Grand Villa has been such an amazing facility to work with while setting my grandparents up for their new home in assisted living. Elaine went above and beyond to help me place my grandparents in their new rooms, working diligently with me as I live across the country. Her prompt communication and assistance has been such a blessing and I am forever grateful that we found Grand Villa for my grandparents. The facility is beautiful, is filled with lots of activities for the seniors, and the staff work so hard to help each resident get comfortably moved into their new rooms. Thank you for all you do! Highly recommend! EDIT (6 months later): I wanted to update my review now that my grandmother has lived at Grand Villa and has since moved out. I stand by what I originally wrote about the admissions and leadership team. Elaine was wonderful to work with during the move-in process and went above and beyond to help our family. Felecia, the Executive Director, was always kind, communicative, and responsive when concerns were brought forward. Stephania from the nursing team was also incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. When I wrote my original review, that was genuinely the experience we were having. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and offers many activities for residents. However, after my grandmother spent an extended period of time there, our experience unfortunately changed. While there were certainly some wonderful employees, I found that many of the day-to-day caregiving staff did not consistently demonstrate the level of kindness, compassion, and attentiveness that we had hoped for. Additionally, several dining room staff members displayed poor attitudes during my visits, which was disappointing to witness and created an unwelcoming atmosphere for residents and families. I truly wanted our experience to reflect the positive impressions we initially had, and there are still aspects of Grand Villa that deserve recognition. However, after seeing the facility operate over a longer period of time, I feel it is important to share that the quality of care and staff interactions did not always meet the standards that were presented during the move-in process. What I originally wrote was true based on our experience at that time, but unfortunately the longer-term experience did not consistently reflect those same standards. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there are many caring individuals there, and I believe the facility has the potential to provide a much better overall resident experience.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and energy. The community is lively, full of engaging activities, and there’s always something going on in the residence to keep the residence active, connected, and smiling. The socialization opportunities are wonderful, and my clients generally enjoy participating in the events, informing meaningful friendships. The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive as well. Communication is excellent. I receive regular calls and updates which gives families and professionals tremendous peace of mind. The nursing care is thorough and thoughtful, and it’s clear that the team truly cares about each residence well-being. The residence consistently tell me how much they enjoy. The food in the dining experience is both inviting and well organized. The building itself is spacious bright and beautifully maintained. I hope this review is of use to someone going through this process. I started my search for an ALF for my mom several months ago trying to go to as many communities that accept Medicaid as possible within a 10 mile radius to find the right fit as well as one that would work with my mom's financial situation. A few of them would have been a good fit for her as she is easy going and social. HOWEVER, there was really only one that stood out all around, and that was Grand Villa at Boynton Beach. From my first meeting with Maya, to contract signing with Erica, to move-in with Elaine, their sincere compassion, excellent communication, and overall assistance with the process have been nothing short of STELLAR! As well, the maintenance and nursing/aide staff have, so far, been available, kind, and helpful! Not every community is right for everyone, nor are they perfect, but I will leave you with this...In almost any business or activity, FOLLOW UP (and I don't mean pressure) is very important to me...and Grand Villa called at the right time and offered sincere assistance and guidance that none else did! That made all the difference!

This is one of the best assisted living facilities I have visited and currently have a relative residing there I first made contact with Maya and from then on it was amazing. Maya is an exceptional person and can guide you with ease through the admission process The staff are professional kind caring and knowledgeable My relative is very happy there and says they have wonderful food and they also have a beautiful pool

I have a family member living at Grand Villa and, so far his experience has been a positive one. The staff & Management have been very welcoming, kind, helpful & friendly. The food & meals are also delicious, especially the salmon. The decor is also very clean, updated & beautiful. Grand Villa also has a lovely patio and a pool which is a nice feature. There are also many daily activities & events to keep anyone busy throughout the day. I highly recommend Grand Villa for anyone needing an assisted living environment.

Mixed experience. BEWARE! There is ZERO medical management information given prior to signing the lease agreement. This can become a MAJOR problem. If they control medication with "their" revolving roster of Doctors, you will not know WHAT they are giving your loved one. Be aware of the extremely aggressive measures they take to "neutralize" the new patient to their bidding. The patient has zero privacy. They go through ALL of the patients belongings, while they are out of the room. And, there is forced medication management @ a $350. per month surcharge, utilizing a Florida State loop hole to favor the Facilities. The patient has zero consideration. Your Doctor, your family, your nurses have zero clout. They demand the control over meds [Red Flag in my book]. Personal items are removed without permission or consideration. Your loved one will be "trained" by inhumane methods. Outside of that, the facility is beautifully run, tastefully appointed, clean, bright, with many activities and a pleasant, helpful staff. Unfortunately, the new strong arm tactics of the Resident Care dept, puts a damper on the experience.

The memory care unit at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is a great fit for my mom. The rooms were very comfortable and the shared area was set up to create an atmosphere that draws the residents in to participate in the daily activities. All of the staff members were very professional, friendly and show a caring attitude towards the residents. The facility has the feel of a resort, rather than a nursing home which made the transition for mom much easier.
