We can't say enough about the staff and facilities at Springbrooke. Having had experience with relatives and friends at other retirement villages in Colorado and elsewhere, Springbrooke is a revelation. The facilities and setup are awesome and residents have tons options for activities both at Springbrooke and around town. The location is perfect with grocery, medical facilities, restaurants, etc. nearby and it's a safe environment. Most important to us, the staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to engage with and look after residents. They have a nice hybrid "assisted" program where residents can stay in their independent apartments and receive additional services as needed without having to move to the assisted wing. We evaluated six other facilities and settled on Springbrooke and have no regrets.

I can't thank the resources at Nightingale Suites, part of the Springbrooke Retirement Campus. We were in a very difficult situation with my father being notified at the last minute that he would be released on Christmas day and still in need of 24 hour nurse care. Cindy H came to our rescue and helped us process paperwork quickly (I believe she was scheduled for vacation also!) and provided a calmed situation for us. Michelle came and visited at the rehab center to help with the transition and introduce herself. Maggie and Trish provided the calm my father needed for yet another change of facility and new resources. They have incorporated my father into the daily life at his new home. He normally does not participate in any activities but they have gotten him engaged with the daily activities. I can't thank these ladies enough for the help they have given our father and family in helping with this difficult transition.

Our parents lived in 2 senior living apartments before moving to Springbrooke several years ago. The staff and facilities were wonderful, but the meals were terrific! We shared many meals with them, and the food was always delicious, the staff was always helpful and flexible. Our large family gathered several times in the main gathering area for celebrations with live music and dancing! Springbrooke supported the transition through assisted living and hospice care so they never had to move again. That was a huge gift to all of us. Springbrooke is a great choice if you and your loved ones are looking for a retirement or assisted living community.

The staff is kind, attentive, and helpful. Their prices for memory care are less than at other places with similar environments. The building lobby and the memory care area, and the first floor area seem to have been remodeled recently, and in my opinion seem upscale. The place also seems clean to me. Speaking of the treatment my family member receives, I think it is good treatment. And speaking of the treatment I have seen others receive, it is also good treatment. They seem to really care about their residents. I am sure there are other places where the staff seems to phone it in. The employees I encountered here, seem very involved with the residents. They have a happy hour every Thursday, they bring music, and food and drink, and the residents seem to really like it. Sometimes some family members come to the happy hour, this makes it a good time for the residents. The staff works hard during happy hour to make sure, everyone has a good time. I definitely recommend this place.

This facility is outstanding in so many ways! The staff is attentive and really seems to care, the food is better than almost any facility food, housekeeping and laundry are on time and do a good job, and most importantly the care staff does what they are expected to do and seems to really care about the patients! The only bad point is that no one answers the phone after hours. This seems to be a trend these days with staffing shortages, but its frustrating. Hopefully they will get that fixed soon.

My wife was a resident in Springbrookes memory care unit for just over a year. I am so thankful I found Springbrooke. This place is exceptional when it comes to care for those suffering from Alzheimer's/Dementia. The staff there is absolutely wonderful and demonstrate such care and understanding when working with the residents. The facility itself is great and lends to an exceptional, home like atmosphere. I have nothing but praise for Springbrooke and was very great full my wife spent her remaining time there. I highly recommend Springbrooke to anyone needing a place for their loved one.

This is a wonderful community. My husband is in memory care. All of the staff are loving and caring. The building is open and bright with large windows. The courtyard is wonderful and we look forward to the flowers in the Spring.

My mother loves Springbrooke and the new director, Cindy - maintenance fellow very responsive too.....100% Covid free facility......when theyre able they have such fun activities. I live in Texas and know she is well taken care of and entertained!!

My husband is in memory care. The caregivers are wonderful and keeping everyone busy while on lockdown. I visited at a distance by hanging out in the courtyard yesterday. Plan to visit again when the weather warms up.

My mother lived at this place for 8 1, 2 years and was to the most part very happy, of course there are complaints here and there, food was good some days not so good some days, not every day is perfect. She wanted to be at her own home like anybody else. She had been to two other places and this was the one she picked for the long hall. She enjoyed and depended on the staff, Gloria who watched her for most of those years (Thank you). And to all the others who cared for her we say THANK YOU.
