Went here for an interview was hired then not hired due to past employment issues. I did the online training about maybe 5-6 hours of it. Was told I would still be paid for this training. I never was. Looks like a nice place to work. Nice people. I just did some online trading for them for free. lol Just wasn't a right fit of employment for me. The staff seems nice and Melissa at the front desk was very kind. All the ladies I met were.

I wish I could work here. Everyone is very nice. After the dinner was done the cnas put tables together for patients to play fun games. The administrater was nice. She talked to me when I got there and later at night told me the other workers said good things about me and do I want to work with them. But I live far in Colorado Springs and took a bus here. I never worked with these many nice people who care for patients so good. It is a very good facility.

Janel Tolchin runs a first-rate facility. The staff are friendly, kind, attentive, and patient. They are quick to notify us of things we need to know about. They're willing to make adjustments to address the needs of their residents. The facility is bright and friendly. The food is appetizing. Our aunt was able to qualify for assistance from Innovage. What a tremendous blessing!

Being a current but leaving employee, I can say this place has grown near and dear to my heart! I have become family for some of my resident's and to there family as well. It is with a very heavy heart I leave Greenridge but it is for the best for ME. Greenridge is a very homey family oriented community. It is a small community and that's what I loved about it. . Our ED walks the community multiple times a day and put's on her gloves and helps us when needed! She is very involved in the community. I love the Greenridge family and I will continue to be part of this family.

I am a hospice Registered Nurse assigned to Greenridge Place (GRP) and help to care for several of the residents who are on our hospice services. In the nearly 14 years of working as a nurse, with a majority of that time in Skilled, assisted living, long-term care, to include secure dementia care units, Greenridge Place ranks among one of the best dementia care communities I have ever had the pleasure to work in. Their Clinical Director Beverly does an outstanding job of taking care of her staff so they can take care of their residents, and it shows. I would not hesitate to place a family member in this community's care, nor think twice about recommending GRP to special friends and/or family. GRP provides consistency in care, staffing, and quality of services. I would highly recommend GRP to anyone considering the move to a secure dementia unit for their loved one! Thank you.

I highly recommend Greenridge Place for anyone facing the difficult decision of placing their loved one in someone elses care. My Mom has been a resident for over three years now and I am so relieved that she is safe and happy there. All of her needs, both medical and emotional, are taken care of with love, understanding, and compassion by the wonderful staff. When the nation went into lock down in March 2020, I worried that she wouldnt understand why we couldnt be with her but they keep us in communication with FaceTime and Zoom meetings and Mom has finally stopped trying to look behind the phone to see where I am. Mom had to be in the hospital and a skilled nursing facility for a few weeks about a year ago and she was so miserable. One of the staff came to visit her there and brought her cookies and a card signed by every one of the staff. Moms eyes lit up when I brought her home to Greenridge Place. She smiled for the first time in a month and although she cant really communicate it through words, I know she feels very loved there. I dont know what I would do without this second family. I am so grateful that they treat my Mom as their own.

My father was recently moved to Greenridge Place for memory care. We found the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful as we took the necessary steps to ensure dads placement. Communication has been excellent; updates are provided and questions answered in a timely manner. The few (due to COVID) staff members weve interacted with have been patient and compassionate; deciding on memory care for a family member with dementia can be emotionally exhausting. We look forward to a positive, continuing relationship with Greenridge Place.

If you visit Greenridge Place, the first thing you will notice and appreciate is how welcome you will feel upon entering. I applaud management and staff for the safety protocols and excellent care they provided during this Covid crisis. Although visitation is still restricted, I highly recommend you look into this facility if you are need of a memory care home for a friend or family member.

I was able to tour Greenridge Place early in 2020. The layout of the memory care still stands out in its uniqueness. The interior is laid out with dementia care in mind. The design is a boon for residents and caregivers alike as it addresses common challenges for those with memory issues. The staff has really come together during this last year and a strong team has been formed. I think past reviews really dont lend much insight into how the team functions now. I believe the focus on continual improvements and providing excellent care for residents is paying off.

The service has been absolutely top notch and they always listen to our concerns. My heart is finally at ease knowing Mom is in a facility that truly understands Alzheimers and is giving Mom such excellent care.

We are so grateful to have found Greenridge for our mom! We went through some really traumatic months trying to find the right place until we moved her to Greenridge. The staff is amazing! They already were doing a great job prior to COVID. The pandemic has been so hard on everyone and this staff of angels has been taking phenomenal care of everyone at Greenridge. The love of my life was moved here by her trustees and I couldnt be more pleased if Id found it myself. With her dementia it has been a real roller coaster. I have found the administration, staff, and medical personnel absolutely top-notch. The love and care given to the residents is very easily seen. While its been tough with the pandemic, they have helped my Theresa make phone calls and Skype me whenever shes asked. If there is a more professional place to care for someone you love, I dont know where you would find it.

The holidays are here in the midst of a pandemic. I am so grateful that my mother is being taken care of at Greenridge Place. The executive director Lisa has put together a kind and caring staff. I appreciate them even more with all they are doing to keep the residents safe. There has been communication updating families on how the facility has been navigating through the pandemic. If I have questions or concerns I always get a response which has been very reassuring through this difficult time. Not being able to be with my mother during the holidays because of COVID-19 will be hard, but I know the Greenridge Place staff will see to it that she will have a nice Christmas.

Best decision our family has made!!!! When Greenridge Place was having its Grand Opening my wifes Aunt and Uncle lived just around the corner and asked us to go with them. We all attended as a family and were very impressed. So when the time came to consider moving my wifes Aunt and Uncle into Greenridge Place, there really was no decision to be made. It has been a great fit! The original nursing staff was great, but there were some management issues, that have since been 100% rectified!!! We can assure anyone considering Greenridge Place, the facility has NEVER BEEN BETTER!!! The current staff, EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is top shelf, well trained, and we consider all of them family! We could not be more proud of every aspect of the buildings living condition, attention, compassion and diligence. The management now has the best team of people my wife works with and Ive seen her stress level significantly reduced as she now has the best trusted team in the Denver Metro area to work with! My wife, Jill, and I would recommend Greenridge Place as the first and only choice for anyones loved ones.

Moving my mother to Greenridge Place saved her life! We had to move her from a different Assisted Living facility during the pandemic because she stopped eating and drinking. When she arrived here, she weighed 105 lbs., and could only sit up for about a minute. Here they have given her nutrition, care, stimulation for her mind, and love! She is thriving! The staff has worked wonderfully with our family, too.

I moved my cousin to Greenridge from an assisted living facility. Due to COVID, my cousin had been isolated. She not only lost weight, but declined mentally. I researched several options and decided Greenridge was the best due to staff training, facility design and options for in-house dental, medical and orthopedic treatment. At Greenridge, she is around others, can walk the halls and is just happier! The care she gets is excellent. I couldnt ask for anything better.

We moved our mom in on Halloween and have been very happy with everything with the whole process. They walked us through the application, move in and always are there when we are asking about mom since we cant go see her. Just today switched over insurance so they could watch and take care of mom better than ever. I am very please with the decision we made to move mom from her home of 60 years into Greenridge. Our mother has been at Greenridge Place for a little over 2 months now and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and administrators. Even though we cannot visit in person, we are able to call our mother any time and we can have face to face phone calls with her as well. They have made it very easy to make an appointment for the virtual calls through an online site. Our mother did struggle for the first few weeks due to her Alzheimers disease. The nursing staff and Nurse Practitioner worked diligently to help her become aclimated to her new environment and she is now thriving and very happy whenever I speak to her. The set up of the facility is great! They have a common area with kitchen, dining and living room where residents spend most of their wakinig hours. The staff is very good at getting residents out of their rooms and have them participate in excercises and craft activities. They have a very nice outside courtyard which the residents have access to. Staff members take the residents, who are able, outside for walks frequently. My mother has made friends and talks very highly of everyone. It is a great comfort to me to know she is being cared for at a high level. I highly reccomend Greenridge Place for anyone struggling with memory issues.

I have been working at this facility for 6 months now. In my 10 years of experience, this is the cleanest facility I have worked for. Especially now, with COVID, we sanitize every 2 hours. There is new management and they are cracking down on the standards here. Reporting coworkers who are not conducting themselves is encouraged. There are good team leaders who lead by example. Morality has gone up since I started here. There has been some bad weeds pulled out. Now, there is more good than bad. Dining rooms are cleaned right away, after meals. Good employees are recommending other good employees to come work here. I take pride in my position and happy to be part of this team. 🙂

My dad has been at Greenridge since May and now in care of hospice. Greenridge has the most wonderful, knowledgeable and caring staff. They are a memory care only facility not a assisted living masking as memory care so if your parent has dementia they are the experts. My dad has been taken care of as if he was family and that warms my . From the front desk staff to all the nurse and care givers I would give them an A plus. They have loved my dad and cared for him as we would have as a family.
