It Was OK. Understaffed. At Least They Give You An Option To Walk Out The Front Door And Get Something To Eat. It's Not Technically A Lockdown Facility. Unless You Have Dementia Or Are A Risk To Yourself Or Others. It Wasn't Too Bad. I Was One Of The Younger Resident There.

I have been visiting this facility for many years, and in the last several months have noticed such a great improvement to not only the staffing, but the residents looking so much happier and well cared for, the building cleaner, and the staff changes have extremely impressive!!! Kathy the nurse and wellness director and Angel the ED are extremely compassionate and caring to the residents and are committed to creating a calm, peaceful, and loving enviorement!! Great job Savannah Court!!!

My mom has been resident at Savannah Court for around 3 years. The current Executive Director, Angel, has made a positive impact within this community. I see such changes in the morale of the employees, the community atmosphere provided to the residents, better quality meal choices, resident activities, laundry services and more. Angel runs Savannah Court in such a caring and professional manner. I am so thankful for how she has managed COVID 19 related precautions and visitations. I am very satisfied in her quick response and resolutions to any concerns I bring to her. The current group of employees seem to genuinely care for my moms happiness and well being.

To me an ALF home; is about the staff that are there, day in and day out, caring for and attending to your loved ones. Every single person Ive met at Savannah Court over the past 8 months, have all been wonderful, genuine, and caring. Thank you; Todd, Angel, and all your colleagues, for your excellence in help, your patience, and your honest answers to many questions. Youve allowed me to make an easy final decision, for my Mom, without any pressure. Everyone Ive met, has solidified my knowledge, that my Mom is going to be in great hands at SC! We cannot say enough good things about Savannah Court of Orange City Assisted Living Facility. They were so caring and helpful with our family member, Virginia Simmons that we are so sad that she had to leave to go to a skilled nursing facility. They made her stay so special and had plenty of things to do there to keep her active. Thanks to all of you to include Angel, Todd, Kathy, Sarah, Samantha and all the other workers. You are all amazing.

Savannah Court is definitely the best! They offer a loving home-like atmosphere. The entire facility is always clean and fresh, and the food is also very good. The whole staff is outstanding, including Todd in sales to the director, Angel. They are compassionate, caring, and patient and we couldnt ask for more. This is truly the place to put a loved one, where they will receive the care they deserve! Thank you to everyone at Savannah Court!

I was so looking forward to having my father-in-law at this facility. Even though the place needed a little TLC the staff and residents were very friendly and kind. The chief even baked us an apple pie to go!!!! The Manager Ann was very helpful and we were so looking forward to being a part of the family. This was in February of 2018 then they switched to a new manager in March-April 2018 who made a drastic price increase and was NOT willing to even work with you. Needless to say, GOD send another Assistant Living our way that was far more elegant with a great caring staff. I guess Savannah Courts was far more interested in a profit increase than helping the elderly. My father-in-law is now in a semi-private room...individual laundry, chief prepared meals and staff 24-7 in memory care with assistance for bathing twice a week. All for $2800.00 verses $3500 at Savannah.

This community has come a long way in making improvements. They have a new management staff that is working hard to make sure the community is clean and the residents all looked happy. I highly recommend this community for your loved ones.
