You have got to be kidding me there's no pool the dining room does not look like that half the pictures you've got in there aren't even of our facility it's a surrounding community which is a gated community the food here sucks if you're diabetic you're going to come here and die there's absolutely here you're lucky if you get a ride to Walmart once a week on Wednesday if you get on the list don't forget to call and get on the list and that's about the extent of your shopping tours here at Brentwood this place ought to be sued for false advertisement trust me if I had somewhere else to go I would but I can't because I was lied to I was told that we had amenities here I was told we had a pool I was told all kinds of stuff which is a pile of freaking crap they're lying to you people and you should drive by the place yourself without making an appointment and just look at the facility how run down and dry rotted and rotten this whole place is only half of this facility is filled because the other half of the facility is so moldy you can't live in it so yeah am I a little biased yeah you could probably say so

My 63 year old intellectually and developmentally disabled cousin is a resident at Brentwood ALF. As with any care facility, a patient or the patient's family has to be involved and an advocate for care. My cousin is living in a safe environment, with his meds managed. The staff is always willing to have a coordinated care meeting and his nurses seem genuinely concerned for his well being. Whenever I have questions about treatment, care, fees, or concerns, the aides, nurses, and management have been prompt in addressing care, concerns and speaking to doctors on my behalf. My cousin is ambulatory and I take into account that my cousins level of care is not that of other residents, and sometimes other's care is prioritized as triaged. I do wish a social worker were able to help with my cousin due to intellectual and developmental disabilities. That being said, Brentwood is not the perfect fit for my cousin, but it does provide above average care. The facility does need some exterior work due to wood rot and or carpenter ants or termites, (eh- it's Florida) and I understand that is being addressed. They have a café, coffee stop, planned resident activities, library, barber shop, and a bus which will take residents on outings and shopping. Overall- my rating is above average.

Clean and responsive. Had a couple issues on the first day that were quickly resolved. Call bell answered quickly 90% of the time. Food is decent, with large variety, coffee is terrible. Nurses are friendly with varying degrees of knowledge. Assistants are helpful, though not always skilled. Room was clean and modern. TV was newer and large screen.

I was there for a month for rehab from a knee replacement. Love the therapists, nurses and aides!!! I really miss them. They were my family away from home!!

Brentwood is a decent place to go if you need rehab for broken bones and, or infusions done. There are times when you have to raise your voice to get their attention. Over all, its a good place. I didnt care for the second wing... It smelled of urine and fesese.

I moved to Brentwood about a month ago, its much better than the ALF i lived ay prior to Brentwood and to compare them is like comparing apples and potatoes. Brentwood is much nicer the food you get is very good. Just about every staff member is kind and caring. Its a huge place . I have a 1 bedroom apartment and its very nice. You get a home phone service a emergency button you wear at all times around your neck. You also have cable in your bedroom and livingroom. You also get a screened in porch as well as a storage closet on the back porch. Just about every resident is kind and caring and thoughtful. Its a huge Blessing to go from an inside ALF 0 to my own apartment. I would have loved to see my parents here. That says a lot. Im very thankful that i am here.

I deliver library books to shut-ins at the Brentwood Assisted Living so I walk through frequently. It seems clean. The staff is always busy and friendly. There is a sign-in at the front door which some facilities dont have. I would prefer that. It has gotten several awards if Im not mistaken.
