My mother-in-law moved in 4 months ago. We really love the setting, a large home in a nice location. The rooms are nice, and feels like a home. We have found the staff to be friendly, caring, responsive, and engaged. My MIL has never lived alone, and the transition was made easier because of these things. We had one meal there, which was good, everything cooked right there in the kitchen. While they do not have medical staff on duty, they have a relationship with Rocky Mountain Senior Care, a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner sees the residents regularly, so she can attend to each person's needs. We have been very happy with the leadership, who has taken a lot of time with us explaining what they have available and how we can make it all work. Linda (the owner & manager) makes herself available if there are issues to work through. When I've needed to call her, she has answered the phone and helped work through whatever. Mario has worked to provide fun activities for the residents to participate in. The Easter Egg Hunt was lovely, and recently they painted decorations. Clara is keenly aware of each resident's needs for medications and assistance. It has not been perfect, and there have been some minor issues. We asked that my MIL be ready to go to Mass, and a couple times she was not dressed appropriately. In another instance when my MIL was having bowel issues and was very weak, we found her slouched in her recliner and had soiled herself. We are not sure how that happened, but the care giver on duty that day came right away and helped us get the care she needed. The above issues in no way give me reason to give them less than 5-stars though. When we've brought issues to Linda or Mario or Clara, they have always responded to resolve it. We love having Oma there!!

We decided, along with our loved one, to move her to The Lodge At Palmer Point Assisted Living facility because of its small community, homey feel, the proximity to Palmer Park, the equine center, country club, the panoramic views, and the wildlife. We are so happy with our decision. Linda, the owner/operator, goes above and beyond to assure all the residents feel welcome, cared for, safe, and special. We recently attended a beautiful holiday party that felt like it was organized by friends, that included live music, exquisite decorations, and festive food. It is so important that those in assisted living facilities are stimulated and treated with respect and dignity. We are comforted by the constant updates we receive on our loved one's activities, attitude, health, and well-being. It is a relief to know we all made the right decision. We wholeheartedly recommend The Lodge at Palmer Point to anyone who is looking for a lovely, comfortable, safe living space with the right balance of independence and security.

I would give The Lodge at Palmer Point 20 stars if I could. The staff is rising to the challenge of getting my husband to adjust to the assisted living environment with grace and creativity and flexibility. I am so grateful for their willingness to try various strategies to help my husband. I am impressed by the way the various members of the staff communicate with me, the staff to resident ratio, the way the staff members work together and support each other, and the leadership they get from Linda, the administrator. Highly recommend. Update 4/20/25: My husband has been a resident at The Lodge for 15 months now and my experience with the staff at The Lodge has continued to be absolutely positive. I appreciate all they do for my husband and the respect and kindness they show him. It's the kind of care I would want for myself if it ever comes to that.

We chose The Lodge to take care of my father during his transition to hospice. The staff was very caring, made home cooked meals, and checked on him often. The staff was very communicative, we always knew of any issues and worked together to resolve them. In his final days I know he was comfortable and well cared for. As a nurse myself, I never had any concerns about the care or cleanliness and would recommend this to people who need assisted living.

After my 92 yr old father's bad fall, the rehab facility recommended a smaller assisted living environment where care is more personal. Fortunately we found The Lodge at Palmer Point. They gave him the care and attention he needed until his recent passing. Because of their competence, my husband and I were even able to take a couple trips knowing that dad was in good hands. When he became very ill, they made the transition to Hospice seamless. The entire staff is very professional and compassionate. Owner Linda, House Manager Clara, Weekend Manager Stephanie are top notch. I highly recommend this facility.

The facility owner and staff are top notch all the way! My experience with them has been wonderful as they have been providing care for my mother as she nears end of life and given some of the health challenges we have had with her. They have been very patient, supportive, communicative with me and kind in their daily care of her. The facility is well kept and clean and they provide home cooked meals for their patients. They have been a positive bright side in an otherwise difficult time and transition for her and our family!

The nursing, general care and administrative staff were great in addressing my cousin Rosie’s challenging circumstances given her lack of mobility. It is a comfortable, safe and caring environment. As Rosie was also eligible for additional Hospice care, staff at Palmer Point coordinated that smoothly with their daily care. My mother was in rehab and couldn't go back to where she was living before she fell. Country Club assisted living took her in with loving open arms. Their open door policy was reassuring and inviting. Mother was always out with the staff, clean and happy. The manager Lynda is absolutely wonderful, she has the biggest heart, she put me and our family at ease and bent over backwards to make sure my mother had everything she needed. The staff in general was very happy and inviting, and the Med manager was awesome, she worked with all the Physicians and pharmacy and made sure my mom had all she needed. This was never an assisted living this was my mom's home and it really felt like a home not a business. I would recommend this place for anyone, if your looking for one on one care. My mom was there until the end and I couldn't be more satisfied.
