My grandmother has Alzheimer’s. She has been in other facilities, and they were OK. Parkside Inn is absolutely the best. Consistently they really care about her, are true professionals, and the place could not be any cleaner! It always smells so clean. Seems runs the place and she is available anytime and has a passion and love for her clients, I highly recommend Parkside.

To Seema and the entire staff at Parkside Inn - I want to say thank you. There are no words that could possibly describe how grateful I am to all of you. For over five years my mother, Marsha, was a resident there. The love and compassion you all showed her and the dignity you all gave her is what I will always remember. You treated her like family. From talking and walking with her when she was able, to feeding and bathing when she no longer could. In five years I never showed up there to find her care to be any less than perfect. You all are very special there. It’s not a job that you can just show up to everyday. You have to truly care about the residents and your role in their lives. I had toured several places over a month before she moved in. I knew after about 10 minutes of being there and seeing how everyone interacted with the residents that this is where she needed to be. Thank you again for the care, compassion and the love, we are so grateful for all of you.

Our family came to a point in time where we needed a place for mom. We searched and toured many (all the local) facilities, they either smelled awful, were like a circus, dismal, or your just a number, etc etc. Then we found Parkside, I was impressed with Kelly, the staff and the owner Seema. They were all so warm and compassionate. Throughout my mother's journey there, they took remarkable care of her. We were able to sit and visit anytime with her, have meals with her,etc. If I ever called to check on her anytime day or night, someone answered. I can't say enough kind words about everyone there. When my mother passed, they all gathered around and said kind words , and gave hugs. And when I went to pick up some belongings I waved good bye to the girls down the hall from the doorway (trying to stay out of the building due to covid) and walked outside. To my amazement they all ran out after me to give a last hug and well wishes. This filled my broken heart, they are so kind and caring. I am forever greatful for finding this place! Thank you to all.of you! There's too many names to list, but I mean all of you!

There’s not enough words to say how much I appreciate everyone there. I’m so grateful to have my mom here. It may not be the fanciest but it’s super pleasing, super friendly and super clean. Don’t fall for glitzy trappings of other places. Please trust me on this. Everyone working at Parkside Inn are so friendly and they all seem to love working there and they are quick to know the residents by name and their special needs. And Seema? Well, she is joy and she is amazing! She hears you, she sees you and she cares about you as much as she cares about her residents. Simply amazing! Thank you Parkside!

They take very good care of the residents at Parkside. It’s clean and very well fun, and the residents are treated with attentiveness and dignity. The owner of Parkside, Seema, is a registered nurse and does a great job of staying on top of both the medical care and the psychological care of each person there.

We cannot say enough good things about Parkside Inn memory care facility. We read reviews before taking my husbands mother there that all said the place was very clean and the people were very nice...which were the most important and needed things. However, Seema, Kelli and the staff were all very kind and attentive. Seema, especially, went above and beyond to help us get my mother-in-law transported from a rehab facility and then take wonderful care of her. They sent pictures and a video and kept us informed when needed. We just felt their caring. Unfortunately, she passed after only two weeks there but we feel blessed that her last days were at such a wonderful place with such wonderful, caring people. We honestly feel she was happier there than she had been for quite awhile.

My mother stayed at Parkside ALF for almost a year. My familys experience was exceptional. They not only took excellent care of my mother but they had a relationship with the entire family. I will always hold Seema and Keli in my heart because their care was genuine. There entire staff went above the call of duty to take care of my mother and the entire family.

Sadly, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, I have not been able to visit my Dad at Parkside. Seema, Kelli, and the rest of the staff have taken such good care of my father. You can see, by the photos, that he is well cared for. And more importantly, you can see that he is happy and loved. My siblings and I are forever gratetful!

Parkside Inn has been taking care of my Mom for almost a year up until her recent death. The staff and management of the facility have been incredibly warm and empathetic toward my Mom and myself and my brother. Seema and Kelly were always available to answer questions or do a FaceTime with my Mom since we live out of state. The care was top notch and we always felt reassured. I highly recommend Parkside Inn and the care Seema and her diligent staff provide. God bless!

My mom has dementia and has been in Parkside Inn since the beginning of this year. This facility is the best!!! Every single time my sister and I bring my mom back after spending some time with her, everyone greets her like shes coming home. They make us feel very secure and comfortable with leaving her in their care. At the present moment, my mom is still quite ambulatory, but they make sure that she stays active and engaged. Seema, Kelly, and ALL the staff is BERY warm! We definitely feel like family with them.

brought my dad in after my aunt was brought in by my cousin, great place very homey and always felt safe. I really appreciate how they take care of my pops and give him his medicine on time.

Great experience any bad reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, Seema was a great help when dealing with my father who, i must add was a very disgruntled man. And I thank the entire Parkside team for their assistance.
