If you are 62 or older and want to live in an apartment complex that is well cared for inside and out, with outstanding staff, then Villa Grande maybe for you. For us, after years of home ownership, it is indeed relaxing to know that when something is needed or needs to happen help is only phone call away, which includes doctors pharmacies and wonderful hospital.

There's no better place we know of for senior citizen independent living. Their staff is amazingly pleasant, caring and attentive to all our needs down to the last detail. The property is impeccably maintained and safe with a solid security system. There's also a surprisingly friendly and homelike atmosphere throughout the community that stems down from the great staff. After checking out every senior living facility throughout Volusia and Seminole counties, Villa Grande was clearly an easy choice for us.

Villa Grand on Saxon is a great 62+ independent senior living apartment complex in Orange City, FL Dogs and cats are allowed as pets with a well maintained dog walk on fhe property. There are fun activities, parties, daily continental breakfasts, Sunday brunches, and special events throughout the week for all who choose to participate. The property also features a fitness center and heated outdoor pool with jacuzzi.There is a true sense of community here, and a wonderful, accommodating staff that is helpful af every turn. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. There was even a Welcome sign on our door. Denise has been really helpful and always has a smile for everyone. The maintainence guys (Gary and Greg) are really on top of any requests. We're very happy with our choice.

The first time my wife and I visited Villa Grande, residents kept coming up to us to tell us how happy they were to live there. And we had similar pleasant experiences on subsequent visits. Denise Landau who coordinates the leasing process is absolutely wonderful. She made us feel welcome right away and, even before we made the decision to move in, she introduced us to future neighbors and staff alike. She gave us a sense of belonging immediately. The positive vibes we felt from Day 1 have not changed now that we have been on property for over three weeks. Downsizing is not easy, but EVERYONE at Villa Grande made us feel happy and comfortable making this move.

After leaving and realizing how wonderful Villa Grande on Saxon was I moved back. It is g So great had to wait 4 months for an apartment. Maintenance is the best. Barbara listens and makes changes. Denise and Deb are awesome as well and everyone is so caring. Love it.

Wow so the place is beautiful however the woman at the concierge desk is so rude and nasty to the people that live here. I could not believe how nasty carol was. Enough to make me walk right back out the doors. She needs some training in how to talk to seniors and must learn a little bit about compassion and professionalism. I’m truly horrified at her behavior. She brought a resident nearly to tears and the resident left visibly upset with carol shaking her head annoyedly.

My mother currently lives in this beautiful assisted living complex and is very happy with the responsiveness of the personnel that work at Villa Grande. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rob at Cambridge Management today. He is the owner of the management company that ensures the superlative administration at Villa Grande. Rob went WAY above and beyond the call of duty today to assist us in an ongoing matter that involves a business that has been harassing mother prior to her move to Villa Grande. I have had many dealings with various management companies and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Believe me, the management company matters and this one is superb. Not only is management excellent, but Villa Grande has beautiful, secure grounds with a large security fence and gate that opens with a transponder given only to residents. A beautiful dining room, good food and a very responsive plant manager that deals with issues whether they occur during the day or evening hours. Quite simply, Villa Grande is one of the best 55 + independent living communities in Volusia County.
