My mom enjoys being at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch. Good meals and activities. Most important is the transportation to and from doctors, shopping, restaurants, and special outings (Broadway shows, etc) handled by Kevin. He is like a member of the family. The concierge services are excellent especially Marie, Annette, Renee and others.

We are so impressed with the Inspired Living organization. Our mother entered their memory care facility in Sarasota in February 2022 after a hip operation. The management and staff made navigating through the process very simple and easy. And pricing was very reasonable and competitive. We are out of state and they did whatever was required to meet our needs, and they did it happily. Every time we visited the facility people were more than gracious and were attentive and engaged with the residents in a caring manner. Our mother was later moved to LakeWood Ranch and again the care was outstanding and they managed the transition professionally so there was minimum stress. Our mother passed away a few days ago but we feel strongly that she could not have had better care. Inspired Living facilities truly do operate with 'generosity of spirit', as they claim. Thank you, Thankyou for everything.

My dad needed memory care after my mom passed away, so we chose Inspired. The movers were to arrive at 2:30 pm to move Dad's furniture from another place he was staying. They never made it, so I called April, the Director at Inspired to advise her of the situation. Doug, the Operations Director heard the conservation and took it upon himself to get in his truck with a trailer and pick up my dad's furniture to complete the move. Everyone I have come in contact with at Inspired has gone out of their way to make sure this transition went well for dad and our family. Thank you to Doug and all the staff at Inspired.

We were referred to Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch by A Place for Mom when my mother-in-law developed a serious medical condition and could no longer live alone. The staff made transitioning from New York rehabilitation to Lakewood Ranch seamless. Doug was instrumental in helping to get her room comfortable and homy. Kevin makes every day enjoyable for all the residents providing transportation and handling activities, outings, and special occasions. He engages with each as if he/she were family. My mother-in-law loves the chef-prepared meals 3 times a day. Medical, concierge, and other house staff help to meet needs of daily living and beyond. While I believe my mother-in-law may feel homesick (almost 70 years in the same house), she does not mention it and truly enjoys her new home at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch.

My husband and I have been delighted with the friendly staff from the administrators to the care -givers. The facility surpasses all of our expectations, and we look forward for my mother-in-law to have many happy days there. Our seamless moving-in process was possible with the kind and professional role of their Operations Director, Doug. We really feel like he went the extra mile. It is not everyday that you receive a red carpet welcoming from the entire staff....but our Nonna got one!

Inspired Living has been absolutley amazing transitioning my mom too assisted living. They had the warmest welcome when she came and even literally rolled out the red carpet, which really put mom at ease. The facility has taken enormous amount of precautions to keep mom and all the residents safe. If their is anything mom needs, they are right there helping it happen. Tanya, Lisa, Kendra and Doug have been especially amazing, helpful and so friendly. Mom is in a great place and happy. We are so glad out of all the places we could have picked we chose Inspired Living.

My mother moved to Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch in October 2019. We couldnt be happier with the care she receives at this community. From the concierge team, to the dining room staff to the caregivers and nurses everyone has been so helpful. Its a stressful situation for the resident and their family to have to face and the whole team made it work.We took my mother out of IL - LWR for Thanksgiving dinner following the strict COVID protocol the facility had in place. Upon her return we were advised that she would need to stay in her apartment for 10 days. This was a tall order for my mother as she likes to be out and about enjoying meals in the dining room and participating in some of the large amount of activities they offer. My mother did not have COVID it was just a part of making sure she didnt have it or spread it to other residents or staff.LaToya Martin, who has been one of my mothers caregivers since she moved in, was incredibly helpful during this time. I dont know how my mother would have gotten through without LaToyas help! She came in a couple of times each day to not only take care of Mom, but to make sure she had some loving human contact while in lockdown. From the beginning LaToya has been a godsend but we cant thank her enough for going above and beyond during this time when we cant be there in person to help our mother. She is always cheerful, helpful and professional and has become someone my mother truly loves and appreciates.Thank you LaToya and the whole IL - LWR team for taking such good care of our mother and all the other residents.

Thank you Cynthia Gongalez for the exception care you give my mother. I really like the service and attitude Cynthia has on the phone and in person. I live in Indiana but whenever I need something she is always there to help. It is very reassuring to feel like you have a person you can call for help and she will always be there and follow thru with fixing the issue. My mother lost her phone, again, and Cynthia went to look for it but since it could not be found she got my mother on the line in the lobby so she could talk to me and her sister who was worried about her. That night I ordered a plug in phone and Cynthia had me send it to her so she could make sure it was plugged in for my mom. (In her roomI do not want to take away from the General Manager, Louis, and the good job the staff has done hiring quality people like Cynthia. I have had numerous great interactions with this staff. Thanks everyone!!

I went in to visit the community and all the residents looked so happy, and so at ease.I took lunch there. It was prepared by a very friendly chef. It was penne pasta and Alfredo sauce with sauteed shrimp and vegetables. It was VERY good. The servers were great too. We had someone stop by our table every 5 minutes or so to check on us. It was like a fine dining experience in an Assisted Living community

My Aunt really enjoys living at Inspired Living Lakewood Ranch. She has made some great friends and is very busy every day. Her favorite is the swimming pool, fishing on Saturdays and playing poker. She loves the care staff and refers to them as part of her family. Thank you staff for taking such good care of my Aunt Betty. She moved in during the month of April during COVID and I was very impressed with the Dept. of Health standards and how well the community was adjusting. They didnt miss a beat, my Aunt is safe and active and I am very grateful. Hats off to all!

She is short with family members and about as helpful as a rock She makes it difficult to get anything done and it seem to care less about people staying there.t is quite a shame that such a wonderful establishment places her in Frontline position.

My mother was in the hospital without a particular time frame so her release could be sooner than later. I called Inspired Living on Sunday Memorial Day weekend and on Memorial Day received a call back from Brandie in sales. Luckily she called ASAP and we started making plans for mom when released as she would need assisted living after discharge. Not knowing but moving ahead we were able to secure a lovely apartment for mom just in time for her discharge which of course came before we expected. Shes been there 2 weeks now and has settled in very quickly and feels right at home already!Everything is much easier for her there and theres always nurses on duty who she can summon with her transponder necklace if she needs assistance.Thanks again to Shannon the GM and Brandie in sales and the rest of the Inspired team for making our quick transition as easy as possible with a smile and integrity.

My dad moved into Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch in late January 2020. My dad has vascular dementia, lived on his own for 10 years after our mother Rita died. But as time went by it was clear he was going to need a much more supervised living situation. My sister Cindy found Inspired Living and loved it from the minute she visited. She brought my dad for a visit and they engaged him right away. And for my dad the most important thing was they had coffee available at all time! It took a few weeks for him to settle in but even through COVID-19 he continues to be happy, engaged and well taken care of. He loves his apartment, loves being served breakfast, lunch and dinner, participates in the programs he wants to participate in and has made lots of friends. The staff at Inspired Living have done an amazing job in keeping my dad safe and happy through this difficult time. I know it has not been easy, but each time we visit through the window and ask my dad if he needs anything, he tells us he has all he needs. Then we watch him go back to his friends and we know he is in the best place for him. We are so thankful to have found the right place for our dad. Thanks to all who keep him safe and happy every day!

Dear The Wonderful Staff at Inspired Living of Lakewood RanchDealing with a pandemic is not easy for any family, but what made it worse is when my moms mobility and need of care came crashing down as well. My brothers and I had to make a gut wrenching decision to place our mother into an assistant living care facility. I chose Inspired Living of Lakewood Ranch based on reviews , testimonials , and videos. I was unable to visit the inside of facility. However, the service my family received before, during , and even today has been nothing but outstanding. My mom is being treated like a queen and the communication I am given is tremendous. They are so patient with her demands and I couldnt be more pleased. It is still uncertain when we will get to see my mom in person again, but I am so content knowing she is surrounded by such wonderful people. A big shout out to : Edie, Javier, Marsha, Angie , and Douglas who have shown my mom such compassion .I know there are many more of the staff that have helped her and I appreciate everyone one of you! Thanks again, for protecting my mom and her health.

My experience with Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch has been extremely positive. The staff is excellent. The manner in which they relate to the residents is very supportive, compassionate and gives each resident dignity as an individual. I have been overwhelmed by their efforts on the residents behalf. When I visit Lakewood, I am very happy because of the kindness and congenial atmosphere created by the staff. I leave in a good mood, knowing that my friend who is a resident, is content and enjoying his residency.This positive experience has been reinforced by all the staff: admissions office, Health and Wellfare, receptionists,, nurses, kitchen, activities programmers, maintenance. Every effort is made on behalf of the residents. I am very impressed with the activities that are provided to the residents. The community rooms, grounds, residents rooms are lovely and comfortable.I highly recommend Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch. I am pleased that I have had an opportunity to visit and witness this exceptionally fine place.

Neither one of them compare to the care she receives at Inspired Living. My wifes family has been so impressed with my mothers experience all these years, they decided to move their mother into Memory Care. They have been very happy with their decision. The caregivers in the assisted living area and the memory care area have been caring and compassionate. The food, environment and activities are very good. We have gotten to know Kim and Trish who lead each area and are impressed with their care for their employees and the residents. We are grateful for the quality of care and attention given to our parents.

My mom has been a resident of the assisted program at Inspired Living (IL) for seven months. The Executive Director Janette Radle guides her staff with patience, experience and most of all sets expectations by example. Health and Wellness Director Kim Smrekar has the experience to help her staff, residents and their families thru the challenging obstacles faced on a daily basis. Communication is an example of Kims expertise in her field. Assisted Living for residents may not always be the world they and their families want but the staff that works at IL tries their best to provide a safe and caring environment for those who reside at IL.

My mother has been at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch for Respite Care and words cannot express how truly amazing the entire staff has been! It was very hard for us to find a place where we felt as if my mother would be happy and treated with respect and the level of care you want to see a family member receive, but everyone went above and beyond. The facility is beautiful and they take pride in keeping it extremely clean! Immediately the staff makes it a point to know the residents name, even if they are only there for a short time. When my mother decides it is time to take that next step, it will be here!
