[name removed] is a horrible property manager for Mt Carmel Gardens. She needs to be fired on the spot. [name removed] is very aggressive when trying to solve problem.Lies a lot. And not truthful when it comes to handling issues. Very unprofessional. She does not give residents a sense of safety about anything. Recently mishandle a rent payment and sent out a newsletter blaming the residents..... The place is not a good place to live when you have management like her in charge.

This place I have visited and applied recently and so far it's been great Stephanie has been very respectful helpful and reception the same. I have been applying and trying since 2023 many places and no phone calls. Mount Carmel has been the only place to respond in a time manner. I hope they will accept me here. I love the surroundings and very clean. Thank you

Elderly aunt lives here. Decent high-rise senior living. Good space for elderly singles or couples. Seems safe with guards on site. Laundry room and activities on site. Could use small refresher. Overall, it's good.

This is a 17 floor high rise but if you are not capable of walking stairs to and from your apartment Do Not Move In because management will not make an effort to keep elevators in working condition

I have been apartment hunting for 4 months as i lived in palm beach county and the house i was renting was destroyed by irma and phillip finished it off. For the last month i have moved to st augustine on a month to month bases. I have search all complexes for 1 bd apartments. ....this is the only complex that has answered the phone and returned text in a timely manner. Denise has been a real trooper answering my questions and fielding my inquiries no matter how many or how trivial ....if they will have me i will be renting here.

Visited here for my parents,the apartments were beautiful,the activities for residents looked like tons of fun...denise was so helpful when answering my million questions regarding my parents new home..btw the other residents I ran into during my visit were very kind and told me how much they enjoy living here.

After SPM took over the facility they did multi million renovation which completely turned Mount Carmel Gardens into a wonderful place to live, a place you can call home. Although it took several years to finish the project, it's worth waiting for.
