Cranes View Lodge is one of the biggest and best assisted living facilities here in Clermont! I not only recommend it to patients and families I work with, but I also talk about it with my family and loved ones. We never know when well have to take that step in our lives, and knowing Cranes in right here where we live, gives me and my family comfort. From the nursing, to the activities, to the cooking, EVERYTHING is dedicated to and for the residents! Thank you all for all you do day in and day out to make sure everyones taken care of and that they continue to live their lives to the fullest potential!

We moved my parents in here into a 1 bedroom apartment on 1 Feb 2020 after touring all other Clermont facilities and they chose Cranes View. The atmosphere fits them perfectly as they are very social and like to keep busy with activities. We are especially greatful we got them moved in pre-covid as we dont know how well they would have faired being on their own and isolated. I am especially impressed with the buildings construction and all the social and activity spaces that are available. Most other facilities dont have near as much space, they just cram in more rooms to increase profits. But even more important is the staff and how hard they work to make each meal, activity and day special. It gives me peace of mind that my parents are happy and well cared for.

Just writing to thank Connie Jones and her staff in Memory Care for taking care of my Dads dog while he was in quarantine. Not only did they take care of her daily needs but they also TOOK HER TO PETCO for a grooming appointment! This is way above and beyond the call of duty! Youre the best!

Love this place. The staff is great. Design of the building provides for large open spaces inside and out. Im impressed they built such great, multi-story spaces instead of cramming in more rooms as other places do. You feel as if youre at a lodge within a national park. Fireplaces, library, full dining facilities, nursing staff, activities and so much more. Id live here if I could. They take wonderful care of our family member and have such patience dealing with her, no easy feat. Awesome place that we recommend and so happy to have found.

My parents became residents on 1Feb this year. They love it and we are so happy they are safe and so well taken care of. Facility is beautiful with great recreational areas, great food, but its the wonderful caring staff that really makes it the best!

While living in an independent living facility my mom fell several times with the most recent causing severe memory issues. I needed to find a facility for her that had a top notch memory care unit. After visiting several facilities in Lake County I decided that Cranes View Lodge best fit her needs. After speaking with the Executive Director, Tracy McKinnie I was confident that I found the right place. My mom has been a resident for several months now and I couldnt be happier with the care that she has received thus far. The coordinator of the memory care unit, Connie has a team that shows a great deal of compassion for the residents. On several occasions when my mom was having a bad day Connie has personally coordinated face time calls between me and my mom. She understands and cares about the needs of the residents and their families. I also need to mention that the entire facility has done a fantastic job of protecting the residents and staff during the Covid-19 crisis. I hear of so many positive test and unfortunate deaths in other facilities, and to date Cranes View has zero cases. I personally want to thank every staff member for the excellent care that you provide for mom and all of your residents.

My Dad is a resident of Cranes View. After surgery, he had to go to another facility for in-house rehab. Meanwhile, the Memory Care Administrator, Connie, was tremendous. She was so incredibly helpful and took care of Sylvie while he was away and Sylvie became a temporary service dog to the Memory Care Unit. Dad was SO happy to be done with rehab and get back to his home at Cranes View. And yes, Ive been there and the food quality, service, and selection (from a menu) is outstanding!

This is not your typical Assisted Living! This is FUN! Cruise ship level excitement for those that want it! I have visited my aunt who lives here numerous times. My family had several choices in Clermont but found the staff, services, and atmosphere to be far better than anything anyone else could offer. I second the Veterans Wall of Honor. GORGEOUS display for those brave people that served our great country. Well done! Well done!

I cannot say enough good. My top impression comes from Tracy who runs the building. I find the nurses to be attentive and truly caring for my loved one. They have honored her in ways she would never want me to share but simply put in her words made it my home away from home. Well done Crains Lodge and people who work here..

I love Cranes View. It is so clean and well maintained. My Aunt lives there now and she is so loved. Staff keep her apartment neat and tidy. The food is so good and there is such variety. Mary in the dining room is super sweet. Mike goes above and beyond to help, no matter what we ask. I visit my aunt all the time and she is so happy and has made friends with Adele and Gene. Thank you everyone.

My mom has been here close to a year and it has been a wonderful experience for her and my family. The staff are amazing and very caring and wonderful. They are responsive to all her needs and the have a great deal of activities on a daily basis I would highly recommend CranesView if you are looking for someone who needs long term placement in a residential setting

Ive visited Cranes View Lodge three times now, and with each visit I am more in love with this facility. First, it is beautiful. Secondly, and more importantly, all the residents Ive seen look happy and very well cared for. I had the opportunity to spend time and talk with several residents as we worked together on a little project I am doing. Kristy is the Lifestyle Director and has been so very pleasant and welcoming. It is obvious that she loves the residents and works hard to make sure they have engaging activities on a daily Basis. I was amazed at the Daily Schedule on the day that I visited. Several years ago my own dad required assisted living then memory care...the facility my husband and I chose for him was almost an hour away from our home. I only wish that Cranes View had been open at that time. It would have been our first choice! If you or a loved one is exploring assisted living, pay a visit to this facility. You will be extremely impressed.

Special shout out for Deborah who coordinates and runs activities for the residents in Memory Care. Deborah makes life interesting and fun for the residents with all of the different memory games she has in her repertoire. When I see my Mom participating with the other residents and having fun it really warms my heart. It is obvious Deborah has a very special relationship with each resident in her daily banter with them. I feel fortunate to have this wonderful personality interacting with my Mom daily.

My father and mother live there and I'm glad I found a superb place for them to live. The architecture and decor of the place is fabulous...it looks like a lodge so it has warm colors, tones, fixtures, and cozy fireplaces. There is an abundance of activities for all to enjoy including arranged transportation for the seniors to get out, shop, take in a movie, or just see the sights. The food is excellent, in my opinion, and I've shared many meals with them in the restaurant. The medical staff do a great job of taking care of my parents health needs including medication management and assistance throughout the day and night. Maintenance and housekeeping staff do a great job also of upkeep and fixing things that need attention. The staff are very attentive to the residents and treat them as family and friends! Say Hi to Shirley at the front desk as she always has a smile and the memory of an elephant. Couldn't find a better place for my parents to live and my family and I looked far and wide in central Florida!

I can honestly say this facility employs the nicest, as well as knowledgeable and caring staff that I have ever experienced. We have a family member who moved in last year and we have never been disappointed! Not only is it the absolute cleanest assisted living center ever, it is of modern design which allows for the many activities offered. It does not seem to have much of a turnover in staff, which is a good indicator of staff happiness. The dining room staff really seem to know each resident and go the extra mile every day. The activities team works diligently to offer a vast array of different opportunities to meet all residents needs. They strive to personally know and reach out to each tenant. The front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful.

I was NOT at Crane's View Lodge Assisted Living & Memory Care yesterday, even though my "smart" phone felt that I should say I was. However, I have been there before, and it was a lovely place! The residents I saw seemed quite content, and the staff was engaging them all around me.

Just moved my mom into memory care today after being at a Rehab facility over 2 months. The level of professionalism is wonderful, the aesthetics fabulous, and yes it reminds me of the Wilderness Lodge at Disney. It was difficult to decide to place my mom anywhere but home. Cranes View Lodge in Clermont, Florida is the third assisted living facility we have used for our dear Aunt Mary and it is by far the best of the three. The only thing that exceeds the quality of the facility is the quality of the staff taking care of Aunt Mary. As an added bonus, the food is really good too. Most important of all, Aunt Mary says she likes living here.
