The residents seem well taken care of and happy they are encouraged to participate in the many activities and social events they offer.

Considering the Tremont for my mom to live and was very happy to meet with Diana who gave us the grand tour. We spoke to some happy residents who were pleased with the meal options, the many planned activities and the overall lively hood of the community. Diana is fairly new to the Tremont and is involved with many aspects of living happily on site. She brings such a happy positive energy and truly cares about all the residents. One can tell how much she loves what she does and making residents smile every day. This place is at the top of my list for so many reasons and Diana's vision for The Tremont and its residents helped make our decision easy!

The Tremont is very customer service friendly and very exciting people. The staff is outrageously wonderful and I enjoy being here and the food is wonderful and the facility is clean and well kept. I suggest anyone of the age take a look at Tremont and it will be your last look.

It was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. It is almost a perfect place except for the fact that the majority of the homes are upstairs. They have no kitchen to cook anything. They must eat downstairs always. One lady had a microwave oven in her living room across from her sink about the size of a shoe box. A tiny coffee pot too. They have camper size refrigerators. But, everything else is nice, even have housekeepers.

We stopped in the Tremont in Oviedo, Fl. to check on prices for one of our relatives. I would like to also mention, we just dropped by, we did not have an appointment. What a beautiful place to live out the rest of your life. It was very very clean, and the staff was unbelievable. They answered all our questions, showed us all the models. Again what a beautiful place. The entire staff welcomed my wife and I with open arms. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Tremont if assisted living is in the future for you.

I have lived in two other retirement communities and by far I like the Tremont the best. The Tremont is an older facility but is extremely more well maintained and the food is very good. The head chef has been here a long time, so that in its self tells you the the food is good. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to assist you with your problems.

My mom has been a resident of the Tremont for 7 years . I have visited my mom at least twice a week for those 7 years so I am very familiar with this facility. I highly recommend the Tremont. Suzanne the general manager is great as are all the members of her staff. They treat residents with patience and kindness and their work during the Covid pandemic over the past 9 months has been amazing. During normal times (which hopefully will return soon) they have many activities including water aerobics, church services, arts and crafts, outings to shop, eat and listen to music, entertainers who come in several times a month, and special holiday meals just to name a few. The price is a little on the high side but is reasonable for what you get - but does go up every year. If I could have done one thing differently it would have been to take advantage of their rent lock program when my mom first moved in as that would have saved her some money over the long run and kept her budget more manageable. Unfortunately my moms health has declined dramatically in the past couple months and I have had to move her to a nursing home. But if she was well I would have loved to have her continue her stay at the Tremont.

Thats their kind of place to work at via Transitions program. Personally, I recommend The Tremont as my dream job. Me and my Arbor School high school students work there every Monday through Thursday as part of our job, and I would look forward to continue with this job even if I meet its criteria for said Transitions program. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars!

My mom has been living here for about a year and is the happiest she has been for a long time. So many things to do that keep her mind active and entertained. It's a little expensive, but if you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

A close relative of mine now lives at tremont. This is a well cared for place that also cares well for the residents. During natural disasters (hurricanes), there is an appropriate and comfortable plan in place which I am told makes the residents feel safe and comfortable. If I could not live fully independently, I would consider the Tremont.
