My now 87 year old mother lives at Sancere in Orange City, Florida. Prior to moving to Sancere, Mom lived with my sister, then me. I came to realize that Mom was bored and only watching tv all day. Mom couldn't live on her own and we sold her house. My sister aand I took Mom on a tour of Sancere and Mom loved the residence. She was very hesitant to move but with some nudging she agreed. Mom has been there for over a year and loves it there. The first week that she was there I called her and she answered "Hello David! David please whisper, I am playing Bingo and I'll have to call you back. I laughed! Mom is so proud of where she lives and has made so many friends. The entire staff is top notch and everyone from residents to visitors get the best treatment. Mom loves the meal choices and the chef. I would definitely recommend anyones Relative to become a resident. David Orlando

I am a volunteer at Sancerre at Orange City, and it is heart warming to see that the Staff has big smiles as well as the Resident's. That makes for a very happy and healthy environment, who would want to be any where else. I am starting a class on crochet for those interested and looking forward to it. The activities always seem so fun and the Residents always enjoy themselves, every day is something new to look forward to. They recently had a beach day, and a garden party.

I'm so very pleased with every aspect of our experience with Sancerre. We moved my mom here from another assisted living facility and it's been wonderful. Adam was especially helpful with assisting us and fast tracking our paperwork to accommodate a swift and smooth transition. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful, everything is clean and feels welcoming. Mom has been very happy with her new apartment, the staff, her care and the wonderful food!! She's been meeting and enjoying the company of many of the other residents. All in all this has been a truly positive move for her.

Sancerre is a beautiful, very welcoming place, I can recommend it to your loved one. You can do like I did, You make an appointment and visit the Place. It has magnificent and diverse areas inside and outside, a spectacular patio, to enjoy. It has different rooms and areas for activities and readings, very clean, very well maintained. It has pleasant restaurants and exquisite foods. Very attentive staff to the care and service of your loved one. It has soft lighting and calm music, it has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. These and many other reasons led me to recommend this place to my resident and family. We are happy to be here. They always welcome us with a friendly smile. I am so grateful for Sancerre at Orange City! My parents both live there and it has been the best thing for our family. The care that they receive is stellar! The staff is happy, smiling, helpful, caring and has gotten to know my parents individually as well as a couple. Colleen Guay and her team are second to none! As administrator she has put together a team of professionals who CARE and are fabulous in their specific positions. Jessica (DON) and her team care ABOUT my parents not just caring FOR them. The confidence I have in their team and their abilities allows me the freedom to enjoy other areas of my life while knowing my parents, whom I love with everything in me, are well cared for. I toured Sancerre as part of a search for my grandmother. The entire facility is well positioned near the interstate and nearby hospitals/medical facilities. That offers a nice peace of mind. Sancerre is a very new facility and built with luxury in mind. It seems to model itself after some of the higher end resorts you see in Orlando. Some positives I noted while touring: food quality was high even at a glance, residents were active and social during meal time, and the facility was spotlessly clean. I looked at both the assisted living and memory care facilities. With each area, I was impressed by the level of staff care and attentiveness that I observed.

We could not be happier with Sancerre. We have a family member in the assisted living side. The staff was awesome getting everything handled for us. We would like to mention Adam, and Colleen making this a smooth transition. While setting up our family members room Luis from maintenance was extremely helpful getting the TV setup. He gave us a new senior friendly remote.

Such caring staff and facility is beautiful. Moving Mom and Dad to assisted living was a stressful decision and everyone at The Springs went overboard to reduce that stress, were extremely helpful and made it easy for them to adjust. Mom and Dad constantly comment on how caring and wonderful the staff is and we know they are in good hands at all times. Best decision we could have made.

Moving my mother in. This place is amazing. Clean, friendly staff, lots of activities. Her room is bright, cheery and roomy. She loves she can bring her cat too! Conveniently located to all her doctors, shopping and restaurants to take her on family outings.

This is such a wonderful and welcoming facility. I hope to retire in a similar place if not the same one honestly. Tai Aponte is such a welcoming person. She really had an answer for all my questions and believe me, I had a lot of questions. I've been looking for somewhere that my grandparents would enjoy especially because they are from out of state and don't recognize the area and my grandfather has dementia. Thank you so much Tai Aponte for making it a quick but informative experience for me!

The community is beautifully maintained, clean, and safe. The staff is friendly, communicative, and aware. Everyone from the caregivers and medical team, to the activities team, the maintenance director and the transportation driver, housekeeping, and the administrative staff, all deserve to be recognized for all they do for the residents day in and day out.

I have been here for about a year and a half, and I've seen some people come and go. When I met Lauren and David and see how they work with people I believe they are a big asset to the company. I have my best friends here, I sit wit at breakfast and dinner each morning and evening. The kitchen staff are wonderful to me.

Along with new management (EXPERIENCE SENIOR LIVING) and team, the new executive director Colleen Guay brings her advantageousness vision and years of experience to the building. Something I was so inspired to witness when meeting with her this month. We visit The Springs weekly as part of a local chuch ministry. The surroundings are very pleasant and the staff is always friendly and efficient. We have regular interaction with Lauren Rey and her staff who coordinate everything and always have the residents awaiting our visit.

I am very pleased with the Administrative and Nursing staff at this facility. They are very accommodating to the needs of my mom as well as any requests that I may have on behalf of her. The facility is very new, clean, modern and decorated beautifully. The rooms are spacious and cheerful. The entire staff is very customer focused, polite and more than willing to help when needed. I know that my mom is being cared for and that I do not need to “worry” about what really goes on behind the scenes. The nurses here genuinely care about their residents. I would highly recommend the Springs of Parc Hill to those looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for their loved ones.

When I went to The Springs for the first time I liked how it was light and bright. I also liked the apartment style rooms they are very spacious and well laid out. My in-laws were supposed to move in on Nov 1st but due to unforseen circumstances needed to move in on an earlier date. With a team effort and the help of Tricia and Lori it was made possible. You do not want to live here right now . Yes the decor is beautiful and the tour is alighting. But the reality is not. Since I have been here the Bistro has never been open to the residents and no snacks provided, the Salon is only open on Thursdays and only for haircuts, the “fitness center” is actually a therapy room available to Medicare therapy patients only, there is no “media” room—there is a television in the activities center used to show a movie every Saturday. Many of the services are provided are by temporary agency help that changes each day. There is no constancy and many of them are just here for the pay. Meals are a disaster and may be served by whatever help is here—maintenance, housekeeping, activity employees. We are currently without an “executive Chef”—the second one to leave along with the six cooks that have come and gone. The meals are not appealing and the same every other week. Dinner has been a variety of sandwiches. Nothing seems to be done and I am sure the powers that be do not care. All we got are excuses and “I’m sorriest”. Think very carefully, investigate vigorously and ask many questions if you can before making your decision.
