My dad has been here since February. They take wonderful care of him and treat him like family. The staff is kind and helpful. The meals are home-cooked and my dad never complains (he used to a lot at his old facility). He appreciates participating in activities like bingo and bible study. The facility is clean and homey. I'm very happy with him being here and would recommend it.

My dad has been receiving outstanding care from Evergreen Manor for about 8 months now. Its a tuff decision when locating a facility for your elderly parents, but by the Grace of God we found one that treats the elderly with love, care and consideration. I’ve had the wonderful privilege of being able to work closely with Evergreen Manor and can confidently say that it is a wonderful, clean, and inviting space for a loved one. Montice and her staff are incredible. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and give them the best care. Everyone has a positive attitude and is always willing to help one another. They respond quickly and appropriately to any questions that you may have so you never have to worry. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a space for your loved one.

I met with Montice for a tour of the facility ad I was very pleased with her and her staff. They were all very friendly and accommodating. Both of my parents are in Evergreen Manor. They are in the same room. They are so happy. Always clean and they love the home cooked food. Facility does not smell of urine. Placing my mother, was the hardest decision of my life. I swore, I would not let her enter a nursing home. Due to her advanced Alzheimer's. She can no longer walk, talk much and now has her food pureed. Montice has held my hand "literally" through every tough time. She has wiped away tears of sadness and grief. I will be forever grateful to Montice and the CNA's that work there. I know I can be pushy at times and that's ok. Finding this place was everything my mother needed. I will forever be grateful for the care in place for my mother. 5 Stars!

My mother is living here right now. We have had an exceptional experience with Montice, Naomi, and Chris. each one of them seemed to truly care about the patient that are living there. They all have big hearts and go out of their way to take care of everyone. I have toured many places and some very fancy but this place feels more like a home even a family. When you walk in, it’s Bright and airy and Montice always has great music playing to keep everyone’s mood happy and positive.

My loved one lives here, and is well cared for. I spent many years looking for a place for him, and had a very hard time finding it. That was before we found Evergreen. The staff are the best, and love my family member. The level of care is amazing and I know he is safe there.

It’s very hard to choose a home for your loved one at end of life. I tried four different places before we landed at Evergreen Manor. The staff is actually caring and they take great care of my 83-year-old mother. Montice is fabulous and runs a tight ship. My mother is not just another number. We brought our aunt to Evergreen Manor after her 90 year old sister/caregiver passed away almost 3 years ago. We moved to Lakeland last year and considered moving her with us but realized that there is no place as caring for her with the attention in cleanliness, nutrition, respect and love than the staff at Evergreen. Montice leads with the love of Jesus for everyone making each resident and family member a part of the Evergreen family. All of the staff are a blessing. God is so good with leading us here!

After Multiple ALF changes due to poor and dangerous practices in other Facilities I found Evergreen Manor for my Uncle Frank several years ago. The facility is cheerful and well equipped and the staff is loving and attentive. Montice especially pays extra attention to all the residents and has been in constant communication with me regarding every need my Uncle my have . I would highly recommend Evergreen Manor.

I have moved my Uncle from ALF to ALF with negative results and even dangerous neglect . I found Evergreen Manor to be wonderful option with fair pricing. All the staff is caring and attentive. Montice especially pays close attention to all the residents and has had constant communication with me from the start over every little detail regarding my Uncle's care. I am very pleased with care my loved ones are receiving at Evergreen Manor. The staff is very responsive and attentive to their needs on a day to day basis. They go the extra mile and are always available to answer any questions. The setting is cozy and more like home and the staff keep the residents engaged in activities.The chef prepares tasty meals that the residents enjoy, she's very dedicated to making their meals delicious and adjusting the menu as needed. My Mother was my first experience with Evergreen. For 3 years she was kept safe and clean and happy at this facility. She passed at 95. She always smiled and loved the staff that cared for her. She was alowed to pass with her family at her side. My Cousin was my next experience at Evergreen. Her poor body was riddled with Parkinson’s. For almost 3 years she lingered before she passed at 83. The Staff at Evergreen was nothing but spectacular. She too was kept clean and safe and comfortable. Let’s face it. None of us want to be told we have to go to an Assisted Living facility but when you reach your limits at home I have found no place better than Evergreen Manor. When it comes my time I have told my family I would have no problem.
