Exceptionally clean facility. The staff is welcoming and cheerful. The food is adequate and you have a variety of choices depending on your diet restrictions. The Physical and occupational therapy is excellent.

I came to Delaney Park for several weeks, after falling at home,here are the names of those who really made a difference on my behalf. Yahaira Rodriguez-admissions coordinator she welcome with a smile and always make sure I was comfortable ,Pedro Rodriguez unit manager was actively following thru the wound concerts I had, Clarence- lovely caring human and Always reach out with smile. Matt Mines she got me the correct equipment with in hours.Dawn -DON she regularly toke times to silent all my concerns Staff should get praise and a raise they're Awesome they Rock ,They brought me back alive.

I highly recommend Delaney Park Health and Rehab it is the best rehab around. From the CNA’s to the administration team and the Social Worker Jackie everyone has been outstanding! The therapy team is also wonderful and helped me reach my goal of returning home! The food here is also great much better than the hospital.

Having been to a few rehab facilities for my spouse, this is the perfect one for him to be cared for and build his strength. Jennifer Baker assessed him and helped get him admitted, Yahaira Rodriguez was welcoming and helpful in the paperwork, Matt Mines, administrator, helped me get my husband settled and unpacked my car of his many effects,Dawn Mosely did everything needed to document his condition and process him into the facility, Jackie (social services) was helpful and reassuring of next step care, Lana (finance) has helped me navigate the labyrinth of Medicare, and longer term care as needed, Katie (speech therapy) is working to advance my husband's food options, the various physical therapists are hard working, kind and patient and the CNA, Lorna, is a total gem. My husband adores her for her kindness, caring heart, joy and understanding. The facility is bright, clean, and pleasant with light colors, artwork, many windows, and no odor. Bonus: I can walk there in five minutes from my home. Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful and kind. I could not be more pleased!

Delaney Park has been great in aiding my recovery. Jackie the Social worker has been extremely kind and helpful during my stay and has made sure I have everything I need for my discharge home to be successful! I would recommend Delaney Park for anyone who needs rehab in their future .

The facility, it's Amazing friendly and Family oriented. All the care management awesome.. Nurses and all the staff are aware to the patient. My Dad is doing a lot better after from the hospital. After 3 failed attempts, 2 of them the WORST: Palm Garden ‘ and Conway Lakes ‘! Desperate, I prayed to Jehovah to guide me and help me find the right place for my mother's progress and health A place where they would have compassion, where their mission and objective wasn't payment, but helping their patients and, consequently, their families I can say that Jehovah God heard my prayers!!! Delaney Park Health and Rehabilitation Center is the right place for your loved ones! Today we can sleep peacefully because we know our mother is well cared for and attended to!!! I had a wonderful experience at Delaney Park Rehabilitation and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality care and recovery services. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. Every hallway, room, and common area was spotless and well-maintained, creating a fresh and calming environment. The staff truly made a difference. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the nursing team and therapists was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming and compassionate. You can tell they genuinely care about the well-being of each patient. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, offering plenty of natural light and comfort, which made the stay feel less clinical and more like home. I was also very impressed by how well-organized and modern the therapy areas were. The layout allowed for smooth, efficient sessions, and the therapists were clearly experts in guiding each patient through personalized plans. Overall, Delaney Park Rehabilitation sets a high standard for care, professionalism, and environment. I’m grateful for their dedication and highly recommend them to anyone in need of rehabilitation services I have been to several skilled nursing facilities this one is excellent. The entire staff at Delaney Park has been kind, caring, attentive and responsive. They have a great team of hardworking professionals. They organize a lot activities for the residents and the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

Call the CNAs here are great The staff is wonderful there's so much here to do there's bingo there's coloring there's something to do everyday The people here are wonderful Cheryl is great Megan is great and endina is great I've had a great time here a physical therapy staff is wonderful they take very good care of you and Matt is great too easy to talk to they always want to hear if you have a problem so they can take care of it thank you guys for helping me get better but when you are getting ready to be discharged they stop your physical therapy you can't have it no more I don't think that's right

Hey if you can afford a better rehab or nursing facility go ahead choose other than here. Because the facility is lacking in competent care they only take orders no one ever has answers about what is going on. Also they are just letting people share rooms w unvaccinated patients so they can contract illnesses like Co vid and then they quarantine together instead of isolation depending on vaccination. My mom was supposed to be there to get rehab not to contract a Covid illness. I hope she makes it through because this is negligence on the facility not doing enough to protect the elderly. Patients are just bodies filling up rooms to this facility .

My family and I placed my grandmother at Delaney Park and we couldn't have been more pleased and happier with the tender, loving care the staff provided. The nurses and CNA's work diligently, providing 5 star care, treating your loved one like one of their own. The Administrator and his team are quick to resolve any concerns that are voiced and continue to check in after to ensure your loved one is having an excellent experience. It is a clean and beautiful facility! My family highly recommends Delaney Park to anyone looking for skilled nursing care/rehabilitation.

My Mom was in Delaney Park for 4 months. All of the staff and admin were incredible. The CNAs and nurses were very caring, kind and patient with my Mom who needed a lot of care. If we had to do it all again, I would return to Delaney Park!

I love this facility! A little haven 🙂 I come to volunteer and absolutely love the staff. We play games with the residents, have ice cream parties, sing karaoke and more. The staff is amazing and the facility is always so clean. Can’t wait for my monthly volunteer days!

My grandma was sent to this amazing facility. First thing I noticed was how beautifully decorated it was. And truly smelled good! Like fresh lemon. Grandma did great and complimented the food over and over again. She had a room overlooking the garden 🙂 a wonderful place and I would send all of my loved ones there.

Nothing but good things to say about Delaney Park.. From the admission's staff to the nurses and to the aids, everybody was very nice. My buddy Ray was at Delaney Park rehabilitation center for about a week after spending 9 days in the hospital.. Delaney Park had him ready to go in about a week. He was able to walk, use the bathroom and eat by himself.. Oh and the food.......every time I went there the food is like gourmet.... Very good food..I talked to one of the people there and they told me they try to make it from scratch.. I was there on a day when they had a beef stew and man I tried it and it was delicious.. Thank you all at Delaney Park for taking care of my friend Raymond so we'll.. I was Ray's caregiver for 7 months and I know he's not the easiest patient at times.. It's a tough job, you guys are angel... ’•

Delaney Park, the reason I chose this facility was the 5 star rating. Unfortunately, according to this review platform, the rating is only a 3.6 star so, let's give our opinion. It's really a shame. I want to give a higher rating. The care is outstanding! The Staff is very attentive. The Food is awful The dietician only works a 3 day work schedule. My request to meet with the dietician so far, has fallen on deaf ears. A facility should be rated on all facets of care. Maybe the bad food is a form of motivation to recover.

My brother was there for a couple of months. I thought I had researched carefully to find the best facility. The physical therapists were excellent, but the staff is overworked, perhaps overwhelmed, and provided minimum assistance with the transition to leave the facility. They over-complicated things and seemed angry at my brother and me that we had questions. We were left on our own to figure out what to do next. Poor experience. I hope this inspires them to change their culture to one of helpfulness. As it is, can’t recommend.

Delaney park rocks. I was greeted by nurses who work together as a team. The director. Matt introduces himself with a huge welcoming smile. They do a memory test, and skin check to make sure your skin is healthy. They check your vitals and get you settled into a comfy bed. You are made to feel more like a guest than just a patient. That's why after surgery I insisted there was only one place I was going for rehabilitation the best place, delaney park.the physical therapists are the absolute best and create a plan for each guest to follow. Our family received the best Christmas gift of a life time when Luis Garcia was able to offer us the privilege of accepting my husband of 42 years a place at Delaney Park. After a week I was asked to attend a consult and I was blown away by the Managers from Catering, Entertainment, Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, all giving me updates but more importantly asking what kind of food my husband likes and what he enjoyed doing. Cheryl, from the entertainment asked if she could read to him as he is a loner. All the staff have been exceptional right from walking into the lobby and being greeted by Angela, who helped me with so many questions I needed answering. The attention, care and kindness has warmed my heart knowing they are taking every effort to attend to my husband when I know I am not capable. I deeply admire all your staff who work tirelessly, with smiles and patience and have made us feel like a home away from home.THANK YOU SINCERELY one and all.

Barb is the one directly responsible for me being able to walk today, I was in a life-threatening motorcycle accident I had a broken spine and pelvis and fractured skull, I went to Delaney straight from trauma unit and Barbara was one that literally got me on my feet and showed me how to walk again, I had too many things that were broken and had every reason to just lay in bed but Barbara motivated me and got me to stand up for the first time since my accident, I will never forget how she coaxed me and motivated me to stand up and she was behind me every step of the way while I learned how to walk again, this is Wonder woman who truly cares about her patients and I'll never forget what she done for me I love you Barb

Our company donated flowers to Delaney Park Health and Rehab staff members for their service during the covid pandemic. The staff was beyond grateful and very friendly and said that they would actually hand out the flowers to residents first which we thought was extremely honorable and showed they cared about their residents. The facility was sparkling clean. Such an honor to join forces with a company that truly cares about their residents and staff!
