My oldest and dearest friend was a resident at The Landmark for about a year. The setting is lovely, and the building is airy, clean, spacious and bright. All the staff have been kind, caring, and compassionate . In her final days they took such incredible care of her and made her feel loved. Then after she passed away, the executive director gave us every accommodation to find a new home for her pets and to get her apartment organized and cleaned out. I just cannot speak highly enough of The Landmark and their incredible staff. They made a difficult and sad situation bearable and made every provision for my friend's comfort…

The Landmark team of administrators and nursing is not up to par. Our mother needed hospital care recently for a gastritis episode at Countryside Hospital across the street from the Landmark. The next day she was released by her doctor to go back to the Landmark. The case worker and hospital staff called the Landmark continuously all day Saturday to talk with the nurse to schedule her transport back home but nobody would answer the phones. The director and nurses had gone home for the day on a Saturday afternoon. My mom has been sitting in the hospital dressed and ready to go home for 2 days, crying about why she can't go home. This is unacceptable and the director and head nurse should be ashamed of themselves. This is not how you show care and compassion for the elderly residents. The quality of care is good at the Landmark when they have time to give it. The activity staff and therapy aids are very good but the director and head nurse need to be more hands on with the elderly residents. As of today ( Sunday) our mom is still sitting fully dressed in Countryside Hospital waiting to go home.

this place is very complete! My grandmother has been living here for a year and we are happy that we were able to find the perfect place for her! The attention is brilliant as is the service. The room is spacious and super clean. My grandmother says that the food is very good and that they treat her very well. we are very grateful to this place.

To garner such meaningful relationships with all the residents in our community is something prior to working here I could have only imagined. My family member who resides at the landmark has nothing but praise for everyone that has attended to her needs she's very appreciative of all the attention she receives and very happy with the three meals per day that are offered at this facility. Upon returning from a Dr appt w/friend, we entered a "side door" of a wing, in which there was NO need for a key. Therefore, anyone can walk in the building undetected, enter residents rooms & never be detected!!!!! When I questioned the mgmt, they informed me that the doors are locked @ 9 pm. The residents can go in & out as needed -day/night. Let's not think about safety! In todays "world" the residents are not safe at Landmark Assisted Living. Amazing.

After searching the area for my longtime friend, who needed care after a fall that put him in the hospital and left him with pneumonia in both lungs, I determined that The Landmark would be the perfect fit for him. The staff was incredibly patient, kind and professional, which was important because he was naturally feisty.. When Covid arrived in the area, the staff took every precaution and worked hard for the residents. My friend called The Landmark "home" for five years before his passing and never considered being any place else. The Director, Ryan, is genuinely devoted to the well being of the residents. And we could always count on Patty, a member of the staff who wears many hats, to go the extra mile. Your loved one will be in very capable and caring hands at The Landmark.

Since my grandmother moved into The Landmark, the entire team has extended the highest level of hospitality to make her feel welcome. There are several exceptional staff members and everyone is very friendly. They have regular activities, which my grandmother enjoys. It's a bright, cheery facility that is well taken care of.

Brookdale Countryside is a beautiful place with staff, such as Elizabeth and Maria, that are compassionate, caring and understanding, The needs of their residents always is primary and clients rave about it too! It is a place my mom will love when the time comes and I know shell be happy, safe, and welcomed!

I am a medical assistant at a doctors office. I was looking for Atria Assisted Living and the receptionist for Brookdale, without knowing I was at a doctors office she gave me the number to Atria. With that customer service alone, I feel like I had to review positively. Most ALF wont go as far as giving out another ALF phone number.

I visit a resident that I played sax with when he lead a band. At least once a week and I see the great programs they have and also have eaten diner with him and the food is excellent. Should the time come to become a resident I would certainly consider this home. I see how caring the staff are.

My father lived here for 10 months until he passed. The staff was wonderful to him, and us! I volunteered there when he was a resident, and continued after he passed because I grew to love the residents and staff. This Brookdale location is a wonderful home and family to these sweet seniors.

So thrilled that I found Brookdale Countryside. From the initial meeting, to ongoing contact with all the staff, everyone has gone above and beyond to help my Dad adjust. I have been to many brookdale facilities around the Bay Area and Nashville Tennessee area and I am proud to say that Countryside Brookedale is one of the tops on my list.
