Looked at several Assisted Living facilities before choosing Wickshire Countryside for our Mom. Amber, the ED, was welcoming and knowledgeable. She immediately made us feel at ease. Lea and Ruth, the Concierges, always go out of their way to welcome snd accommodate any requests. The staff in the dining room are very helpful. Mom is very satisfied with the variety and preparation of the meals. Everyone has been very helpful as Mom transitioned from independent living into assisted living at Wickshire! Thank you!

Memory Care at Wickshire provided a wonderful, consistent, loving and caring environment for my Mom over the past 3 1/2 years. Lashonda and her staff in the life guidance ( memory care ) area were so caring and gave my mom and all the residents personalized, loving care. The memory care unit at Wickshire Countryside is small and has a comfortable homelike environment. I feel blessed that my Mom was able to spend her last days is such a wonderful place and surrounded by such caring people. Simply the best. Finding care for your loved ones is not easy but from step 1, Norma Jean (sales manager ) gave my mom peace of mind that a temp stay was going to be fun. And right she was ! My mom had the absolute best time there. Suzy and Leslie ( activities) make sure there is plenty to do all day, and listen to the folks living there if they want to do something different. The staff made the experience! Dining was good too. I'd recommend this location 100 times over to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

Wickshire Countryside is a beautiful community and so engaging to everyone who comes through their doors. The leadership team is very hospitable and professional. I spoke directly with the sales person and executive director and they were both very accommodating to me and my family. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could and I would definitely bring my family members here!

An absolute fantastic community. Being in the industry and this market for 6 yrs- I see how the staff go above and beyond creating an exceptional, high quality of living environment. Their residents always speak highly of the care and service provided. Strong communication is kept btwn staff and family ; especially during these unprecedented times. Jamie, the Health and Wellness Director has been there for many years, is very involved and hands on and has personal relationships with the residents and their family members. We highly recommend this community when transitioning from home to the next level of care.

It is a fabulous community and the staff there is second to none!!! They have handled the COVID concerns making sure residents, their extended family members, were taken care of first and foremost! This place is the first place that I would put my Mom and Dad!
