I have been in the healthcare business for over 40 years. I was very anxious about moving into the facility. The staff are genuine, professional and generally good people. I feel special here. I enjoy the company of the residents. I do not have to worry about taking my meds, washing my clothes or preparing my food. The activities are great. If you don't like it, you don't have to participate. I am glad that they found a space for me.

I have been blessed to find such a wonderful place to care for my aunt in her final days. Not only did they give her the upmost care, but they also were a blessing to me and the situation I was going through. Everyone I have come into contact with that's associated with them, has been nothing but the best. I thought it would be difficult to put my mom in a facility. Of course it was, but Always There made it a joyful experience. It felt like home right away...not just to me, but to my mom. For years, no matter where she was living, she would always ask, who is going to take me home? She doesnt ask that anymore! She said to me, isnt my room nice? And this is such a lovely house. She looks wonderful, and she is visibly happy and relaxed. She gets excellent care, and I am so impressed with the professionalism and caring of the employees. What a worry off my mind....I am sure that this is the best place for mom. Thanks, Always There!

I found out the end of last year my brother at age 68 had no idea who I was when I saw him after a few months, I was a shocked. I found out quickly he has dementia and only had a short time to find him a safe place. The first call I made was to Always there Assistance living and memory care. I remember the call I was so lost and scared. Tammy answered the phone I told her I had no idea how to get started. She spent time talking to me like we where old friends. She told me to take a deep breath, notes and she would help me through step by step. After doing my research and visiting several other homes I visited Always there with my brother and he liked it. He really thought Tammy was very nice.She spoke to him not me, it was great. He is now doing well 4 months have passed he is happy and adjusted. In our first talk with Tammy he told her he loved to garden well he now also has a garden thanks to Always there Assistance living. You will not be sorry to place your love one in their hands. You can call when you want to speak to one of the workers to see how he is. They know without going to a chart how he is because they know him personally

I am truly blessed to find Always There Assisted Living. My mother has been there for a few months now. I have toured-tried other facilities... and Always There is by far the best. My mother receives great care from their wonderful staff, and the building is always clean. Being a small facility, the staff have the time to provide more than just personal care; they can take the time to simply spend quality time with residents. My family and I have visited on several occasions and the atmosphere feels like a family environment. It is a wonderful change compared to my past experiences with facilities. I am happy that I found a home for my mom, and I would absolutely recommend Always There to anyone who is looking for a home for their loved one.

My mother recently took up residence at Always There Assisted Living and Memory Care and it has been the best experience ever. The staff is caring and attentive and do everything possible to make mom feel welcome and loved. The house is clean and she gets really good meals. Since she has been there, she has not had one COPD attack because they make sure she gets the meds she needs when she needs them. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to place a loved one into for assisted living or for memory care. You wont regret it.

Having placed my brother here for2 years. My own healthi8 deteriorated. At 60 yo and29 years of nursing I knew Always there would be many last home before going to my heavenly home. There staff from Top to bottom are truly the most kindest, respectful and loving healthcare workers I have met. My only regret in all this is I wasnt abwasnt t8o be part of this team ifo Real healthcare workers who truly care about 7uythe residents firsmmt.

As a professional I call on many businesses. I do not set appointments I just drop in. Every time I have been there the staff is clean, professional and kind. They are engaged with the residents. The residents are clean, happy, engaged and enjoying each other and activities. The community is clean.

WOW what an amazing place! The owner Denise is such a beautiful and pleasant person along with all the staff members. The staff were all very helpful and attentive to all the residents and my familys needs. The living arrangement for the residents is beyond amazing and very much home away from home and very cozy. I felt very comfortable and like I was among family the whole time. The name of the company suites them well as they were Always There with comfort and care every step of the way. If your family member is in need of assistance id recommend this place hands down the best place ive been to in there field of work. Id trust everyone there with my familys every need. The level of passion that Denise (owner) has for her residents is unequalled. The staff have always been on task with care, friendly attitudes. It bothers me to see others use this platform to belittle people, because of there own short comings. I only hope that Always There can expand their facilities soon to help more people. My name is Sharon. I am reviewing Always There from my husbands Google account. My mother is in Always There as a dementia patient. Where to start....Ill give me and my moms true story and this is with having experience before making our way to Always There. I purposely waited to leave a review since in the past I found that I left them too early. My mom was in 2 nursing homes prior. They were not a good fit for her. She doesnt do well with places that are understaffed, that do not help to get her out of the bed properly, does not have a bed with bedrails, does not take time to figure out what she needs (she cannot talk due to a previous stroke)...and the list goes on. You would just be amazed that in this day and age how many medical professionals (from the small to the big guy) do not know how to handle or deal with dementia). In the second nursing home they baker acted my mom twice. It was horrid seeing a dementia patient go into two mental hospitals. After the first baker act, I did not want her to go back to the nursing home. I searched so hard to find her a place but she was labeled as being too much of a problem. During this time, I had decided that an assisted living with memory care was the way to go. I found one place that would take her but it was too far from me. I just could not do that...at least back then. So she went back to the nursing home. I kept searching diligently. Then came the second baker act. I could not get into the mental hospital due to Covid. Mom sounded so scared on the phone. I knew she was in trouble. I decided that I needed to go out of the area some and find her new home. My sister and I found Always There. We were able to go inside just in the nick of time before Covid went into full force. I was still able to go see her outside of the screen porch. She has done very well there. They have saved her life. I know the negative signs to look out for, I know my mom and I knew when visiting her and with talking to the staff that I could finally start to relax a little to know my mom was in good hands. They take time with me to talk about my mom. I could give her kisses over the phone and she could give me kisses back. I heard her laugh and I could tell the staff loved her. And of course I saw this sitting outside of the porch also. I have just started to be able to see her in person due to the relaxation of Covid. She is just as comfortable with the staff as she is with me. The facility-home is clean. It was so nice to go in and see her smile and laugh and it was the real her without the dementia at that particular point in time. Her dementia is getting worse and after speaking with Denise the owner as well as my moms doctor there, we have decided to start Hospice for medication and pain management inside the facility there but as a dual; meaning Hospice will have to work with my moms doctor at Always There and the staff. One day my mom will not know who I am but at least I know in her final memories she will have been comfortable and safe in her environment with a loving-genuine staff and owner (Denise). I am forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤

Visited my nan and she told me how her she has befriended one of the residents Jackie. She said it does get cold in her room at night though and they need to turn on the heater more often. The meals look good and the staff are friendly.

This place is unlike any other! Coming from not only a staff member but from someone who has family that resides here. It has a very home like atmosphere and with it being a smaller home one with 14 residents and the other with 11 there is time for residents and staff to get to know one another and get quality care! Come by and take a look for yourself you wont be disappointed!

Going this alone while raising a teen age son on my own was damn near overwhelming. Not just for me, but my father and son. The team has been personal and professional with all our interactions. Thank you for your help. The property is always clean and the staff stable. Yes like anyplace there is attrition, however family and residents never know. The owners and staff cover the needs of my father and beyond... its home, he loves his "girls" and they care too... I HIGHLY recommend this team.

My mother has been there for a little over a month and it has been a good experience so far. The home is in a quiet culdidsac, and they only have 13 residents. It is more of a family approach and they have all of the residents together. The ladies there seem to really care about their residents, I am happy with the care my mother is receiving.

I recently took tours of both the Inverness and Citrus Springs facilities of Always There Assisted Living. I was very impressed by their professionalism, cleanliness and how happy the residents seemed. The pricing was also very affordable and all inclusive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to place a loved one.
