Staff is friendly. Shared rooms are clean but small and cramped Can barely fit walker past beds. Cannot fit walker in bathroom. 4 people share one bathroom. Suddenly they have my Mom in a diaper which she never wore before because of the shared bathroom.

My grandmother stayed here and I was greatly pleased with the nurturing care she received. I highly recommend them !

My aunt has been a long term resident for over 5 years and the staff has been very accommodating for any family concerns or requests regarding her care. The recreation staff provides all the residents with daily activities, music and crafts. I visit once or twice a week and the staff is always polite, friendly and I'm greeted with a smile. I'm happy that this is the facility that was recommended for her.

The place is nice, however I was not happy with some of the things I did see! One of the rooms I saw was very crowded, one of the patients had a very hard time trying to get around her bed in her wheel chair! She was very sad and started to cry! I was able to help her, but I feel bad this was such a challenge for her! This is a very obvious problem and I really can't understand how no one has noticed this! Is there a email address I can contact someone?

Entering Bishop Wicke has given my mother-in-law the freedom to focus on her abilities . The staff is kind, courteous and professional. Each day they take her through her normal routine, she dresses in her best and is prepared to take on the day's activities. Regularly the residents are taken to movies, plays, shopping and other activities. Her need for care is more than we can provide at home, but the love she is receiving at Bishop Wicke is making her know that now she has two homes as we make Bishop Wicke part of our's.

My Mom Jerri Thornton was at Bishop Wicke for nearly 3 years and she loved everyone there so much. All the staff from the nurses to the chef were always caring, friendly, respectful and willing to help. I really cant say enough good about everyone there for all the care, encouragement, helping hands and heartfelt words. I do wish to say thank you everyone for taking such great care of my Mom who passed away on March 24th, 2016.

My 78 year-old dad was here this year for several weeks. They treated him very well, challenged him to get well (physical therapy, etc.). The staff is very professional and kind.
