Its a senior apt building that goes by income. The only drawback was its a no smoking facility. Not good for our needs

An older building, but plenty of activities. Nice location. Lake Eola is a couple blocks north as well as a Publix Supermarket.

A very caring and hospitable organization with attention give to seniors on limited income. The rooms are accommodating and accessible. Amenities include exercise room, recreation room with planned activities, a three-block walk to the downtown Publix, off street parking, and a laundry room on every floor with extra large capacity machines. The app is very easy to use and each load (wash/dry) is $1.50 each. I am pleased to have a relative here and am assured that she will continue to flourish here.

Building is very well maintained, the staff are awesome, I'm very happy for my Mother she could not have moved to a better place, the staff and the tenants treat her so well that I can't ask for more for her. I'm so grateful to God for putting her here. Thank you everyone!
