Dad has been here for nearly 9yrs, he is 85yrs old, when asked if he likes living here he answers "I have friends here, staff and other residence alike, this is a great place for me.". He is respected and looked after as family so what else can we ask. The building is a little older yet we have watched as they have updated the amenities and look over the years. Always on top of maintenance and grounds. He loves watching the birds and squirrels from the breakfast area. The cleaning staff is great and kind as he is elderly and sometimes need a bit more help. The price is good for the area for sure.

A well maintained and fully developed retirement community. Meals are served, there is underground parking available, two elevators, multiple amenities and a friendly clientele.

One of my favorite shopping places in the South Denver urban area. I does not have high end, fancy stores, but has a wide variety of food options, ice cream stop, doctors' offices, major stores, gas stations, movie theatres, sports bar; and all located along the beautiful Platte River, in an ample Colorado-style development.

We met with Donna who provided detailed info on the facility and took us to tour the two units that fit our needs. Her friendly, experienced customer service was exceptional. On a scale of 1-10, Donna is a 10+!

This is a great community!! They have been very careful regarding COVID precautions. There is a warmth here that is genuinely felt when you come into the building. I am a nurse who works with safety devices, so I come and go from there to see my clients frequently. I simply love the people there! Everyone has been friendly!

Riverpointe has been one of the biggest blessings for our family as they have a friendly, welcoming community, wonderful staff (shoutout to Ron, who is the absolute best) and friendly residents. One of the things I'm most thankful for is the opportunities that have organically come up for my grandma to create new social connections and it's been a joy to see her connect into the greater community within RiverPointe.

My mother moved here from an assisted living facility in Portland, Oregon last year. She hated the last place, so when we visited Riverpointe, she was so impressed by the place and the people, she was ready to write the check then and there to get on the waiting list. She's been extremely happy and satisfied with the decision to live there over some of the other places in metro Denver. It's great to have her 30 minutes away instead of three days drive! It's a great place, the staff are almost extended family, good healthy food options, a good range of activities... what more could one want? ‘

My father moved in here after my mother passed away. Riverpointe has proven to be the best thing for my father. They have plenty of activities, and there is always someone for my father to talk too. The staff are truly excellent, and really do care. We know that Dad is right where he belongs. He's safe, he has friends, and he's home. Yes, Riverpointe is a wonderful, fun, relaxing, safe, place for seniors to live. My Dad has lived here for over 4 years now. This has been a life safer for my Dad, and for all of us. I know Dad is safe, and taken care of. By that, I mean , all of the residents look out for each other, the employees do as well. Everyone knows everyone, and it is it's own community, which is GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend Riverpointe for other seniors. A big thing to know, is that it is extremely helpful if the senior is open to making friends, and talking to other people,. as there really is no way around this. He/She will make friends, will be as busy as he/she wants to be. Riverpointe is a GREAT place for Seniors. Thank you!

The only complaint I've heard and agree with its slow elevators. Otherwise the rooms are spectacular and the staff is beyond nice, they're truly dedicated to what they do.
