Went to visit the salon and was looking at how clean and beautiful it was. Open area dining room with vaulted ceiling and windows to let the light in was very uplifting. If I should ever hear of someone looking for an assisted living facility I would highly recommend Harbor Chase!

Harbor Chase of WIlmington is beautiful facility. There are so many things for the residents to do--compliments to Kelle Munoz, the director of Life Enrichment. Granny is always excited for the next activity. The entire staff from the bus boys to the director are caring and amazing individuals!

My 60 year old husband resides at Harbor Chase Wilmington. While every day isn't a picnic, the staff tries so hard to give him the best care and attention they can. Last week, Bob, one of several kind, caring individuals, with the help of Brian, dropped everything they were doing, and brought Nick a recliner to help bring him some comfort and safety. It's gestures like this that make this ALF so wonderful! I'm incredibly thankful to be a part of their family.

What a beautiful community! I highly recommend HarborChase for anyone looking for senior living. I currently have a family member at HarborChase and they absolutely love it. The staff is warm, friendly and caring. The food and activities are top notch, check out their facebook page.

Wow! HarborChase is a gorgeous community. I had a wonderful experience at one of HarborChase's events. Everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious. We had a great time and have begun the process of moving my parents in. We can't wait to become part of the HarborChase family!

I recently visited a resident of HarborChase Wilmington. I was so impressed by what I saw. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff person at the front desk. I had a meal with my friend, and the dining room was beautiful and the food was top notch. Every caregiver/staff person on encountered on my visit was so friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of my friend!!

In the last two years, I have been visiting a friend living at Harbor Chase, and I just had to put out there that this facility is a great place in all aspects! Welcoming environment with lots of common areas for residents to gather with family and friends! Friendly staff, caring nurses, and even the director has stopped by to chat/check in on my friend. The facility is clean and safe! My long time friend is living there and is extremely pleased with the care she has received and loves her apartment, this all makes us, her family, feel comforted knowing she is happy and being taking good care of! We are grateful for the great care she has received! Thank you all at Harbor Chase! Pam S

Worked with Kelly to get my mother-in-law admitted to Memory Care. Kelly was fantastic. Everyone there was friendly and caring. We visited multiple facilities - we chose here due to location, quality of facility, and most important the employees.

What a wonderful community of residents! My parents have loved their time at Harbor Chase of Wilmington and feel so well cared for by all of the staff - from the resident care team to the concierge to the dining staff, they have all been so wonderful and caring. HarborChase is a community that has been a benefit to me. It's newer and clean. They have a variety of food choices (as well as activities). Breakfast is my favorite meal! The staff is attentive and very friendly. HarborChase is a senior living community for you to consider when ready!

My mother has been an Assisted Living resident of Harbor Chase for 3 years now. Her needs and abilities at age 97 have understanably changed in that span of time. The caring, positive and conversational attention she is given by the ENTIRE staff has been constant and consistent. Starting at the front desk and lobby area, the billing office, the sales office, the activities directors, the nursing staff, the housekeeping staff, the kitchen/dining room staff, the maintenance staff, the supporting services (therapy, medical, etc)...EVERYONE knows Mom by name and they are always responsive to my questions, concerns, or requests. The proximity to the neighborhoods she has lived in (since 1950!) and her church make it easy for friends to visit her....that is a bonus! Knowing Mom is being looked after, cared for, and encouraged each and every day is a blessing to her and our family. Whenever I can visit or call, I am greeted and warmly welcomed. HC has a great team...keep up the great work!

I have had the pleasure of visiting with staff and residents of Harbor Chase Wilmington on several occasions. Their level of professionalism is unmatched. Their attention to the residents needs is without equal. After meeting many of the staff I was very impressed with their warmth, dedication and mostly their commitment. Many of them have extensive backgrounds in the field. Every person I spoke to was very proud to be employed by this company. The resident that I was there to visit had me meet her during dinner. The food! I felt as if we were in a fine dining establishment. The servers knew every resident by name. I even saw one server sit with a resident that was dining alone, and he seemed to need a little assistance eating. It was wonderful to see. I knew right then my friend was safe and well cared for at Harbor Chase. Kudos to all staff! Its plain to see ‘above and beyond is your motto. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely LOVE Harbor Chase. I cant say enough about the staff and how caring they are. There are several that go above and beyond what they need to do. My mom has been there for about 1.5 years and wouldnt change it. Even with a Covid outbreak in one unit, their diligence kept it contained and possibly saved lives. When I call I always end up talking with a nurse. Ocean to Skys review below has some things that are not true. There are nurses around the clock. There is little turnover. Most of the staff I have worked with have been there since we have been there. Sounds more like a disgruntled employee than a true review. Seems odd that the same person reviewed two other communities within three months. A tour would not know about certain managers that have left and when. Outside HC professionals are the physical and occupational therapists, doctors and hospice. All needed personal. Not sure how this person would know this since no family is allowed in to see who has a mask and face shield on. While I cant see my mom, I know she is being cared for.

Harbor Chase is a warm and inviting community. Lots of common areas for residents to gather with family and friends! I have a friend living there who has been extremly pleased with the care she has recieved. She loves her apartment. We are grateful for the great care she has received.

We used to love the care our mom was getting but something has changed. Several of the upper level management have recently left. The care seems to be slipping.
