I have been working with Bailey and Brookdale North Boulder is first class and I have spoken to both staff and residents and if I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. It is truly the place to be in Boulder Colorado.

My mom has lived here for 10 years. She loves the staff although they are constantly changing. Services are better when the occupancy level is up. Current ED is earnest and caring. The best we've seen in a while! It's the community that is the most important. And my mom is a the core of it!

We feel so lucky to have found Brookdale North Boulder! It's a perfect fit for my dad, who needed more care than independent living, but wasn't sure if he was ready to make the move. The EO, Matthew, was amazing with my dad, listening and helping make the move possible on Dad's timeline. The whole staff has been so kind and have really helped him feel welcome. It's a happy and inviting place, and I love that there are more services available if/when he needs more help. Our family likes going there, and there are plenty of events and things to do. Dad loves the food, and has had a lot more energy and less anxiety since he moved in.

The staff at Brookdale are truly passionate about their work and the community they offer. Upon first walk through of the building it is clear how much pride is taken to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable residence. Management staff is always available when needed.

After my mom died, my father lived alone in his house in New York for several years where he was lonely and depressed. Sherry Ryan, who no longer works there, gave him a remarkable welcome to the community. 2-1/2 years in, he has thrived at Brookdale. His only complaint is that he doesn't like the food. Brookdale is full of natural light, has plenty of activities, interesting and kind residents, and a warm and friendly staff. I appreciate their regular communication during Covid-19 and their vigilance in taking precautions to avoid the spread of the virus in the community.

I was doing massage here for one of the residents for over a year. I worked for the resident, not for Brookdale. Every time I have to call the front desk to get in contact with my client, Im greeted with someone who is so cheerful and helpful. Im pretty sure her name is Coleen. The people who work here including the people who clean the rooms have always been extremely pleasant. The residents who Ive spoken to are also really happy with their quality of living at Brookdale

Brookdale North Boulder is magical! I have been the Marketing Director for nearly four years now and can say that we have been at 100% occupancy for quite some time. Brookdales Mission is to enrich the lives of those we serve with compassion, respect, excellence and integrity and we are accomplishing this mission and so much more. Residents and staff share love and respect with each other, which brings the magic to our community. Here at Brookdale We have a great new managment team therefore things run smooth our residents and team are very well taken care of. At any given time our ED and HR are available to the residents and employees to discuss any issues and they are always taken care of. We always work hard to keep Brookdale a safe and caring place to work and live. I love working at Brookdale north boulder and plan to stay for many years. Its family here.

If you are lucky, your parents will grow old. If you are very lucky, they will grow old gracefully, contentedly and safely in the beautiful independent living community - Brookdale North Boulder. I have been a caregiver all of my life, including a successful career as a Director in the senior living industry. I have been privileged to experience over eleven different communities in CO but, Brookdale North Boulder is very unique- there is magic here! Perhaps it is the architecture that boasts three separate atriums all with three story high atriums with skylights that bring sunshine to all who enter. But, I believe, it is truly the staff and residents who make this community the happiest place in Colorado. The ageing process is complicated; but the staff here is united, well trained, understands the needs of the residents and have the compassion to put the residents first and foremost above their own needs or egos. The residents, on the other hand, are simply incredible! They appreciate the staff because they know we respect them and they return the feelings ten-fold. The community is a family and support each other with love and respect. For instance, recently a residents beloved pet reached the end to its life; several of the residents went with the pet parent to the vet to offer love and support during this tragic time. When they returned from the vet, without the pet, the residents and staff were waiting at the door to offer their love, hugs and support. There are an endless list of examples equally as touching as this story. One of the marvelous highlights of this community is a policy whereby all residents and staff members give and receive, at minimum, seven hugs per day! You will not find a resident, staff member, visitor or family member who objects to this heart-to-heart connection - it truly brings the magic to Brookdale North Boulder. Sherry Ryan

My parents are looked after well, the activities are great and there are many to pick from, and as we have a large family - Brookdale loves to see us all coming by for visits. Did a family BBQ there with ease on their back porch for Dads 91st birthday. Twenty some people. Good job Brookdale!
