I feel Blessed to be working at Inspired Living as the Licensed Hairstylist and Esthetician under the direction of Suzanne Doerzapf. Her door is always open to me if I am in need of anything. The front office staff is amazing, they help me retrieve the residents for their hair salon appointments and Elizabeth and Ashley never let me down when I need new flyers or appointment sheets. It’s an honor to be a part of a great team.

It is apparent from the moment you enter this beautiful facility that the staff genuinely care about the residents, and they are so happy! The nurses and caregivers provide care personally catered to each resident, and the energetic activity staff engages the residents in interesting and fun activities for individuals of all ability levels. The vibrant holiday celebrations with the residents are a testament to the fun that is had at this facility. The management team is very approachable and works as a cohesive unit to ensure that each resident’s needs are being met. It is a wonderful place that I would highly recommend to anyone!

My wife’s uncle was a resident after he moved here from New York. The staff, and nurses were all wonderful. The chef even made the time to speak with him about his favorite foods so he would have some normalcy during the transition. The person that helped the most though was Risa Sikora. She talked with him everyday, introduce him to the other residents and got him involved in the activities. You could tell that she genuinely cared and her smiles, hugs and laughter were instrumental in getting him settled. She alway made time for him if he need anything or had a question. She was instrumental in helping him cope with what was a huge change in his life. She truly is so special and such a god send.

I have had a wonderful experience with all the staff since my dad has been at Inspired Living Ocoee, but I wanted to give a special thank you to Risa, she really is a go to girl, anything the families need she is there and I have really enjoyed getting to know her since covid and checking in on the AL side.

My mother has been living at Inspired Living since they opened. When you put a family member into an assisted living facility a few of the most important things to them on a daily basis is the way they are treated and of course THE FOOD!! I cant express how important Joy Ann the FandB Director has been to our family. She is the best, hands down!! She goes above and beyond to make sure shes providing healthy delicious food with a loving, friendly attitude, that puts the residents at ease. I am so very grateful for Joy Ann. She is a tremendous asset. Whatever it takes to keep her I would suggest you do!! There would be many upset, sad residents and family members if she were to leave. I call her my earthly angel. THANKS Inspired Living, for hiring a wonderful person and leader.

The employees over in memory care really go above and beyond. Dementia is not an easy thing to deal with, nonetheless they give it all they have and show true happiness when the residents achieve any milestone. It shows me how much they really care for my father.

I visited the facility this week with a family member and witnessed the General Manager-Ms. Joyann handle my grandmother and other residents with much TLC, she also ensured that the food quality was high, and presented well, some thing you dont see at many Assisted Living Facilities, my family was delighted to know that our mind will be at ease to know that my grandmother is eating a premium nutritious meal 3 times a day because the Dining Service is the most important part of any operation, this woman is a asset to this facility it has never been ran to this cadence since my grandmother has been here. The Inspired Living Team has made a 360 degree change for the better. Ms.Joyann leads her team with a big heart and contagious spirit. People only report the bad, I wanted to report the good and give my gratitude for installing a supreme leader.

This facility is less than 3 years old and beautiful. Take a look under the hood.. it is poorly managed by an interim manager. They use a system from Skynet with bracelets for safety but they are often not working leaving residents unable to reach someone. Despite meeting after meeting with the vendor, it still happens. The staff is very friendly and helpful but they dont get adequate training, nor scheduled for 40 hours a week so at $11 an hour, there is often turnover and many short staffed days. Often the nurses will work double shifts to cover. My suggestion is to check with the current residents before signing your contract until they get their act together. They just changed contracts for the kitchen and there is talk of improvement soon. Check back for updates. Update: After you file a complaint with the state ombudsmen, hold a meeting to share concerns, you receive a 90 day notice to move. So, the lesson learned in these facilities is to not complain because an eviction notice is traumatizing to an elderly resident and the cycle continues. These facilities are as good as the staff that work there and when there is a high turnover, ask for the reasons.

I cannot express how thankful I am that my husband was at Inspired Living in their memory care . He was at another place prior and this place is by far the best place around . The staff is amazing from the Receptionist Reatha to the head nurse to the caregivers there . I am forever thankful that I can say I had my husband in the best ! No regrets on my part . Harold passed away there in May 2020.

What a wonderful place for my father to live. He has called Inspired Living his home for 6 months now. The building is beautiful but it is so much more than that. The staff is caring, helpful and seem to really enjoy their job. My dad enjoys the food very much and bingo! We like how they welcome families to their events. I looked at many assisted livings and Inspired blew us away. Thanks Jen, Josh and your whole team.

I found this to be an extremely helpful place in determining my next move for my husband who has a rare neurological disease. The atmosphere is very positive. In observing the staff, I found them to be caring and knowledgeable. I have decided to place my husband here.

I visited the facility this week to see a close family member and the service I witnessed and experienced from the Manager over The Dining Ms.Joyann, the level of compassion and care that she takes out for the residents is remarkable. The staff members are also awesome they seem to really care about the service provided. This is a major improvement from previous visits, you all must keep this new manager around, her spirit is contagious and welcoming, my parents and I could not stop talking about the experience from past to present is like night and day. CUDOS to Ms. Joyann and her team.

We love it! What a team! My mom has had to endure the long stay of assisted living and Inspired Living has become home to our entire family. The phenomenal staff, the chef, the entire crew that it takes, have been outstanding in accommodating not only my mothers needs, but her childrens as well. After a rough start Jeff Peterson the director called me directly to discuss the issues I was having. I learned that there were some personnel issues on their side BUT those would not be happening again as some changes had been made. He was unaware about any of this and was glad I posted the review as it notifies him immediately and we spoke and resolved all. He was very apologetic as was I for getting this far and we exchanged cell phones to prevent this from happening again In the future. I will also be in contact with the new personnel which should also alleviate any communication issues!! Jeff was awesome and I suggest anyone to contact or ask for him if they have issues, questions or compliments! Thank you Jeff!!

The most caring and experienced Assisted Living facility in Orange county, Fla. Their staff are hand selected to fit the needs and desires of all the residents. Each resident is treated with the highest respect and love if I had to rate Inspired Living on a scale if 1 to 10 definitely "10" !

Inspired Living Ocoee, is the best place for moms and dads to live. The quality of attention, entertainment, and food is delicious. It is a very clean and safe place. The patios in Memory Care very spacious. The cleaning service in Memory Care is daily in the rooms. They always keep our resident's entertained and protected. I am very happy to be part of the team at Inspired Living Ocoee, from its construction until now 2 years 3 months ago. Come and visited us anytime. It is a Lovely places.

Luxurious! Definitely a five star senior living community with all of the amenities one would want. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. Brandon in dinning services creates beautiful meals that always exceed my expectations, even down to a good old fashion burger and fries.

They say, Home is where the heart is, and after visiting Inspired Living in Ocoee, its hard to imagine my parents living in any other community. Sales Director Sue Lesczynski met me with a huge smile. The lobby was bustling with residents on their way to activities, some to catch a quick meal. Walkers and wheelchairs were the norm, but it was if they became invisible. The smiles on faces told me this home is filled with love. I also sensed that safety and service were key reasons individuals and couples chose Inspired Living as their new home. Sue sat down with me to learn about my parents. She was sincerely interested in their backgrounds and needs. I noticed she knew the names of every resident we encounted during the community tour. When going over safety measures, menus, and programs, she bustled with pride and enthusiam about the staff, and futuristic tools, like 24-hour monitoring. I personally wanted to move in immediately, just to be around such hope and optimism. No doubt, my parents would be in good, loving hands. Many thanks to Sue for opening my eyes to a world that isnt filled with trepidation or fear, but instead a home with heart, where kindness, comraderie, and compassion fill the days of those who need help the most.

My aunt has been in Memory Care for 6 months and it has been wonderful! The biggest problem I have is catching her in her room to visit! At 98, she is most often out of her room from breakfast until after supper- enjoying one activity after another! When medical needs arise, they are treated promptly and exactly as the doctor orders! She is extremely happy, which I think is a direct reflection of how much enthusiasm and happiness she is surrounded by daily. The Inspired Living Team gives it their all - it shows and is greatly appreciated!
