We had a wonderful experience with Acuity! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an aide for their loved one. The owners are wonderful- patient and communicative with any questions we had. The staff sent to support my grandmother were skilled, kind and compassionate. After my grandmother passed, Aisha (the owner) reached out to me personally to offer her condolences and even sent flowers- very kind and an example of a business that goes above and beyond for their clients! Aisha and her husband are a class act!

I have been employed by founders of Acuity Homecare Aisha and Odell Gauntlett 3 months ago. Being in this field for 13 years and having worked for several different Homecare agencies, I must say that working for them has been my best experience yet. They are honest with me about the nature of each case. Theres no pressure. They give me choices instead of making me feel forced to take on a case just because thats whats available. They are also very reasonable and understanding as it relates to my family life. I respect how professional they are in every situation. I can not thank the caregivers enough for the dedication, compassion and attention to details when caring for my mom. They were able to identify signs and symptoms of respiratory difficulties, which enabled them to get in touch with myself and the nurse to assist her. If it wasnt for their attention to details, the outcome couldve been much worse.
