Outstanding! My mother has been living at Brookdale Pinehurst Park for over a year now. Cannot say how fortunate we are that she lives in such a caring and well-run residence. My mother is happy, enjoys the food and activities and appreciates the assistance provided by the staff. My confidence in the facility and staff has only increased during the first year. The communication is excellent, even during the pandemic. Everything from house keeping to how they treat my mother is truly exceptional.

My family member has been at this facility for one year. She is treated with care and concern. The facility is better than most that I've seen.

They have done a beautiful job taking care of our dear 90 year old dad. My dads comment about his care was that it felt good to be so well taken care of. Every single person in management and the staff has been consistently extremely kind and caring in all my dealings with them. They have recently and at present no Covid cases. I am very pleased with the care provided.

My mom went to Brookdale in 2018 after her Alzheimers made her an escape risk at the facility she previously resided. It was an excellent place for her. The staff was always nice and greeted me when I came to visit. There was always someone to speak to with any concerns or questions. Often they let me stay with her for lunch. They kept me informed on any issues she was having. She spent her days walking throughout the facility, and I know she truly enjoyed being there and felt very at home.

I love this facility! My mother lives here and they take such wonderful care of her. I'm always amazed at how friendly and caring the staff is, and they spend so much time with her. I love that they constantly have fun activities going throughout the day, and they have musical groups come in frequently as well to entertain the residents. They also allow my mother to keep her cat in her room, since she was just not able to part with her best friend. That makes a world of difference to my mother. This place is such a blessing to my family, knowing that my mom is receiving such wonderful care.
