Brentwood rehab has been so successful for my mother, every aid, nurse or assistant has been so great. I’ve never felt so good walking into a rehab and being greeted by a wonder staff members! The difference of my mothers care from wv to now fl is just a huge change and such a different world for our loved ones! But to hear my mother say she loves being home there makes my heart happy! I would highly recommend this place to put your loved ones there™ 1st photo was in wv and the 2nd is now, wow such happiness and shows the loving care she is receiving

My father was transferred here from hospital after a fractured spine. He was there for several weeks for rehab. PT and OT were with mixed reviews. Some were phenomenal where times my father would tell me therapist would leave after 10 min and he would Demand the full 30 min. Chief complaints were mostly about the food and long response time from using call bell. Shout outs to nurse Steve for excellent communication and follow up, the CNA's that showered and provided excellent morning care for toileting and dressing for the day ( sorry their names escaped him) and Angel, his social worker for the great communication in helping to coordinate his discharge and everything he needed once home for continued therapy. Angel kept me informed (I do not live local) and she stayed in touch with me, continued assisting after discharge when there were some issues with equipment delivery. I appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile to make my father's transition home seamless. Thank you, Angel!

I have been a resident of this facility since 1/14/2026 because of having my knee replaced. The entire staff here has been excellent. The Administration has been great with communication between my doctors and the hospital. My nursing staff has been amazing. They are very caring, attentive and have a loving nature. I have been here twice before 2022 and was very displeased with the level of care and cleanliness of the facility. This place has done a complete 180 degree turn within every department. Food service does need improvement with maintaining the temperature of the meals. My food every meal has been cold to barely warm. Always cooked correctly and looks great in presentation but failed to maintain the temperature. The staff that was assigned to me was awesome. From housekeeping to the CNA's to the nurses, they always treated me like a King. I am so pleased with this place and recommend it 100% to anyone in need of a rehab facility.

I came to Brentwood from the hospital for rehab and to gain strength in my arms and legs. The therapy team exceeded in helping me meet my goals while at the facility. My nurse Steve was awesome, I enjoyed Cassandra in the activities dept. My Social Worker was very kind, and respectful explaining my discharge home. My CNA Karen was the best CNA I had at facility. I am 50 years old really 68 if I had to rehab anywhere it would be here. My daughter always said she would never put me in a rehab or a retirement home. But when it's time this is where I want to be. They did an amazing luau party today. The people are awesome both residents and staff. They go out of their way for you.

My mother has stayed at a few Aspire facilities and the one in Brentwood Lecanto Florida is by far the best one we've been at. I feel like some of the other facilities should take notes from the facility in Lecanto the staff there go above and beyond as far as their patient care the cleanliness of the rooms any requests that were ever needed were dealt with immediately and no matter what kind of day any of the staff were having it was always a positive cheerful one

Our friend has been there for a few days. I won't mention his name to avoid any repercussions. But,know this,he will be having frequent visitors. Being a retired L.P.N. of 34 years, I know the more visitors, the better care.I do expect him to have the BEST care possible. As all the patients should. The 1st time we went to see him,he did not have a gown on.He was cold.His mind is good, his body needs therapy.I beg you,please take care of our friend. I will be watching

I needed to write in to rave (in the best way possible) about Tracy, Director of Patients for Aspire at Brentwood. My 91-year-old father has been through HELL at other facilities, both in Florida and Texas. It’s atrocious how poorly our senior citizens are treated. I wish we could clone Tracy and send her to all the elder care facilities to show them he platinum standard. She is caring, empathetic, kind and beyond attentive. She has been a blessing to our family. My brother refuses to move my father to a different locationeventhough Brentwood is a 2-hour drive each way. Tracy is one-of-a-kind incredible. I hope the owners of Aspire at Brentwood realize what a prize they have in Tracy and appreciate her appropriately.

When I came to Brentwood I was very sick. I have no memory of my first few weeks. These people took care of me and watched over me. Very friendly staff. Most are real empathetic to our needs. Since that time I am much better but the care from the staff has not changed. The food is very good compared to other places I have been. I am happy here.

Our close family member was a resident at this nursing home for three years before transferring to another facility closer to our family. During his time here, he received exceptional care from the staff. Nurses like Sonne, Sharon, Jason, and many others consistently went above and beyond to ensure that he, and all residents, were treated with the utmost care and dignity. I’ve been a patient here since at least November of last year. Let’s just say I wasn’t easy to get along with. I’m not used to rules or being told what to do but everyone I was in contact with were understanding and helpful. The nursing staff is phenomenal thanks to Samantha Kelley. She is the best she came and talk to me so many times when I just needed someone to talk to. The CNA are great you get to be friends with everybody. The wound care is above and beyond. They got me so far and that’s why I’m about ready to go home.

I recently stayed at Brentwood AGAIN and again my stay was pleasant!! Therapy Dept. worked with me and got me where I needed to be. Everyone was so nice and all my needs were met, I even was a big winner at Bingo!! Would definitely use their services again if needed. I was a resident there for two months, and received excellent care. Therapy was very helpful and patient with me. I was there during Covid and was allowed to see my family outside on scheduled visits. I went in dependent and left walking, I can't thank the staff enough for ALL they did to help with my recovery!!

Rosemary B. I was at Aspire at Brentwood in Lecanto FL for 18 days. All the staff was terrific. The Physical Therapist were so helpful and competent in their job. Their knowledge in their field blew my mind They helped me so much. I entered the facility barely able to walk without assistance. Upon discharge, I walked out without assistance. Do not hesitate for you or a loved one to enter Aspire at Brentwood. You will not regret your decision.

I'm writing this review for my dad that stayed at Brentwood for rehab after he fell and broke his hip. He's not the easiest to work with but he was very happy with the therapy he went through. I've been to a rehab myself and their gym was a nice big area compared to the one I went to. The therapy team were all very professional and friendly on the days I was there to visit my dad. He had nothing but nice things to say. His nurse and CNA (AJ I believe) on the 600 hall took good care of him. We don't remember his nurses name. Thanks for taking care of my dad.

My husband spent one month in there. The staff were nice but the management of that facility was horrible. My husband wasn’t eating they refused to send him to the hospital but wanted him out as soon as his 30 days were over. We took him home. He went home 11/01/22. He died 12/20/22. I blame them, the doctors and the hospital I had to send him to he wasn’t ever eating well at home. Should have been admitted to the hospital not sent home. Do not send your people to this facility. They are horrible I’m told my husband died from sepsis guillian barre which he could have had for over 2 months. As a nurse I feel bad because I also should have pushed more. This is a terrible ordeal for me as I now prepare to move back to Texas because my love is no longer here. I’m sorry I ever sent him to that place.

Very caring staff and very professional, so far what I have experienced is it is a good facility minus certain things like alot of the patients/residents there would greatly benefit from water therapy now they say they have a pool and they do but it's currently down and has been for the past few years. It's very outdated and I feel the owners should at least have it painted and a little color put on the walls it would help the residents stay more positive on regaining their health it's better then seeing constant scuff marks on every corner you turn.the furniture that's in the rooms looks like it was made in the 60s just very old and outdated plus I feel maintenance needs to step up their game seeings how they have plenty of work to do just in my room alone the nightstand handles were broken off the closet door was barely hanging on my roommates tv was broken and the toilet constantly ran all day and all night so it was not easy to sleep but these are just cosmetic issues but when you look up Brentwood on YouTube it shows you an upgraded beautiful facility but when you get there you realize that is def not the facility but we r not really there for the scenery we are there to get better and as far as that goes I feel the care is awesome I have not had a problem at all,I just wish the owners would put more into wanting to attract more residents by giving it a good paint job with some color and fixing or replacing the items that need attention.i would also like to talk about the food, I will not sugar coat it the chef should not be called a chef but more or less a cook because the food is absolutely terrible and very cheap plus for fact most of the time the food is not even fully cooked so I feel someone needs to be fired or retire and someone new who knows how to really cook come in.

It was great that I had a private room. Definitely under staffed at night. 1st night no wifi in room my TV didn't work. The nurse I had that night yell and i need help. At times i thought of one flew over the cuckoos nest, nurse cratchet. These nurses have a tough job with some of the residents. Please hire more staff at nighted at me and the 2nd night also.the food was terrible iwas allowed to sign out every day and found other places to eat. Most of the staff was kind and helpful, thanks you for that. Let's put it this way there's no way I'd go back. I know I was a pain but I'm a double amputee

Everyone was quick to respond to his needs. Deciding where to send your loved one when they need care is a difficult choice. I would not hesitate to send someone I love back to this rehab.
