We have lived at Covenant Living for four months and from the move in day we have been overwhelmed with the friendliness of the staff and the residents we have met. Some of our interests have included the aqua-fit class in the indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and the workout machines in the fitness center. The fitness center also has many classes that are led by professional coaches. If you are interested in painting there is a group of artists who will encourage your efforts and display everyone's works twice a year to be seen by the public. They meet monthly for lunch. The Creative Arts Room has all kinds of projects that you can be involved in, such as sewing, knitting, and crafts of all kinds. There are many meetings throughout the month to join. You can learn to play the drums or the bells. You can join a choir that sings during church services and events. There are trips to museums, theaters, restaurants and even hiking trips. You can be as involved in or as little as you want. Moreover, you don't have to mow the lawn, shovel snow or fix your dinner! You can eat with your new friends in the dining room or the cafe. We love it here and we are glad we made the move!

We cannot be more happy with our new patio home as well as with our move to the Covenant community. We have been so welcomed by our neighbors and everyone, including the sales team, the maintenance dept., and the dining staff have been so helpful!

Aside from the heartbreak that comes from "down-sizing" and living in a fully finished house for 23 years, I can honestly say that we are very, very happy here at Covenant Living. We have been here for about 10 weeks now. I am in two classes; the first one for my brain, and the 2nd for my balance. I do not see any improvement in my brain. I see a little improvement in my balance. The food is really good here. I have only one suggestion and that being that it would nice to occasionally have something that is crunchy, as in "granola crunchy." The staff and residents are wonderful and I know several people here from our church, Faith Church (formerly Faith Bible Chapel). In summary, Covenant Living is the "Cadillac" of retirement facilities. We plan to be here until the Lord calls us home. Phil Waters

My husband and I moved into our duplex on June 11, 2026. We love the location and the view of the Rocky Mountains. Anna and Sandy, from sales, were most helpful in finding us the right house as well as helping with picking out our color and flooring choices. We are very pleased with the results. Since arriving, we have met wonderful people. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We have found that there is always something to do. During our short tenure here, we have attended 4 concerts, several socials, informational meetings and have been invited to join many clubs and activities. After only living at Covenant Living a short time we are extremely happy. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. From the front desk receptionists, the maintenance crew, the IT magicians, the wait staff, the sales team and everyone involved, they are always there to serve you and to help with any questions or problems you might have The activities are great. They include many different areas of interest, from physical exercise, arts and crafts, musical options, to special speakers, religious services and outside excursions. The dining experience is exceptional with many different options to choose from. I can't say enough about our time here...it's been awesome!

I am enormously pleased that I chose to move to Covenant Living a few months ago! I’d had friends here, over the years, so I had known for a long time that Covenant would probably be my first choice when I was ready. Family who took the official tour with me agreed that it had the best vibes, for me, of the facilities we visited. I’ve found the staff at Covenant really helpful, the residents extremely friendly, the meals and snacks great, and my apartment just right for my independent living stage. It will take me ages to sample all the fun and interesting activities, but it’s already clear that I’m not likely to run out of things to do.

A lovely apartment at Covenant Living has been my home for only several months, and it has been very easy to become involved in some of the many activities Covenant has to offer. I have attended Residential Council Meetings, a Sustainability Meeting, and a book group that meets in the library with its very large selection. I have also enjoyed the high-class entertainment in the form of concerts coming from Denver and faraway places. And each day during the Olympics 2026 there was an "Olympic Sport" you could participate in with several teams all vying for gold. It was fun and at times, hilarious. From the time I arrived here, everyone has been friendly and helpful. I've felt comfortable and included.

My Mom has been a resident at Covenant Living for six months in skilled nursing as well as assisted living. She has received excellent care from the staff. The admissions staff was very accommodating during a difficult time of moving between skilled nursing, respite assisted living and then into a permanent assisted living apartment. Issues are addressed immediately as they arise and my mother considers Covenant Living to be her new home.

We moved my parents (yes, both) from South Carolina to the Covenant Living Skilled Nursing facility to be closer to family. A difficult decision and a challenging trip for 90-year-old parents. It was the best decision we have made for their care, comfort, and happiness. The welcome, warmth, and love received upon arrival set the bar really high and exceeded my expectations beyond measure. The rooms were ready, the nursing staff stepped in immediately, the dining room was ready to feed us, and the love was overflowing. Since our arrival, the adjustment period has been smooth. Tweaks to their schedules have been managed with cooperation and flexibility. There is impressive coverage on the floor, ensuring guests receive a quick response when requested and time for some TLC and interaction. The nursing staff is reassuringly professional, and I am comfortable with the care my parents are receiving. In the end, if you can't do it yourself, this is the next best place: caring and experienced.

We moved into the Covenant Living community in April 2025 and all along found the arrangements to be very professionally handled by the different staff members who assisted us. Their communication was forthright, clear and extremely friendly, with due consideration to our initial uncertainties. Everyone whom we came into contact with, from the executive staff members, the terrain and residential management team, dining room wait staff, as well as every member of the community that we met made us feel more than welcome. The campus is impressively well kept and the meals of a high standard. During my search for a retirement community I could call home, I made many visits to CLOC. During every visit the staff and residents were welcoming and friendly. On some occasions I would not make a formal visit but just go to walk around the community and stop and chat with residents. The grounds are lovely and the residents pride in their community was obvious. On a few occasions I was invited into a resident's home where they gladly shared their satisfaction with the community and their sense of wellbeing in their surroundings. The sales staff were thorough in answering my questions and made themselves available when I requested more visits. I never felt pressured to make a decision or move faster than I was willing. In the end I was completely convinced that CLOC had the atmosphere, culture, and amenities that best fit my desires. I found a floor plan that was perfect and they made the process of refurbishing it to my specifications easy and for the most part stress free. The sales staff, construction crew, maintenance staff, front desk workers, dining staff, fitness director and administration all contributed to my comfort with deciding to leave my home of 46 years and settle into CLOC. After two months of thriving here I can say I'm home.

I am absolutely thrilled with this place for my Mom. We received assistance and encouragement through the entire application and acceptance process. It was so much easier than expected. The apartment is adorable and we love the multitude of amenities. Favorites are the exercise classes, coffee shop and walking trails all around. The restaurant Rueben sandwich is fantastic!! I hope to live here someday myself!!

Covenant Living gives us peace of mind. My mother-in-law moved in 5-months ago and feels at home at Covenant. Covenant organizes many clubs, events, and activities so that new residence can make friends. Some of the things she is active in are Bocce Ball, Shuffle Board and multiple card game groups. The food is excellent and there is flexibility for dining plans. As her family, we can rest assured that she is in safe, healthy and welcoming environment where she will be happy and flourish.

My mom has been a part of the Covenant Living of Colorado Community for one year now, and she couldn't be happier. This place has truly been a blessing for her and for our family. At 90, she moved in after her husband passed away, having spent 70 years as a devoted wife. She came from an era where it was believed that a wife’s role was to handle everything. Now, for the first time, she has the opportunity to embrace independence and explore life on her own terms. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the sense of community here is incredible. From day one, the staff and other residents made her feel right at home. Both couples and single residents alike are enjoying all that this wonderful facility has to offer. The staff is amazing”kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my mom has everything she needs. She especially loves the social activities and events that keep her engaged and active. After visiting numerous retirement communities, we instantly saw the difference between Covenant Living and their competitors. Covenant Living has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and made us feel welcome and the residents were also happy and welcoming. (Residents of other communities weren’t that happy and were very quick to let us know). The apartment that was open for occupancy was fully redone with new cabinets, countertops, carpet and tile, all of which we were able to choose. Covenant Living does not feel like a retirement home where you live out your final years. It is the next chapter of life filled with warmth, comfort and new opportunities! We love Covenant Living of Colorado!

From our first visit to tour the facilities to my now weekly visits to see my mom I have been so impressed. The staff truly care about the residents and it’s easy to see how much they enjoy working at Covenant. I can’t say enough about all that Covenant provides for its residents. There are too many activities to mention and for those who are interested in staying physically active there’s more than enough to accommodate any level. And who knew? The food is fantastic! I’m so happy we’ve found the right place for my mom and so is she!

Do you ever wonder what the next 20 years of your life will be like? Picture someone taking your food order, offering you choices of of foods two or three times a day! Our chefs do a good job--come visit on a Tuesday and taste the salmon. Things to do? ....Exercise classes including aquacise in a 88 degree pool. ....Line-dancing, stretching, balancing, walking the campus. ....CLOC-sponsored trips to lectures, musicals, classical concerts, travel programs, and even trips to the Polo Grounds in the summer. ..... Life Connect classes and discussions twice a week. ..... Hand-chime choirs, new woodworking shop, bocci ball We have a great staff--friendly and helpful. Come and visit.

In December, 2022, my husband and I moved into Covenant Living of Colorado. If you are considering such a lifestyle change, we definitely encourage you to visit this facility. With only a little over 300 residents, it gives off a wonderful small-town vibe. Both residents and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Each day we meet someone new in either the dining room, JPD's Bistro, or during an organized social event. Classes, activities, and outings keep us busy, and we rarely spend a full morning or afternoon in our comfortable apartment. But best of all, at least for us, is that our children and grandchildren also love it here. They are able to us the facilities whenever they visit and are welcomed by all with open arms.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care provided at Covenant. My father-in-law was very ill and was admitted as he neared the end of his life. Everyone we encountered here was so kind, courteous, and compassionate. We received a lot of emotional support as family members and he received the best care available. They partnered with a local hospice facility (Denver Hospice) and made his passing as comfortable and as peaceful as possible. If you are in need of assisted living or nursing/end of life care, this is the place you want your loved one to be.

We like it very much, great staff, friendly residents who are good conversationalists, good food, and a welcome sense of security that is likely to keep us healthier than we might otherwise have been. I Chose Covenant Living of Colo for my mom's rehab stay due to the CMS 5 star rating of Covenant Living. My mom said the staff was attentive, helpful, and courteous. She said the food was good and her room was clean and comfortable. The team met her goals and provide good care in a pleasant environment.

Covenant is a wonderful facility. It is attractive, kept very clean, and has many programs and outings for the benefit of the residents. But, the most outstanding part of this senior living facility is the kindness and caring of the staff. The residents are happy here. It is very obvious. I am fortunate to have found Covenant.

One of the most outstanding aspects are the beautifully landscaped grounds and the ability for residents to add potted flowers in the summer because every dwelling has a deck or patio. In addition, the daily activities calendar has a long list of physical classes plus other ways for residents to get involved in groups that meet their wants and needs. My mom moved to Covenant a year ago. We're very impressed with how well run Covenant is and how warm, friendly and supportive the community is. And very impressed with how thoughtfully they have approached adapting to life with covid. Finding the balance between promoting community life and safeguarding the health of hundreds of at-risk seniors can't be an easy task. Yet the Covenant staff has embraced the challenge with creativity, compassion and patience, and they all should be highly commended. My mom is so happy to be part of the community there, and feels so welcome and safe in her new home. And all of us in her family count our blessings for Covenant!

I've lived at Covenant for fourteen wonderful years. When my husband, Mac, and I moved in, we both thought Covenant resembled the delightful Mediterranean cruises we had taken together. As on the cruise ship, there were optional excursions to nearby attractions as well as appealing residential activities. I especially enjoyed aquacize in the swimming pool and the dedicated fine art studio. Our two bedroom, two bath apartment was a perfect size and we lost no time in remodeling it to our taste. There was always someone to talk to in the Great Room and we enjoyed inviting our guests to the lovely dining room. When I lost Mac, the residents honored him by filling Smith Hall to overflowing and lauding him for his several ministries. Covenant offered a perfect combination of privacy and/or togetherness. And, although we were of a different denomination, the Christian environment was its crowning glory. It was quite special to ask a blessing before eating, knowing we were in a company of believers. I can only say, "Thank God for Covenant Living and those who continue to make it a perfect retirement home."

My Dad lived in the independent living condos here for 2.5 yrs before his death, and I visited ddaily. The staff and community were lovely, helpful and attentive. He moved to their skilled nursing facility for a short time and it was not the best - they have since undergone upgrading and I visit many of my Dad's friends at both independent and assisted/skilled. When we moved my Dad into Covenant Village - "I told him it was like living on a cruise ship... everything he needed was there... he could choose to take the shore excursions or stay in his cabin". They have activities for everything and anything... a cute cafe for morning and lunch... the main dining room is lovely and open for lunch and dinner... I highly recommend this facility to everyone. The key to this LIFETIME living is to move in while you still have a 'choice'... join the community and take advantage of everything while you can... and when you NEED more help, it is there on the same campus...

We met with the facility director for a tour and could not have been more impressed. She answered all our questions directly and honestly. She has been with this location for 9 years so we felt confident in her responses. The emphasis was always on the residents, privacy and respect were emphasized. There is fresh water and drinks, good snacks and the menu is very impressive. The facility is clean, smells fresh and there is plenty of natural light. There are spaces both inside an out to allow freedom and privacy. I have been to a lot of locations and made numerous tours. Hands down this was my best experience.

They take wonderful care of my parents, through some challenging circumstances. Recently, they found through their own audit that my folks were overpaying a small amount per month. They immediately contacted me and refunded the total amount without question or fuss. On another note, I have always been impressed by the quality & helpfulness of their Assisted and Skilled staff.

Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
