Grateful for Greenridge! They are caring for my Mom who has advanced dementia. Like all elder-care facilities, there has been some reorganization and changes in staffing, but I'm seeing improvement there. The existing staff has adjusted their level of care to accommodate the decline of her condition. I visit a lot! I know that the caregivers from the facility, primary care and hospice groups are attentive and kind. They have built a relationship with my mom, even though she has limited capabilities. She is given dignity and respect. Open communication between me and staff!

I have arrived to find my loved still in bed at 10:15 in the morning, in a wet depends, laying on a mattress pad only. No sheets or blankets on her bed. Her glasses went missing. Her clothing and jewelry is missing. Her arms and legs are covered in cuts and bruises. I’m only able to get there once a week and my one day a week sampling of conditions has been less than reassuring. Once I arrived to take her to a doctor’s appointment at 12:45 and the whole community was still waiting to be served lunch.

My mother has been at Greenridge for about 2 years. The staff is very kind and I feel like they are doing a good job in caring for my mom, however, the previous director left and the new director hasn’t responded at all to email or voicemail. I live very far away and need to be able to check in on my mom. I did meet with the new director, but I haven’t been able to have any contact since mid-January. I hope the owners see this post and provide support to the new director so she is able to follow up with concerns from the families.

We are so glad that we discovered Greenridge Place while searching for good memory care for my aunt and uncle. Both of their children had already passed due to complications with Dementia. When I realized what the problems were we naively they could live with us. However, our big and only spare bedroom was in the basement. We began the search for a good, uplifting, caring environment. Most were old and dark. We wanted good nutritious food, also difficult to find. The real kicker was that they did not have funds to cover that kind of care and we were not in a position to cover them either. When we realized that Greenridge Place was accepting InnovAge we found their new home. The rooms are large and well lit. The hallways are wide bright and tastefully decorated. The ratio of staff to resident was great. The food was good and the offerings rotate regularly. All of the staff, including senior staff, know all of the residents, their likes, dislikes, and issues. We are confident that they are receiving the very best of care.

My wife entered GreenRidge Place in Sept of 2021. We chose it because it was near our home. It was referred to us by the Home Care Agency we were using. We have been very happy with the care provided by Janel and staff. We came in right when COVID was winding down and staffing had to be stabilized but that was worked out. The facility is small enough so it’s easy to get to know residents, their families, caregivers and Leadership Team. They have become an important part of our support system.

We have nothing but good things to say about Janelle and Green Ridge Memory Care. They offer loving, attentive care and the staff always goes above and beyond to take the best care of ALL of their residents. Our loved one constantly comments on the cleanliness of his home and the great food and care. They go above and beyond to answer questions, facilitate phone visits with our dad when it’s not possible for us to visit, and they let him help with chores every time he asks to assist. They take the residents on scenic drives, visits to local attractions, etc. The front desk staff is also amazing. We find great peace knowing he is in such loving and caring hands. Highly recommend!

I wish I could work here. Everyone is very nice. After the dinner was done the cnas put tables together for patients to play fun games. The administrater was nice. She talked to me when I got there and later at night told me the other workers said good things about me and do I want to work with them. But I live far in Colorado Springs and took a bus here. I never worked with these many nice people who care for patients so good. It is a very good facility.

I was able to tour Greenridge Place early in 2020. The layout of the memory care still stands out in its uniqueness. The interior is laid out with dementia care in mind. The design is a boon for residents and caregivers alike as it addresses common challenges for those with memory issues. The staff has really come together during this last year and a strong team has been formed. I think past reviews really don’t lend much insight into how the team functions now. I believe the focus on continual improvements and providing excellent care for residents is paying off.

I highly recommend Greenridge Place for anyone facing the difficult decision of placing their loved one in someone else’s care. My Mom has been a resident for over three years now and I am so relieved that she is safe and happy there. All of her needs, both medical and emotional, are taken care of with love, understanding, and compassion by the wonderful staff. When the nation went into lock down in March 2020, I worried that she wouldn’t understand why we couldn’t be with her but they keep us in communication with FaceTime and Zoom meetings and Mom has finally stopped trying to look behind the phone to see where I am. Mom had to be in the hospital and a skilled nursing facility for a few weeks about a year ago and she was so miserable. One of the staff came to visit her there and brought her cookies and a card signed by every one of the staff. Mom’s eyes lit up when I brought her home to Greenridge Place. She smiled for the first time in a month and although she can’t really communicate it through words, I know she feels very loved there. I don’t know what I would do without this second family. I am so grateful that they treat my Mom as their own.

Our mother has been at Greenridge Place for a little over 2 months now and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and administrators. Even though we cannot visit in person, we are able to call our mother any time and we can have face to face phone calls with her as well. They have made it very easy to make an appointment for the virtual calls through an online site. Our mother did struggle for the first few weeks due to her Alzheimers disease. The nursing staff and Nurse Practitioner worked diligently to help her become aclimated to her new environment and she is now thriving and very happy whenever I speak to her. The set up of the facility is great! They have a common area with kitchen, dining and living room where residents spend most of their wakinig hours. The staff is very good at getting residents out of their rooms and have them participate in excercises and craft activities. They have a very nice outside courtyard which the residents have access to. Staff members take the residents, who are able, outside for walks frequently. My mother has made friends and talks very highly of everyone. It is a great comfort to me to know she is being cared for at a high level. I highly reccomend Greenridge Place for anyone struggling with memory issues.

The love of my life was moved here by her trustees and I couldn't be more pleased if I'd found it myself. With her dementia it has been a real roller coaster. I have found the administration, staff, and medical personnel absolutely top-notch. The love & care given to the residents is very easily seen. Best decision our family has made!!!! When Greenridge Place was having it's Grand Opening my wife's Aunt and Uncle lived just around the corner and asked us to go with them. We all attended as a family and were very impressed. So when the time came to consider moving my wife's Aunt and Uncle into Greenridge Place, there really was no decision to be made. It has been a great fit! The original nursing staff was great, but there were some management issues, that have since been 100% rectified!!! We can assure anyone considering Greenridge Place, the facility has NEVER BEEN BETTER!!! The current staff, EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is top shelf, well trained, and we consider all of them family! We could not be more proud of every aspect of the building's living condition, attention, compassion and diligence. The management now has the best team of people my wife works with and I've seen her stress level significantly reduced as she now has the best trusted team in the Denver Metro area to work with! My wife, Jill, and I would recommend Greenridge Place as the first and only choice for anyone's loved ones.

This is one of the most thoughtful memory care facilities in the area. Some of the reviews seem to be misleading, as though written by a disgruntled employee. We have noticed nothing but loving, caring staff. Their leadership has grown substantially and we are thrilled to have them in our community. We are proud to have our loved one here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a memory care facility. As with any business, there will always be opportunity to grow and learn, but again, the leadership in the building has been open to hearing our concerns and working hard to correct them.
