A very comfy, homelike atmosphere abounds where the staff knows everyone by first name. Aides and nurses are attentive and listen to both residents and family members. The social programs are engaging and entertaining. The food is outstanding. Management is responsive to both patient and family requests and needs. Loved ones are taken care of like family. An excellent assisted living facility. Highly recommend

Every staff member sets the high standard of executing their job. If all workers in all walks of life performed their jobs with the dedication Split Rock employees show dissatisfaction would be a rare occurrence. The staff always knows my mother's location in and around the facility.

Benchmark at Split Rock as been the right choice for our family. My husband is in the Memory Care unit, and I feel he is supported in each aspect of his needs. There are daily activities. He's on a special diet and he's been healthier since they started him on it. There are weekly music programs which all the residents and families can enjoy. The staff truly puts the residents and families first. We made the right decision for our family and do feel blessed.

BSL at Split Rock has a convenient location with a caring and personable staff. Regular activities and field trips are always on the schedule.There is something for everyone. Family members are also included as much or as little as they would like to be. There is constant communication between administration and family members regarding the health and well being of their loved ones. Many times family members are known by their own name. It is truly a small and intimate setting where residents have their moment to shine in some aspect of their daily lives. Other facilities can be quite large and lack that extra mile a smaller facility is able to provide like BSL at Split Rock. We are very satisfied with what has been provided. Benchmark has become my family, too! All of us should experience the joy of the last chapters of life. If at all possible, I want the best for my loved one. After all, he provided the best for me!

When looking for an assisted living for our dad it was important to us that we find the right fit. He was widowed for nearly two years and was starting to need more support than we were able to provide. The decision was not an easy one and we toured numerous communities. We immediately felt at home at Benchmark. The staff were welcoming and kind and the lunch we shared with him was delicious. Our dad made friends and participated in many activities. He invited friends to come and visit in his new home. We were all delighted with our decision. We had no idea what March 2020 would bring so we were grateful that Benchmark communicated the health requirements required for Covid 19. We were blessed that they kept the residents safe and healthy. They followed safety protocols and were always available for a call or email with questions or concerns. Highly recommend Benchmark at Split Rock.

We were looking for a safe, secure, clean, and loving assisted living facility for our dear 90 year old mom; but did so with some skepticism. However, we could not have asked for more. It has been a blessing to have mom transition there 4 months ago. She loves her large studio apartment, and we were surprised at how quickly she started to feel at home. I cannot say enough about the very caring, considerate, and committed staff serving at Benchmark Senior Living at Split Rock. The staff is always caring and attentive to mom's needs, which includes reminders at times for meals and activities. They each do an exceptional job each and every day, and we are most grateful.
