My family member stayed at Medallion and she loved it. The therapy staff were amazing, and got her back to independence. The nursing staff care and go out of their way to care for my mom. She's excited to move into their independent living apartments next week. 10/10 recommend Medallion.

Medallion gets an A. The staff are friendly and seem to really care for their residents. When you walk through the door you are greeted by residents who seem genuinely happy to be there. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Wow, this place absolutely amazed me when my grandmother was here, the staff are absolutely heaven sent. It does look outdated but I am not concerned. My worries were if she was going to get the appropriate care and they did not disappoint. My grandma enjoyed her stay as well, therapy really got my grandma walking in no time!! Thank you so much medallion!! I will choose you again if in need!!

In the 5 years I worked here especially during Covid they always tried to keep the staff and residents safe, the management was good, and they were always trying to make the facility look and feel like home to the ones who lived there, it will always have a piece of my heart there.

This was one of the best facilities me and my grandpa have chosen! The nursing staff, CNA's, and various therapies were all great! Everyone was so helpful, any questions I had; the nurses answered, the CNA's were so quick, efficient, and friendly, I did not have any fear leaving my grandpa alone with the staff. This is a great facility!

The staff at the facility are very welcoming. You enter the door and people greet you. The residents look happy, and when interacted with they say positive things.

while it seemed a little outdated at first what really drew me in was how lively and involved the staff was with the patients. they have plenty of activities to do for the residents the food is always talked about as delicious and then staff are attentive and knowledgeable.

This place is a joke.My 91 year old Mother lives here,there's never any hot water,she boils her own water to bath,wash her hair,and to wash her dishes.It's been like this since she moved in over a year ago.She's been sick ever since she moved in there.They don't mind taking your money for rent but they sure don't want to fix things in residents apartments.The food in the cafeteria looks like something the dog hacked up.All these amenities are supposed to be included in the very high rents.This place is filthy! No wonder everybody is sick who lives there.

Medallion is a fantastic facility! While the facility itself is in need of a facelift, the staff is astounding! My mother has nothing but great things to say about all the staff, especially the therapy department. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to get rehabilitated
