This is a wonderful community. The executive director, Blair has created a very cohesive team (Ashley and Paul) to name a few. It is quite evident from entering the facility that not only are the residents happy and engaged but the staff is as well. The energy in this mid- sized community is extremely positive. The improvements to to the older building are a nice aesthetically however more importantly is the attitude and professionalism of the team that care for our aging clients. Thank you all for the good work that you are doing and continuing to keep the bar high for the seniors you serve.

As a senior advocate, primarily working to help seniors find the best living community to help them THRIVE, I am always delighted to work Ashley and the staff at Madison at Clermont. It is comforting to know that our clients are treated with excellent care and respect as they become residents in Madison. The events the staff members host for the residents are creative and fun. The community is always active and the staff exerted the maximum effort to provide protection and normalcy - as much as possible - over the course of the last challenging year. This is a wonderful community.

We moved my parents into the Madison in December 2020. I have been very pleased with the care and concern for my parents from the staff. The new Executive Director, Lauren is very understanding and caring to the residents and family of the residents. She always does her best to meet expectations with a big smile. She is very welcoming and delightul to work with. Ashley Alvarez is one of the best Sales Managers that I encountered in my quest to find an ALF for my parents. She stayed in touch monthly for the year prior. Due to Covid, we did not want to move them in to a facility until we were thru the worst of it. Ashley really cares and is always available. The care team, the attendants are wonderful and treat my mom with such compassion and love. She has aphasia, and they are so kind with her. Other ALFs would not take her due to her Aphasia. But Ashley said it is not a problem and it has not been. My only concern is that there has been some turnover recently and I do think the attendants and nursing staff should be paid more. They are the backbone of the Madison. Luckily my mom was not aware of the turnover, as most of the attendants she deals with have stayed. IF you are considering moving your parents in to the Madison, I would advise that you stay involved and communicate their needs to the management staff. They really do their best to meet the needs of the residents and families. I am so glad we moved my parents in to the Madison.

I have worked here at Madison at Clermont for the last nine months. During this time, i have personally witnessed the care and dedication to the residents that live there. The management team often work ridiculous hours to ensure every resident is cared for and to aid families that have transitioned their loved ones to our care. For some places, teamwork, is just a word used often to describe what should occur at any ALF. At Madison at Clermont, teamwork actually happens all the time! Everyone (including the ED) helps whatever department needs it. This is not the only facility I have worked, so when I saw the ED cleaning rooms(with the rest of management staff) and working the floor as care staff, I was shocked! I was very impressed by this approach to ensure the residents had what they were promised! Teamwork isnt a word here-its what they do! Every place I have worked has their share of problems. We have them here ,too. The difference here is we work as a team to rectify and correct the problems. Not everyone likes the final decision but I can say the decision was based on the best solution for residents and resident families. The people here really have a heart and care for their residents. these residents become part of our extended family and we love them all! i will be leaving this facility soon to pursue another adventure in healthcare. I will miss everyone here. When its time for me to find an ALF for me or my wife, I hope my children look for a place like this one!

Hello. I toured the facility last week for a future home for a family member. I was greeted by Courtney who introduced herself, was welcoming, professional, and provided me with helpful information. I was nervous going into the process because I was not sure what to expect. Im so glad I decided to tour and meet Courtney and other staff members who were also very friendly and appeared to genuinely care.

I enjoy each and every time I come into Madison. The staff is helpful. They seem to take good care of my family member who resides there. The ED (Courtney) has been the best director Ive seen over my visits to multiple facilities. Shes always out on the floor helping. Treats everyone, including family members with respect. Knows what she is doing. I can comfortably say Id refer more families to this facility.

I reviewed several ALFs prior to showing my mom, who has dementia, Madison, she loved it and all the activities they had scheduled, of course until COVID-19, but even with all the challenges of the pandemic, the management and staff have been so helpful and cheerful. The care and true concern for the residents shine through. Thank you so much for caring for my mom so well, I really appreciate you all!

I came in a couple weekends ago to tour with my mom since we are looking for a place in the future for my grandmother. Upon walking in, the staff was smiling and greeted us right away. The room we looked at was beautifully decorated (I want them to come to my house!) with plenty of space and the community does need some new carpeting (it was old and dingy) but everyone was happy and smiling. Although I'm not looking for a place for a while for my grandmother, I will definitely revisit this community!

Great team of people working here! My folks have been here since last August, since Clermont is my home and they can be closer to me. The transition of moving them from their home to assisted living was difficult for my parents, but they have adjusted well, and are making friends and are happy at Brookdale. Theyre making friends, and getting involved in some activities. Keeping them together has certainly helped. Like anywhere else, the key is being involved and having communication with management, nurses, aids, techs, etc. Establishing a rapport, stating concerns, as well as giving positive feedback, go far in making a difference. I feel like I am also now a part of their family too.

This was a nice facility and would even be having some upgrades soon it appeared. We felt they were really caring and accommodating with some of our requests and needs. We truly think it should be considered strongly when others make the search. In the end, we were looking for a 2 bedroom because it was mom and stepdad and it wasn't available at this time here. We do highly recommend checking this out.

During my tour of the facility while looking at different options for my love one I found that this property is very nice and clean. Its not too large of a facility, it only has two stories. The staff team here is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the tour that we received in this community. We liked the caring and friendly staff that were helpful. They have a clean community and a nice dining area. They had a lot to offer for the care for the residents. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
