I am an RN who has worked with the community in various capacities and can’t say enough good things about this place. I have patients in multiple assisted living facilities and can adamantly say that Crossroads Place is one of my favorites. My Aunt is a new resident at Atria Crossroads Place, and she is so happy. We have had the best experience in moving in from the Sales Director Judy, and we were able to meet the Executive Director Jessica, who was very pleasant and cheerful. When my aunt moved in on day one the Maintenance Director Joe was so nice he helped with furniture, tv and pictures and gave another tour and introduced to other residents. My Aunt loves this place.

Atria Crossroads Place is the closest thing to home and family you will find anywhere!! If you are looking for a loving environment that fosters independence along with caring staff to assist if needed, this is the place! You feel welcomed and at home as soon as you walk in the door!! Not to mention: the food is the best around. You will not be disappointed!!!!

My mother has been a resident for 2 years and I must say thank you to the administration and staff, especially during this challenging pandemic. Jessica has been wonderful with communication and very quick to respond to questions and phone calls. They have kept the residents safe, engaged and informed - not always easy to do during trying times such as these! I would give them an A+ for their efforts!

I have worked at Atria for nearly 12 years, I love getting to know the residents and their families. Hearing their stories about the adventures they have had is fascinating. I feel as if I still have my mom and dad with me, its a great feeling.

The entire staff at Atria Crossroads Place is so enthusiastic and caring and patient and helpful with our loved ones and with all the residents. They work hard each every day to make their lives happy and healthy. From the front desk to activities director their helpers to the dining room staff chefs to housekeeping to the maintenance department, I am so happy and thankful with Atria Crossroads Place!

Atria Crossroads Place is truly an amazing community. Having worked at other facilities I can honestly say we have the best residents and staff. There is nothing better than walking in the door and being greeted by our amazing receptionist team. Every resident is pleasant and engaged, and I always say its like having 100+ dear family members that I get to interact with all the time. Atria as a company truly cares for our team members and residents and supports all initiatives to empower our staff to create memories.

My father has been at Atria Crossroads for a little over two years now. We have been very happy with the service and accommodations. The building is very clean, the food is very good, and the staff is very kind and helpful. In the past few month amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Atria Crossroads has been outstanding in their approach to keeping residents safe and healthy. There have been NO cases of COVID among residents! I highly recommend Atria Crossroads. You will be hard-pressed to find a finer facility in the state.

We went into this venture with somewhat of a negative outlook. We have been pleasantly surprised! Atria has been wonderful to my mother and to my family. I went in there the other day because I needed information and they were so helpful.

Crossroads Place is all I could wish for. It is conveniently located. The units are spacious and bright. The staff we met were all very friendly and there was an elegant yet homey atmosphere. Loved that dining is "free-style" with no set meal times or seating arrangements. There was a lot of laughter heard in the common areas.

My mother lives at the Atria Crossroads Place, and they are like a second family. I cannot even begin to name just one staff member, who is exceptional, because they are all exceptional. My mother is in the memory care unit, and everyone knows her by name. Marie is often there working diligently, and giving every patient the individual attention they need. Christine is another wonderful lady, who goes out of her way to help everyone. Nadine personally came in just to chat and check on my mother the last time I visited. Everyone on the staff treats your loved ones like family. The activity programs are amazing. Every time I visit, my mother is engaged in a new activity, whether it be a sing-along or just snacking on ice cream. I cannot say enough about how caring everyone is at the Atria Crossroads.

My mom moved to Atria Crossroads Place in October, and my mom could not be happier. The staff is OUTSTANDING! The wellness staff (Claudette, Katie, Agnes, etc.) take a personal interest in her well being, with regular interaction with me on how she is doing. This interaction includes emails, texts, and phone calls including when she has had short term stays at the hospital and after visits to her several doctors and specialists. In a recent stay at a rehabilitation center after a procedure, Claudette, Director of Wellness, came to visit my mom and brought her a "We Miss You" poster signed by the staff at Atria. World class service and care is an under statement.
