I had the opportunity to tour The Ivy at Mountain View today with Alex, and I was truly impressed. It had been quite some time since my last visit, and the transformation was remarkable. The community was clean, freshly painted, and you can tell they’ve invested in making meaningful improvements”with even more updates on the way. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. The apartments were a hidden gem”spacious, beautifully remodeled, and thoughtfully designed. My dad has been in an Independent unit for about 2 1/2 years and has been extremely happy. He enjoys his routine of meals, cards, bingo games, exercise class, jigsaw puzzles in the library, socializing, and the lunch outings that are offered. Terry does a fantastic job with the events planned, even if he doesn’t always utilize them. I like that they offer church services for several different denominations. Everyone there is extremely nice, welcoming and helpful.

Meghann and the staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They really take the time to make residents feel comfortable and cared for, and the place is always clean and welcoming. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the people who live here, and that makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Do not put your family in the memory care unit. We have cameras in my loved ones room she fell at 11pm and was on the floor all night nobody came to check on her until the 5am. We are highly disappointed. Not to mention the caregivers during the day serve the food,seems very unsanitary if they are having to change diapers and shower residences. I'm going to make a complaint to state.

We have been very pleased with our decision to move our sister into The Courtyards and are encouraged by her increasing comfort with being there. The staff and residents are truly a caring community where people know one another by name and enjoy being together. She likes being able to participate in the many activities offered and has benefitted from the social interaction they provide. The food is very good - varied and plentiful and served with a smile. The staff are patient and attentive to her needs. We appreciate how responsive management is to our communications, since we live in other states and are not often able to visit. We have peace of mind knowing she is happy, safe, and well looked after.

My sister, Margaret, has been a resident of The Courtyards at Mountain View, for a little over two years now. Because she has been diagnosed with "early stage dementia", she has lived in Assisted Living. She receives three healthy meals each day, help with medications, laundry service, and various activities provided by the staff. Just this past week, Margaret moved to the Memory Care unit because both her friends and the staff at Courtyards realized her dementia had gotten worse. As with most of us, we do NOT like change! Margaret at first was very much against moving to Memory Care. I also had my doubts, but realized that it was necessary because Memory Care is safer than Assisted Living. After spending a day and a half in Memory Care with my sister, I saw how kind and considerate the staff are to all the residents. In Memory Care, the residents vary a lot, from somewhat mild dementia to fairly severe dementia. This worried me at first because of the possibility of conflict among the residents. I witnessed some "acting out" of a few residents and the staff there handled all of these with patience and compassion. The staff will update me regularly about my sister's condition since I live out of state and cannot see her regularly.

I cannot say enough good things about The Courtyard. Tim has thrived in independent living. Having PT, OT on site with Tai Chi and additional activities has contributed to his quality of life with Parkinson's. The staff is professional and friendly. Tim truely enjoys the friendships he has gained with his residency.

I periodically visit a resident when I am in town. The home is always clean, noxious odor free, and there are plenty of daily activities for the residents. Outside activities and transportation for shopping or other day trips are offered. All staff members are pleasant and accommodating. The majority of the residents seem to be happy snd on good spirits.

For the cost this place is not worth it and terminating Hani made my Mom and I happy we moved her to a better and much newer facility . Hani actually cared for all the clients and was a valuable advocate. The best thing about this place is many of the staff.

Moving mom into a facility has been challenging, to say the least. Hani and the rest of the staff at Courtyard have provided much guidance and support - making difficult circumstances feel a lot more manageable and easier to navigate. These are things we all have to face at one point in our lives with our own parents, other loved ones, and eventually our own well-being. Knowing there are resources and individuals available to trust and help sort through all the tough stuff (and ultimately make the best decisions for our mom) has truly been a relief and a blessing. I cannot say how pleased and excited Tim and I are to have him at the Courtyards at Mountain View. The overall atmosphere created by the staff is wonderful. Hani Pullen showed us the facility and we immediately signed in for her superior experience in making it work for us. I moved Tim in within a week. Hani is a treasure. Tim has thrived and gained 15lbs in the1.8 years he has been in residence. There is so much at Courtyards for all to thrive and benefit. Tim has Parkinson's but is independent. He is supported by the PT,OT and speech therapy offered on site. All the activities are so well thought out. From the front door to each individual who supports the residents there is a sense of selflessness and support for the residents. I, as a care giver for my husband, and Tim have been given a chance to have a relationship again due to the physical environment and the level of support we receive. This has been a new lease on life for Tim. Thank you.

I am one of the owners of FirstLight Home Care. We have multiple clients at The Courtyards at Mountain View. Every single time we stop by to visit our clients, the staff is ultra-attentive. The whole community is very social. There is always staff in the lobby talking to residents, staff sitting with clients in the dining room chatting, memory care staff walking in the halls with clients and bringing residents to happy hour, etc. Every resident's name is known! The activity directors Terri and Stacy are always planning fun activities. I have volunteered at a few of these events and happy hours and everyone around me seems so happy-it is truly like a family over there. I would recommend any of my clients or friends that their loved one would transition beautifully to this community and have instant friends. Hanni, over admissions, is a true pro at helping new clients acclimate. This community truly is special.

This facility has been great so far, we moved my father in a couple weeks ago. Everyone was so helpful and kind, especially Hani. My father has commented on how nice all the staff are, which gives me comfort that he’s surrounded by kind people.

My mom has just moved in so it is a bit early to review everything. The staff has been very kind and helpful so far. The food could use improvement- healthier options (a few examples, white bread shouldn’t be the only option for sandwiches; have a whole grain side option and/or more vegetarian options. That being said the staff in the dining room was very friendly and professional. Interacting with other residents since my mom has moved in, the big pet peeve from most everyone, does appear to be the food. It’s hard to please everyone of course, but a few improvements could go along way.

The several times that I have been to visit my friend, the personnel and facility were welcoming. My friend, while he would rather be in his own home, is pleased with his care and enjoys visiting with other residents. I would encourage folks to consider The Courtyards at Mountain View in their selection process for rehab or long term care for themselves or their loved ones.

The Courtyards at Mountain View is a lovely facility. The apartments are clean and modern with updated appliances. The common areas are neat, clean and inviting. Lots of activities to keep residents active and involved. The walking paths are beautiful. All of the staff that I have interacted with have been warm and welcoming. I am a care provider for a resident at the facility so I am there several times a week and it’s always a very pleasant experience.

My brother moved into the Courtyards at Mountainview in May of this year. Hani spent many hours with us, going over the ins and outs of what Tim’s life would be like in Independent Living. The Courtyards at Mountain View has assembled a first-rate team that have helped my husband find appropriate care following a recent stroke. My first contact was with Bonnie at the front desk who warmly welcomed me and introduced me to Community Sales Director Hani who reassures you that you are in the best of hands. She a force of nature who comes through with whatever you request from her!! Assistant Sales Director Karla took over from there and did a truly amazing job in setting everything up and assuring the move-in went smoothly. No one could have worked harder than she did, and we are grateful to her and Maintenance Director Randy and his staff, Josh and Zack for their help. We have received much assistance from the Health and Wellness team, Director Mariette, Sheera and Ky. We are grateful for all that they have done for us. My husband resides in Memory Care where the Director Molly goes above and beyond to help assure all of our needs are met!! We truly appreciate her, Memory Care Coordinator, Jaten, and all of the care team for the way they provide each resident with the respect and care they deserve. We were even assisted by Sr. VP of Health and Wellness, Dr. Sandra Petersen, who was instrumental in obtaining what was needed from my husband's PCP. She has a wealth of knowledge about dementia and Alzheimer's, and I learned so much from virtually attending one of her support group sessions. In addition, the Powerback theraphy team headed by Katie have provided OT, PT, and ST that are invaluable to my husband. It truly is a village effort at the Courtyards, with each person striving to do their job to the best of their ability. A big thanks to all!!

I am so pleased with the Courtyards at Mountain View! I moved my mom to the Assited Living facility in June and cannot express how impressed I am. The facility is clean, residents are happy smiling and the staff is AMAZING! From my first contact with Hani in sales to the first CNA we met, DJ, to the onsite Medical staff, Maryette and Shira, I was impressed and certain I made the right choice. I cannot recommend The Courtyard at Mountain View enough! Thank you for taking care of my Mom like she was YOUR mom. I'm so grateful to all of you.

My friend just moved here a couple weeks ago and she is 85 years old. I am so happy she is here. This is a beautiful place. I saw a little store if you need something, a community room where they play games, watch movies, etc. I didn't see the entire place but my friend loves. Her place has a kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, big bathroom, very nice ‘. I'm so glad she is here in case she needs anything she can just call the desk and get the help she needs.

Choosing The Courtyards at Mountain View for my mom has been one of the best decisions our family has made. Navigating these decisions can be incredibly stressful, but Hani made the process much easier for us. She is not only one of the most decent people I've ever met, but also someone I am truly grateful is in this line of work. It's clear that she has a genuine love for what she does and for the people she cares for. Her kindness and empathy shine through effortlessly. The staff are not just caregivers; they're genuine, compassionate individuals who take great care of my mom. Maryette and her staff take excellent care of my mom, too. My mom’s room is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a homely feel. When we had an issue with the air conditioning, Randy made sure it was resolved and personally called me to make sure we were happy. Thanks to Daye, the activities offered are outstanding! From engaging social events to wellness programs and delicious meals prepared with dietary needs in mind, there is always something enriching and enjoyable for the residents to participate in. It's heartwarming to see how much effort the staff put into creating a vibrant community where everyone feels valued and included. Seem to have a nice facility, but beware of charges. They don't really explain the levels of care, the costs, and how they are determined. Their typical answer is usually a blow off or fail to respond. Hopefully, more regulation about disclosures enter into this industry. (I found The Gardens at St. Elizabeth VERY helpful with their price chart. So much is already inclusive.)

Hani is great! She is attentive and listens to what you're looking for. She is truthful in how the facility and staff will live up to those expectations. If she didn't have the answer to a question I had, she found out who did and either connected me to that person or found the answer and told me.

Our family has had a very good experience with The Courtyards at Mountain View. From first call to move-in, Hani has provided exceptional service. She responds to texts promptly and gives honest answers, not just a sales pitch. You can tell she truly cares about potential residents & their unique needs. Our relative has just moved in but in one day he is calling his new home lovely & therapeutic. Finding a good home for a loved one can be a very trying experience but Hani makes it as easy & stress-free as possible. She is definitely an asset to this facility.

I can not say enough good, great, wonderful things about The Courtyards at Mountain View. It started with us needing to find a place where my father in law could live, feel safe, feel seen and continue to thrive. We visited 3 places before this one and he thought he had his mind made up. After visiting this location he came home resolute that this is where he wanted to live. He has been there for a few weeks now and calls us regularly to tell us how happy he is. This place is filled with life and joy. The residents all seem so happy and the staff is remarkable. Hani the Manager/amazing human that support this building in kind, compassionate and more over see's everyone as family. The rest of the staff/team/support is just as wonderful and they all really seem to love what they do. My FIL raves about the food, the gym the access he has to things like music, books, entertainment and to say he made fast friends is an understatement. I think he made family. All the staff, especially Hani Pullen, have been wonderful in my aunt’s transition to a new place. Hani has been so helpful and has made the moving process easy. I moved into Mountainview on 9/30/22. I was used to living alone so It took some time to adjust. I'm good now. They cook for me, clean my apartment, Check on me if my pendant goes off. I get physical and occupational therapy 2 times each per week. We have entertainment every Friday at happy hour. I have a beautiful apartment. We have seminars, movies. I can go on and on, but I won't. Come check us out.
