I thank Westminster Towers for allowing me the opportunity to work for them. I have received education, training and growth from within the Community. They really focus on making sure the team members treated fair and equally. Take sure if the team member is interested in going back to school, they provide that for the team ands be willing to reimburse team member money back if the meet the criteria. Or the team could possible qualify for monies from the foundation to farther their education. Westminster cares for ther team. Thank you Westminster for allowing me to worked with you all for 26 years.

Love living here with so many nice, interesting and welcoming friends. Your health center is great. Your transportation is superior and the drivers are excellent. The dinning is very good and the waiters are very polite and efficient. I made a very good decision to live here. My family is also very pleased. All of the team members are outstanding. I want to express my gratitude for the help I received when I slipped on spilled laundry detergent, early in the morning. It was before daytime staff was on duty, but when I got to my phone to call the front desk, Receptionist Debra was already at her desk and said, reassuringly, "I will take care of you". Quickly, Margaret from Housekeeping, Jose from Maintenance and Maria from Security arrived at my apartment. Together, they cleaned up and Margaret took my laundry and later brought it back clean and folded. Maria called 911 to get me back on my feet. Once I was back on my feet and settled, Maria came to check on me 30 minutes later. I was impressed that the team worked so efficiently from the Receptionist to the last wellness check from security. I have lived at Westminster Towers for six years and am happy to be here.

Recently my father, a resident of independent living at Westminster Towers was admitted to the WT Health Center for rehab after an accident. Our family is grateful for the attentive, professional skilled nursing unit staff. Thanks to quality care and the great physical and occupational therapy he received, he is well on his way to a full recovery.

The Brussels sprouts for lunch were very good. Wish they were on the menu more often. The Chocolate Cake was very good. Thanks for another good meal. 9-1-19 Sunday. Green Beans were very good. I had the Healthy Choice and all I added was a little salt.

I’m a hearing instrument specialist that goes to this facility every month for many years now. I have many patients there also. The place is always clean and full of life. It reminds me of a cruise ship with everyone doing different activities and socializing all over. I do ask my patients there how they like it and I have never heard anything negative about it. I’m not there yet but this might be where I retire.

I have lived at WTO for two years plus and am extremely happy here. Once I decided to move to an assisted living facility, I contacted A Place for Mom for some guidelines to help me make a decision. After visiting several possible homes I moved to WTO and I couldnt be happier. On my first visit I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and residents I met. Second, was the appearance. After my move in I continued to be impressed with the amenities, life-long learning opportunities, assistance when needed, the over-all enjoyable living. I would give each department an A+ with the exception of maintenance. In short there seems to be a delay in communicating the reasonable service request and the actual service provided. All in all WTO is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it every opportunity I get. Marilyn F. McQuain

This place is like family I would do a commercial for them if I could my Dad moved in and his floor welcomed him and made the transition a great experience. They look out for each other, help if anyone has trouble getting turned around, they understand and get each other where they need to go. The front desk reception is A+ . The views from the rooms are nice and it will be even better when I 4 construction is complete . The rooms are well insulated so the construction noise is minimal, at most, but not bothersome

I recently went on a tour through thru the facility. Staff and residents were very friendly. Many amenities and activities for residents to do. The apartments are spacious , gathering rooms are large and very clean. From reading the menu of the day great meals are offered. If you are looking for assisted living or more care needed facility I highly recommend you visit Westminster Towers Orlando!

We have used the services of both WP and Orlando Westminster Towers and both are excellent facilities, without question. Westminster Orlando has the MOST wonderful food service imaginable! The food is better than good, it is scrumptious! We especially enjoy the cookout/BBQ each Thursday for lunch! To prove the point, we have actually treated friends to lunch! Recommend most highly!

This is one of the BEST retirement community in Central Florida. I know...Ive visited all of them! My mother has lived there independently for almost 3 years. Wonderful amenities, health center, beauty salon, several activity rooms, putt putt golf, beautiful dining facility, the Market Cafe, meditation room and so much more. VERY CLEAN, Secure and Professional. The apartments are beautiful with great views, nice programs, outings and interactive events which are important in improving the lives of seniors. Its been convenient to have the physical therapy department in the same building when my mother needed assistance. Shes also able to see her primary doctor in their health center. I cant say enough about their caring staff, especially Peggy Rice, Cheryl Bond, Jennifer Collins, Sara Sommerfield, Debra McCaskill and so many others. We are blessed she lives in a great place that provides somewhere for her to transition when more assistance is needed.

What can i tell you about Westminster Towers. When i came here in 1997 i was bringing my sister-in-law for a job, but Lord be hold i was the one they called for the job. Oh how glad i was. I started out in Housekeeping. after that i became Housekeeping Supervisor. Then i started the C.N.A. school that we offered here. Once I graduated i started on the floor and said, what have i gotten myself into. I continue on and it got better. I then became a Team Leader and was working in Central Supply office. I was in Nursing for about 2 1-2 years. I had an awesome experience getting to know the residents, caring for them, listening to their stories about there families and seeing the smiles on their faces. After all that fun of being on the floor as a C.N.A., I was offered a job as the Human Resources Assistant. I could not believe it. That was December 2006. Westminster Towers is a place that believes in education, promoting, leadership and family. Just look at me prime example. 21 years July 14, 2018 Halleujah
