Our staff works hard to maintain our principles and preserve the dignity of our senior residents from Orange City. We encourage independence and celebrate the independence of our residents. Oak Village meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

My dad is receiving wonderful care at Oak Village. It is exactly the type of facility he needs; he wasn't ready for a nursing home, but needs more care than what is provided at a large assisted living facility. At Oak Village, they have eyes on the residents at all times and are attentive to their needs. The staff is very communicative with the family about what your loved ones need and they are such loving people. I highly recommend Oak Village.

My Dad has lived here for a few years and I am so relieved to have found it after a series of bad experiences (of poor care, over-medication, and institutional atmosphere). At Oak Village, the staff are so friendly, fun, and attentive. From the homes layout to the home-cooked meals to the resident activities, this place really is like home. In fact, my dad has his own private room (and bathroom) that is a pleasure to visit. I enjoy playing cards in a private setting with my dad whereas other facilities smelled of urine, had intercoms blaring and alarms sounding. Hes not treated like a number here. The staff get my dad to laugh, are respectful and thorough in their care. They encourage him to socialize and exercise. Management is accessible and attentive to my concerns and even advocate for lower Medicaid provider costs. Im so grateful for this small, attractive ALF which is run by pleasant and caring people. Thank you!
