My husband and I have only toured Madison at this point but we are very interested in moving one of our family members into this community. Kay who works in the memory care unit was amazing! It really shows how much interest and caring she takes in her clients and her job and she was a wealth of knowledge. We would love to have our family member there and are going to continue looking into the process.

What a beautiful facility. The Executive Director, Paige, has been so helpful in making us feel comfortable bringing my mom to the facility and trusting her care to them. The way Paige delegated the move-in process made everything very easy for us. We could not be happier with the choice we made.

Finding Madison at Clermont was a stroke of luck. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The meals are good with a wide variety of cuisines. They keep it clean and tidy. The residents always seem happy which spreads to a great environment. I would recommend you to take a tour and see it for your.

Every Monday I go to Madison to visit several residents with a Communion Service and we have Mass once a month. Mark has been so very helpful and very conscientious of the residents. Since I have been going to the facility have noticed much improvement and would advise people to just check it out. A tour is always advisable and available.

I called to inquire about care for my father today. I've called quite a few places in the last week or so, but today I reached an angel on the other end of the line. Her name was Page and she was incredibly helpful and so sweet. She obviously knows what it's like to care for a dementia patient, because although I wanted to cry about this whole thing with my dad, she had me laughing about the craziness of it all. I'm not sure this will be the right fit for Dad, but either way I'm so grateful for Page today. God must've known who I needed to talk to. Thank you so much for having wonderful employees like her at your facility. Make sure you take good care of her because she is taking amazing care of your clients and their family members.

Recently, my wife's uncle was looking to move down to the area, and was in need of assisted living. After visiting other communities in the area, we are happy we settled on the Madison at Clermont. From the moment we walked in for the first tour, the process was very smooth. The Sales Director, Paige, is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. She made the whole pre-move in process understandable and worked with us. The facility is very clean, and the residents were all happy. What really struck was the comradery amongst the staff as well. We know our uncle will be very happy here!

Our family recently had to place our mother in the memory care side of this wonderful facility. The staff is top notch in the industry. The staff cares for mom like she was their own family. Mom says the meals are wonderful and snacks are plentiful. The care is outstanding. Thank you to them all.

My sister and I were given a tour of the Madison at Clermont and we both knew right away that this was the place for our mother. The staff in the memory care area is awesome! The facility has been recently remodeled, and it is very clean and provides a warm atmosphere for the folks staying there. We would highly recommend this facility if you are considering an assisted living/memory care facility.

The Madison is a wonderful Assisted Living Facility. It has a very different and positive atmosphere. The beautiful lobby doubles as an activity center. With four scheduled activities a day, and plenty of places for pickup activities for bridge, dominos or just singing along in the lobby we fell in love with The Madison. If the senior in your life can get out of bed on their own, or with just a little assistance even if it’s just to get into a wheelchair. I highly recommend The Madison for its activities, atmosphere and close-knit community.

My mother was moved into the Madison at Clermont facility just under a year ago. This place has made a world of difference for her! She loves being there and feels safe! She is never lonely as there is something going on there all the time. She loves the food. The staff has been extremely professional, helpful and personable......from the Director down to all the support staff! Almost like family! I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering top notch assisted living care!!

My Mom moved in 4+ months ago and loves it here. The staff from top to bottom are so friendly and helpful. The activity calendar keeps her busy and the food is better than her last facility. The rooms are nice, clean, and bigger than many other places we looked at. We’re very happy we found the Madison at Clermont for her.

Madison at Clermont is a wonderful assisted living/memory care facility. Since my brothers arrival the staff has always been there for him and are always there to help him. They also have a great activity program and director. Debra does an excellent job with keeping the residents happy and active! There is always something going on for them to do. After sharing time with this community I can say that the Management team and the DON really care about their residents. The Activities director's dedication shows how much she loves her job and the residents. This is a nice community, come and visit and see for yourself.

The level of care is exceptional. There is a positive glow about the entire facility. Constant activities for the residents, and all of the staff is engaged from the bottom to the top. The director, Jami, has even sent me photos and videos of my mom in activities. It is hard to see a loved one age. Nothing is going to change that. This place makes you see the care.

This is a wonderful community. The executive director, Blair has created a very cohesive team (Ashley and Paul) to name a few. It is quite evident from entering the facility that not only are the residents happy and engaged but the staff is as well. The energy in this mid- sized community is extremely positive. The improvements to to the older building are a nice aesthetically however more importantly is the attitude and professionalism of the team that care for our aging clients. Thank you all for the good work that you are doing and continuing to keep the bar high for the seniors you serve.

I reviewed several ALF's prior to showing my mom, who has dementia, Madison, she loved it and all the activities they had scheduled, of course until COVID-19, but even with all the challenges of the pandemic, the management and staff have been so helpful and cheerful. I enjoy each and every time I come into Madison. The staff is helpful. They seem to take good care of my family member who resides there. The ED (Courtney) has been the best director I’ve seen over my visits to multiple facilities. She’s always out on the floor helping. Treats everyone, including family members with respect. Knows what she is doing. I can comfortably say I’d refer more families to this facility.

Hello. I toured the facility last week for a future home for a family member. I was greeted by Courtney who introduced herself, was welcoming, professional, and provided me with helpful information. I was nervous going into the" process" because I was not sure what to expect. I'm so glad I decided to tour and meet Courtney and other staff members who were also very friendly and appeared to genuinely care.

Great team of people working here! My folks have been here since last August, since Clermont is my home and they can be closer to me. The transition of moving them from their home to assisted living was difficult for my parents, but they have adjusted well, and are making friends and are happy at Brookdale. They’re making friends, and getting involved in some activities. Keeping them together has certainly helped. Like anywhere else, the key is being involved and having communication with management, nurses, aids, techs, etc. Establishing a rapport, stating concerns, as well as giving positive feedback, go far in making a difference. I feel like I am also now a part of their family too.
