My grandmother had been a resident here for a little over a year. Every step of and phase of her care the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of appropriately. The entire staff truly cares about your loved ones ! As this will be my grandmothers forever home, we are truly blessed to call Brookdale our extended family. Thank you to everyone for caring about my grandmother and the other residents ❤️

Brookdale has been good for my LOWD, however, the price has become to expensive to remain there for more than a couple of months. The only problem that I have had is there is not enough communication between health care department and family in my experience.

Transitions are tough but Brookdale helped make this positive. Staff has always treated us with open arms and open communication.

I highly recommend Brookdale Paddock Hills for their sincere, respectful, caring staff and management. You are treated here with dignity and compassion. I wouldn't consider placing my family member any place else. It's an amazing environment!

Money hungry leeches!! Do NOT send your loved ones here. ** Bugs, short staffed, and money hungry company. I moved my mother in due to her having Alzheimer’s, but soon had to move her out. They will say whatever they need to and make any promises needed to get you to sign. When something goes wrong or there are BUGS everywhere they blame your family member. Saying they should clean… look understandable yes, but we are paying YOU the Company to take care and make sure there are no Roaches everywhere!!! Even the staff complain about the bugs and how they don’t get paid enough and that they are so short staffed. I pressed panic button when I arrived to an unforgettable sight in my mothers room. Not only did I find out she wasn’t getting her meds on time it took 35mins!!!! For someone to arrive. If that was an emergency she could have died! The head Nurse Emily Thompson and the Director of the building Joelle Watkins do NOT care about your loved ones. They only care about the money and how they can squeeze more out of you. My mother was sick and no one had any idea!!!! I could add a lot more about what I have seen and have photos as well, but basically STAY FAR AWAY!!! If you want your loved ones or even yourself taken care in a clean healthy environment DO NOT Live here Of course no one from management team has called to discuss my concern and the incident.

The care is second to none. There are newer assisted living facilities in Ocala, but none that provide the care that Paddock does. I wouldnt want my mother Ethel anywhere else.

I wanted to thank Brookdale Paddock Hills for taking such good care of my Grandmother Ruth. I love hearing about all the fun events they have planned and shes made a lot of friends (and loves visiting with their pets). She especially loves that she can have her cat. The staff is wonderful and even sends me pictures from different events and when she gets her hair done. Its comforting seeing her so happy. A special thank you to Ms. Danielle Potter for giving her hugs from us. It means everything. Brookdale Paddock Hills is truly a blessing to our family!

My grandfather has lived at Paddock Hills in the assited living since 2017. My grandmother passed away and my grandfather needed to move to a community that could help with his care. . I cannot say enough about the staff during this time. They were available to us 24-7 and did EVERYTHING they could during this time to help our family- from moving my grandfathers furniture, having a table set for all of us for each meal, texting and calling just to check in, and even arranging for a memorial service to take place right at the facility. If you are looking for a place that will treat your loved one like family, please consider Paddock Hills.

My father was here, and we all felt he was very well cared for. The staff took great care of him. He got stronger and made real progress. I cannot express the full extent of my familys gratitude. The staff were completely responsive to us and to our father. My deepest appreciation.

Most of the people here really do try to help the residents as much as they can. There are a few bad ones, but the good over weighs. Many employees pay out-of-pocket to help residents with supplies and necessities.
