I met with Montice for a tour of the facility ad I was very pleased with her and her staff. They were all very friendly and accommodating. I liked the facility and the fact that it is a smaller more personalized place. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone searching for a home for their loved one.

Placing my mother, was the hardest decision of my life. I swore, I would not let her enter a nursing home. Due to her advanced Alzheimer's. She can no longer walk, talk much and now has her food pureed. Montice has held my hand "literally" through every tough time. She has wiped away tears of sadness and grief. I will be forever grateful to Montice and the CNA's that work there. I know I can be pushy at times and that's ok. Finding this place was everything my mother needed. I will forever be grateful for the care in place for my mother. 5 Stars!

After Multiple ALF changes due to poor and dangerous practices in other Facilities I found Evergreen Manor for my Uncle Frank several years ago. The facility is cheerful and well equipped and the staff is loving and attentive. Montice especially pays extra attention to all the residents and has been in constant communication with me regarding every need my Uncle my have . I would highly recommend Evergreen Manor.

My Mother was my first experience with Evergreen. For 3 years she was kept safe and clean and happy at this facility. She passed at 95. She always smiled and loved the staff that cared for her. She was alowed to pass with her family at her side. My Cousin was my next experience at Evergreen. Her poor body was riddled with Parkinson’s. For almost 3 years she lingered before she passed at 83. The Staff at Evergreen was nothing but spectacular. She too was kept clean and safe and comfortable. Let’s face it. None of us want to be told we have to go to an Assisted Living facility but when you reach your limits at home I have found no place better than Evergreen Manor. When it comes my time I have told my family I would have no problem.

I have 2 family members living there and it's been a very positive experience. I can't say enough their care and the communication and Montice. I am so happy that I called looking for help and they made the transition to assisted living a smooth one. My family members are happy, safe and well cared for. I highly recommend Evergreen Manor to anyone looking for care for their loved ones. It's a good place!

My mother Shirley was there for almost a year before she passed. She loved it, she had friends, enjoyed the games, crafts, live music, visiting animals, cookouts and kind staff. She enjoyed getting her nails done and make up. As it got harder to take her to appointments I really appreciated the doctor coming to the facility as well as a beautician. I recommend this place, mom was happy and that's what mattered most.

My mother-in-law was moved from a very expensive facility to Evergreen Manor. She is at end stage and was not getting the care she needed. This facility has been amazing. The owner has been easy to talk to and always available. The people that work there have been caring and attentive. My mother-in-law is always clean, she is dressed, her hair is fixed. her room is immaculate and her laundry is done daily. She is at end stage so she needs a great deal of care and she is receiving it here. Someone visits her from the family every other day so we are very aware of what is going on. We are so grateful to Kathryn and her wonderful staff for everything they have done for mom and for our family.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for the care and compassion given to my mother and all the residents of Evergreen Manor by the owner and staff. The change in my mother from when she entered Evergreen Manor is phenomenal. She went from almost a total recluse to a bubbling and happy resident. The residents are well cared for, fed regularly and are attended to their every need with compassion and love. I urge everyone who is contemplating a move for their loved one to check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

I have been impressed with the care my mother has received at Evergreen Manor. The staff carries out their responsibilities with discretion, respect and kindness. If I could give this place more than five stars I would.Evergreen Manor is top notch all the way from the administrator, the staff,and the wonderful clients. We recently pulled our mother from a facility that looked great but lacked in the care given to the clients. From the time we entered Evergreen Manor , we knew immediately that this was the facility that would not only give 24 hour care and attention to our loved one, but also treat her as family.My mother has improved 100% since entering here. She doesn’t sit in her room all day, has supervised distribution of meds, and thoroughly enjoys visiting with the new friends she has made, and loves the meals and snacks there. If you are looking for a family oriented facility to place your loved one please check this one out. Nobody gets lost in the shuffle here. They are all family.

I was very blessed to have found this home for my Mom. I never had an issue. The staff and Management were great. My Mom was only there for a year before leaving us. And not one time did I walk in to find the facility smelling or not clean and that was nice comming from a ALF that was. Your LO will feel at home here.

I moved my dad to Evergreen Manor in November. From day one the staff and owner were fantastic. Every one is so kind and caring. I liked the smaller family environment and took really good care of my dad who was in declining health. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a facility with a heart.

Great place to work the manager appreciates all of her staff. I have worked here for a few months and I love it and the residents we have. The residents are treated like family and quality of care that the residents get is not comparable to the other AFLs in this area. I would highly recommend working for this company as well as moving your loved one into this facility.

I used to work at this place over a year ago. I only left because of some personal issues. I just started back a couple of weeks ago and it still feels like home. The residents are so sweet and if you open your ear to listen you will hear history in their stories. The staff there are all team players and they all work hard to assist each resident individual with their needs. Even the managers are willing to hand out a helping hand just because! This place is more then just a facility it is a family.

Evergreen Manor is a very clean, loving place. I am there at least 3 times per week and have always seen kind, loving staff and happy clients. Evergreen always smell good when you walk in the front door. I have never noticed any bad smells. I am the wife of a client and have always been treated with the upmost respect and many happy smiles.
