About The Belcaro
The Belcaro offers a complete package of senior living and care services. Our residents are independent seniors who need a little help sometimes. Located just a few miles hospitals, physicians, and local attractions in Colorado Springs. The seniors at our community are close to food, shopping, and activities. Hospitals, physicians, and rehab centers are also nearby for seniors who need them.
Every day is an opportunity filled endless choices for our senior residents to enrich their lives. Residents can pursue favorite activities or pursue new ones. We have regularly scheduled events every month as well clubs and a social dining setting. Our goal is to always foster an atmosphere that fills our residents with inspiration and to live their lives to the fullest. Our staff is warm and friendly and is here to serve our seniors among the beautiful surroundings of our community.

The Belcaro offers independent senior apartments, which is how many mature adults prefer to spend their retirement years. Residents have as much independence as they want in a supporting environment.
Our community has numerous apartments available in several styles. There are several floor plans to choose from, with options for handicap accessible add-ons and other features. We have an experienced and trained staff to serve the unique needs of our senior residents living in Colorado Springs. We promote our employees to serve with compassion, kindness and patience. We designed the dining area at The Belcaro to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.
The Belcaro Amenities & Services
Activities, Socialization, Senior-Friendly Bathrooms, Common Areas and other perks are available to all residents. Seniors enjoy the comfort of their new home while our friendly, well-trained staff is available for anything they may need or want.
Our facility has Building Maintenance, Security and other ways we keep seniors active and healthy. Our staff works really hard to keep our aging residents active and independent, keeping everyone feeling young and healthy.
Residents enjoy of a full schedule of social, educational and entertaining activities. Our structured program helps all residents maintain a high quality of life. Many of our activities encourage members to socialize and develop friendships with other residents. We make sure the activities are fun and entertaining.

Belcaro is a great place to live. Thanks to the staff especially Bill. He makes us feel like a family gave us a great New Year’s Eve party makes us feel wanted it as older adults things get fixed fast here the apartments are nice it’s just a great place to live. It’s a miracle that I found this place.

I love living here everyone is so kind and caring or they keep to themselves no hassles living here and I love the picture of Audrey Hepburn in the elevator what a great actress she was and pretty one at that. The 2 ducks out back seem to always be together and a very peaceful place for a walk or just to sit and think.

Pretty easy to navigate, essential for senior citizens! Front desk staff had extensive knowledge of their residents! Seemed neat, clean, and im assuming the residents are well cared for though im not certain.

I absolutely love living at Belcaro. My apartment is perfect, exactly what I need. My neighbors are friendly, very welcoming. I feel safe and comfortable. I really cant think of any place where I would rather be. Management is always available and any questions are quickly answered, any problems taken care of right away.

It is a sense of community for 60 and over. I do a volunteer blood pressure clinic every 1st and 3rd Monday.

Awesome place to live ..very carrying staff the manager is so amazing very understanding and trys so hard to make her residents comfortable .very fun and activities for everyone .big and rommie clean and well kept place.its a place to really feel at home .i recommend it to everyone.i give it 5
